I already wrote you about problems in game, i keep getting video "tossed" at me i thought i found a way to solve it but no avail, i dont know what to do, i guess i should uninstall and leave it behind with all the rest of injust treatment i had had from every place whence someone in the control of the server system decide to apply on a user, and evidently, noone to prevent the a use, its all at the whim of the retard in ownership of the lease, i get bored trying to find a way around the problems, with no help i best leave it, you didnt answer within 2 to 48 hours the last time, neither i beleive you will this time, i write for my own peace of mind, the bad deed and wrong isnt mine.

Hello, i am a player of Dragon City, i'm not sure if this is about the same Socialpoint with the game Dragon City, so if i am mistake i ask that i get notified that i got it wrong, because i'm trying to reach someone to help me with problems on the game playing.

1- I wrote in the website socialpoint.es "contact us" link, since its ."es", i wrote in spanish the last few times, no answer has been delivered by that site. The ocurrences i wrote about are as follow:

1a- The text i wrote on the alliance chat strip got switched for asteriscs, parts of the words, one was "circumstance", the four letters CUMS, where edited for "*"s, about it i wrote once, then, another time, the word was "Hasselhoff", in a comment about Kit, the fantastic car, the three letters "[censored]" where switched in the word for "*"s the same way, at this problem's time i wrote again, and explained that the intent and action was becoming vulgarly sexual in my opinion, a fowl intent in someone with access inside the Google cluster here in Montevideo, this whole thing allows the brands entailed to fire and sue against those misrepresenting them, i am for the law, i was given contract by those brands and i abide by them, so i remark, "every applicable Law", is part of the contracts, Human Rights freedom of speech is the most fundamental aspect to make claim with, from there forth, each country and the international law implied carry many numbers in whats written for Law so then to define the upholding of it. I'm Lawful.

1b- I have also written about how unfair and evidently problematic to play, when the Arena fights are edited and i was set to fight Dragons/opponents five to nine levels above mine, i said it in terms that i beleived not the persons owning the game to be blamed, but again, administrators and clerks with access levels from 7 to 2, since the console commands needed ranged from functions not easilly actuated to alter the game load, somewhat, latelly i hadnt that much, couple of times, i end puttin dragons level 4 or the smallest available to not lose the ones i have to try and reach the chest.

1c- wrote also in relations to the game mechanics about having had removed, the small objects produced by reaching each cap during the production of, in this case, food, needed to reach the heap to gain the "wings" needed to pay for a run on "Dragon Racer" game event, by now i must clarify on this complaint, the asterisks stop happening, now whole blocks of text dissapear, could be review by those whom i wrote to, authority like, or the same persons trying something new to produce inconvenient. Dont know, and had no response on this matter to know what to understand, formally speaking i dont know for sure, also the theft of the items to gain the wings was reversed, after i wrote suddenly the item got added manually, i guess, and i got the earned "game token" for the food, ergo, the three "wing".

