Socks with pockets / payment without receipt of merchandise
In the Fall of 2008 I placed an online order for their specialty socks with zipper pockets and had error messages regarding my credit card information. The message said that the order wasn't processed so I tried two additional times. As it turned out my credit card was charged three times and after numerous calls and an email message, I received no response to my messages nor did I receive any merchandise. In one telephone message I even confirmed that I would be willing to accept the charges for the three orders provided I received the merchandise and again, no response whatsoever. At this point, although faced with a loss, I wanted to inform others about this incident so they could be wary of this Company.
