Stay away from this repair shop! I have spent $5000 here last year, and was going to spend twice that this year. Take your RV or trailer here and they will quote you one price to get the work started, and then say that they found more damage than they originally thought, and then quote you the real price! If you say no they say "we have already torn out ________, as you authorized us too. We will have to charge you to put it back. The head of their Repair facility was a good guy named Jim that we all knew and loved. He has now quit, followed by Justin, the head of their service dept went to Warrior in Perris, then another guy named Kyle is now running what's left of this ghost repair facility. Even Kyle was over applying for a job at the same competitor 2 weeks ago. They told me that they knew his reputation and would not hire him as I recanted my experience with them down the freeway. A lady named Julie is in charge of billing and gets all upset and rude with you at SoCal Rv Doctor when you won't pay their over inflated bill. Just unpleasant rude employees left here- in my unbiased opinion. A friend took her weekend warrior to them to fix water damage in the front cap. She had insurance so they wrote up a trumped up repair bill for 25k in damages and submitted it to State Farm. When she refused to sign the work order, a few days later they re-billed st farm 7k. I have been going to Glamis for 27 years and have owned 10 fifth wheels and RV's. Learn from my mistake and go elsewhere. You will save yourself a ton of money and grief!