This loss of things drove me away, when i played for my mom, away from the game, since its the same method but during the "Race" event, i was in a brazilian alliance, portuguese was the language, i got pissed and left, my mom is dogmatized by how our country is, thinking that no matter if you file claim, noone will aid on rightening wrongs or abide by the law, at this i add, i know that to be a fact in the country, the Justice System, Judicial Power, Ministry of Interior and Ministry of Justice workers proven, by sheer brutality exerted onto me, that i have no chance to see the Law obeyed and the criminals i denounced arrested with subsequent reparations to me for the damages they caused, they, detained me without cause, hit me, stripped me naked, set me on a jail cell with other detainees and later, about 30 hours, before releasing me, robbed me of many things, this has brought me to present claim before CIDH, "Comision Interamericana de Derechos Humanos", part of O. A. S., Organisation of American States, i wait still for answer, persecutions on my defense and reparations, this kind of treatment is common through out the country, though everything is apparently democratic, during the dictatorship regime, my grandfather was beaten to near death by so called Police because he asked in the police precinct for neighbours that suddenly dissapeared and their house was wide open and robbed, the only answer was brutality, these tactics of sowing terror are stil common here, from that my mom and many others do not raise any claim, fear bent them since then, i do not blame anyone for taking safety meassures and avoid any effort towards persecution of the corrupt in the Police, or any other part, the Powers, Legislative, Executive and Judicial are rotten and have the muscle to quiet anyone down, i refuse, hence o dont have a way to even take a stroll, someone is already watching on the camera system, or reporting the actions of those whom have been marked "undesireable", on the internet many persons had published pictures and apparently recordings of my sayings, none of it bad or criminal, never seen or heard it, i was told by a bunchof kids, students in a place i used to work, i was made to quit that job out of harrasment and neglection from and by the police backing a drugdealer kept around that place of learning by night, also claimed to CIDH, because i'm Lawful such is their branding onto me. Considering this, whence i was detained and wronged i tried to request assylum, its a Human Right, addressed six embassies, none answered, so far i bear against those persons working in the embassies claim and right to help their original countries to persecute them and evidently, have clarification onto how is it that they decided to brake themselves away from United Nations Ordinance and International Law, all embassies pend from this structure to have the right, above local/national authorities, to call the parcel of land where they lodge their Embassy its own country having it under their Law but United Nations Jurisdiction, i dont know what leverage is there to extort Ambassadors into such submission to disobey the Law.

This little detail of my personal life is to situate the circumstances onto where the game is lodged, Google Cluster Montevideo, whom owns the franchise and has server and system access to alter any parameter against regulations, many rich persons here, i suppose are whom paid currency to be Leased on manage and usage of the system for their profit, the inconvinient is that they are used to not obey the Law, as my mom is conditioned to stay low or theres punishment, so are those whom are in leigh with the "Authorities", Elected and Otherwise to hurt into submission others or pay currency to have any who wont submit ostracised and or otherwise damaged and hurt, i'd refer you to a web address where so far i lodge this story in more detail if it bear interest for understanding, https://nelcalemail.wixsite.com/humanrightsdefencene its been given to socialpoint.es, and is in the alliance chat strip log, the persons owning that lease are in full capacity to produce this problems in the game, i know lots about computers and systems, so i had said many times in that chat strip, if the abusers feel agravated and do worst they are far more prone to produce more incriminatory evidence and/or make a mistake that somewhere, someone might detect to remove them from this abusive capacity, rules of conduct of Google and every other system are made inside the Law, this criminals are taking from those brands, i know that things so massive and representing such wealth, do not take kindly these actions onto brat like attitudes that are well known, it takes being in the position of wealth to understand others in the same situation, if from my prior writting to socialpoint.es something was done, it hasnt been in a strong cleansing manner, i still have problems with the game, the video token is not there on loadup, it appears some time after from what i assume is the backup granting it, theres also the ingame runtime, have just recorded a video for the racer game, 40 MB, too big for this form limit, four runs, in all of them its visible how theres a "hicup" on the continuity for the ground motion towards the model, i think is from shrinking the buffers in the loading of the portions of the race, on the third run, a blockage is clearly visible, all lanes are closed in a manner that is not possible to pass, i think that is on purpose too, i had been granted advancement on the player level without playing the level, from level 33-34, said it on the strip, so the opponents on the league might get bigger dragons than what time and gain playing grants and its listing is based and related to the level, had seen the league fights altered making me have to beat opponents far above my dragon's hit points and star level, 50000 hitpoints, presently theres one i cannot beat until ten more levels, never had the chance to enjoy it, this is done aiming to force me to not gain as much, noticed it too while in the game of three in line, when playing in a fair environment would have yielded a different result, the first hour of the game was as fun as its meant but the meddling appeared, to this day i beleive theres a way to alter it so one cannot make lines of five to make stars, ots not commom i hope to beleive that someone gets that much attention, specially with this many wrong deeds that are barelly a nuissance, but if it was just that, its not important, i leave behind and move on, dont need it, what i cannot leave behind and need if theres persons in this Industry, to set the bar where it goes, workers of this business that want pride and accomplishments, this kind of persons stain the brands and the line of work, its a new type of business and industry, its not food production, or steel making that have a very long history, history for Information and Technollogy is being made as we speak, once we tamed fire, steel was born from it, now we are taming the lightning, electronics are born of it, ¿Can we agree its in the nature of some men lessen the effort of the whole, and that is onto other men to right it so the future is preserved?.

