I paid for the camp via this website SoccerCampByTheOcean and as I know camp did not receive the money. Coaches did not get the money.
I tried to resolve the issue with the owner of SoccerCampByTheOcean and he assured me money will be transferred any time soon, but time passed and that was not done. When I asked for my money back they said they were not able to do that. This website is a scam and its owner is a real thieve, avoid at all costs!
Camp
My son was supposed to go to a soccer camp and about two weeks before the event I contacted Dennis Lukens from SoccerCampByTheOcean and asked if everything was fine. He seemed friendly and said that everything was ok and nothing changed. Two day before my sons departure I called again and was told sorry camp was cancelled. The worst part was that no one bothered to call and tell us! They did not explain the actual reason everything I've heard was nothing but lies! I demanded a full refund and they said that I'll get it in a week but that never happened! Give me my money back!
Camp didn't provide offered practices
I filled the form for my son on the website www.soccercampbytheocean.com. The company provided camp, where children were taught to play soccer. The rep told me that there would be 100 kids, but in reality they were 11. They couldn’t play this game and all sessions they did nothing. My son refused to attend this fake camp and we quitted it. Don’t believe what these scammers promise you, don’t pay them and better find another place. Share this info.
My experience was exactly the opposite from the comment above. Premier Soccer Camps was an outstanding experience for our Boy's High School Team. There were more than 100 campers the week we attended Premier Soccer Camps. We brought 22 boys ages 15-17 to Premier Soccer Camps the first week in August 2013. We got all we expected and much more. Their coaches were excellent and facilities as good or better than any camp that I know of. We raised part of the money (25%) through a fund raiser and the balance (75%) was paid for by our school. We paid the deposit up front. We arrived in 3 vans with our 22 players and 3 coaches. It turned out that our balance payment that was due of more that $7500 sent from the School District never reached Premier Soccer Camp's office. So there we were at registration owning more than $7500. The Director greeted and welcomed us. He allowed all 22 players plus 3 coaches to attend camp even though we owed a significant amount of money. He said "No problem". We got food, lodging, Nike ball, Nike shirt, top coaches just like all the other 100 campers. Everything we were promised was delivered. They could have turned us away at registration and they did not. The School District had to issue a second check and Premier Soccer Camps was paid in full the next week after we had left. These guys and their Director run a wonderful camp we have only positive words to say about them and their operation. As a High School soccer coach for 12 years, I would recommend Premier Soccer Camps to anyone, any organization or team that is interested.
