Sobeys has an identical item on sale for two consecutive weeks, with a lower price on the second week. I called the store and asked if I could get a price adjustment since I bought the item with the higher price. The store manager jokingly told me they won't do any adjustments because they will be very busy if everyone asks for an adjustment, even though most grocery stores will do it.

It is only one dollar, but the fact that Sobeys is unwilling to do anything or apologetic about the situation that stops me from going back from shopping at Sobeys in the future. There are better choices with better customer service.