Given the magnitude of my case against the government this ones i guess get rewarded by the criminals in the government with getting out of jail or sparing about other offences, its a very common thing that people that can pay bribes is allowed out of jail for cocaine possession, consumption and traffic, a blood exam can be used as leverage on your part, as negotiation against bad elements abusing what all brands misused here have granted in good trust under Law, blood exams searching for illicit drug in the person are Legal in Uruguay, its the employer's right to protect the workers and parse out those unworthy.

My autistic son plays dragon city, I completed one of the tasks to reward him gems - this was by subscribing to and depositing £10 to Foxy Bingo.. after 7 days I had not received anything and still have not. This has been ongoing for almost 6 weeks. I have sent in proof of deposit and what was asked of me.

I have had to purchase gems for my son who does not understand why he hasn't had them

It feels like a big scam. I want the gems I was entitled to and further goodwill for having to constantly chase the useless service desk who have done nothing

I was on level 53 but pressed the wrong button on my phone, fat fingers, and now I cannot find my game. So, back at the beginning of October, I made a dumb mistake that got me banned from the game for 30 days. Tried getting back to the game after the 30 days was up only to find that my game had vanished. I kept getting the message about my game basically being un-recoverable. I tried to get some help, but no one did anything to help. They kept claiming I was still doing what got me the 30 day in the first place, even though that is a load of bull. I want to get back into my game and take care of my dragons. They have left me hanging and wrecking my life, both social and real. Causing me to go crazy and think crazy thoughts. I have Asperger's by the way, which causes me to have various social problems. I want my game back by my birthday (February 5th, 02/05, by the date of 02/05/2021), or there will be majorly serious consequences including negative ratings and reviews. I may reconsider if you bring my game back by or before the specified date.

Hi, I just wanna say first and foremost that I really love your games. Super cute creatures and awesome graphics. However, I'm having this rather annoying issue with my dragon city app. You see, whenever I try to log in to dragon city, I get this message that says there is something wrong with the game. I'm very confused by this, as I've had this app for a little over a month and there hasn't been any issues up until now. I'm not sure what this is exactly, but I suspect it's some sort of bug. If I can get your guys' opinion on this issue, maybe there will be a solution to the problem. Once again, I really enjoy your games, but this one little issue is really undermining the performance of this game. I'd hate to delete my app and lose all of my progress, because I've gotten so far in the game that losing progress just seems futile.

so there i was a community treasure island and one of the treasures had 10 million foods then one min later i was feeding one of my dragons and it said "we are experiencing problems" and it refreshed the game and took the foods away from me and would not ever give it back so i got very mad and came hear and started contacting you guys.

One time, I opened my Dragon City, and I was surprised that after a few moments(after I saw the trophies I received), this "Something Went Wrong Message" popped up, and told me to reload Dragon City, and after I reloaded the Dragon City game it did not stop popping up. And I don't know why it keeps popping up. I have strong internet, enough space to save my Dragon City Data, nothing wrong with my Dragon City, but this "Something Went Wrong" Message keeps popping up every time I reload Dragon City.

I lost the High Score Dragon and I would like it back please at level 10If I do not get it back by Saturday the 27th of July I will rate the game as zero stars, and thumbs down, also I will tell others to do the same as me. If I get it back by Saturday the 27th of July I will do 5 stars and a thumbs up, also I will tell others to do the same as me.

