This pillow was a gift to me which I enjoyed immensely for the past year. I particularly liked the firmness and softness that happened when the cover was put on. However, the past month I noticed a big change. The consistency has changed to ALL SOFT even with the cover on. I have never used it without the cover as instructions directed. The beads however, seem to be floating around. It doesn't contour to my head as it used to do.
Is this expected to happen after some time of use? I don't see any information on the packing box to show a warranty or a limited lifetime. At this point, I just want to discard it but there is information on the box a to the dangers of fire and fumes but no indication as to how to discard it. Please advise. I would like to clarify in my previous complaint that there was NO INFORMATION as to how to discard the pillow. I left out the word NO on my original complaint statement. Sister G. Gomez