If my dragon gets picked, I get it for free or will I have to do the race stuff and qualify for it. Hi I've had a dragon city account on my phone and I think I was around level 32. I didn't have a Facebook account or a google play account linked to the account so it was just saved on my phone. Today I tried to log in using another email and now my account seems to have gone and i can't even get it back. I had over 1400 gems and a heroic dragon, 3 islands and 79 dragons. I've spend a lot of time and money in the game. Can you please help me get back my account. I didn't even save my user ID or anything. I think the name on my alliance was something like Is That Me Yeah.

I'd appreciate your help because I have spent money on this game and it is the first game for me to spend money on. I also have the receipt.

I am complaining now because I have had no reply.

My account is supposed to connect to my Facebook but refuses to do so. It says I'm not aloud to connect to Facebook but requests friends to do everything so I'm stuck in a loop of not gaining land nor some habitats without spending rediculous amount of gems that is taking me forever to get and I'm running out of space the game is NO LONGER enjoyable it's more stressful and less fun than how I remember it. Can someone please fix or have a way to restart dragon city fresh!

I bought a novice pack but didn't give it to me it said it was purchased but I got nothing but then I went to go check if it took any money out of my Google play and it did this is not fair and I'm really disappointed in this because I really like this game and not in a million years would I think that this would happen so if you guys would gladly help me fix this problem

On 4-2-18 my husband and I purchased some gems that were on sale 19.99 for 465 gems. My wife received her gems but my husband never received his although we were charged twice. His phone said there was an error, but when checking out bank account, we found that we were charged twice. I want to be refunded the 19.99 or be given the 465 gems. Thank you

I came here to tell the world about an experience I recently had with Social Point's Dragon City regarding on buying GEMS and I will tell you not to fall on their tricks.

To start with their GEM packs only appears at random when you play long enough and they want money, the offer you get if maybe between 50 % to 90 % off the price for 100 GEMS, what I did was get that pack of GEMS for $ 36, 24 (Argentina Pesos), since it was cheaper than buying the GEMS while playing I decided to buy 3 times the same pack.

How I did this ?

It was simple, first I had to click on the offer as it was in the "News" pop ups that appears as soon as you open the app on Facebook, then it asked me what kind of transaction I wanted to make, it could have been done via Phone (Which always gave me an error saying "The Price is Not Available"), Bank Transaction the method I used and Facebook.

What's the issue ?

The issue is that I bought the pack once and with the information provided by Social Point I was able to send funds to WEBPAY SRL which has an account on Santander Rio Bank. The first 100 GEMS appeared right away, I refreshed the page and wanted two more, I got into my home banking through the pop up with all the information about their Bank Account and after 1 hour all the 100 GEMS were gone, and I have never seen the 300 I should have got.

My Actions ?

I opened a ticket with Social Point and they kept asking me for a screenshot where I could show them that I paid for them through Facebook, I did not pay through facebook, I opened my Home Banking and Transfered the money to their account, simple as that. Their first message tho was for me to wait 24 hours, that's actually what Social Point took to reply to my ticket in the first place.

Seeing no real fix to my issue from them I escalated it to Facebook, which also asked me to fill up a form and kept saying I should fill up payment information on their site, I don't want to do this, the money was already sent and I received nothing at all, I don't know why its so hard to understand and it was a cheap pack, imagine if I would have got at very expensive one ? For collecting dragons its quite an expensive piece of [censor] game honsetly.

So I threaten them to lawsuit them for fraud, Social Point is first and Facebook will be second if they don't regularize this situation.

The picture is what they asked me to do to get the gems from their page, and they are asking me for something that will never happen, since I haven't pay through Facebook, so please, don't feed those sons of [censor], I can't think of a number of how many people got the same fraud from them.
