SUBMIT A COMPLAINT

So2Cheap.comNo Refund

Online company - no contact telephone number - Ordered Trainers but on the "payment" section it came up as "Payment Declined" so I ensured and emailed to state "Cancel Order" as didn't trust this and didnt realise at the time it was a company in China as was not made clear! However I thought no more about it until about 2 weeks later a payment of £64, 00 was taken from my bank account - By this time I had ordered the item from elsewhere cheaper and so I emailed them again to explain it stated "payment declined" and so I cancelled my order anyway! Weeks later DHL tried to deliver this order which I refused to take stating to them I had cancelled this order so to return this to the original company. So2Cheap have emailed to say I gave them the incorrect shipping address and I confirmed NO I had cancelled the order and refused the order so DHL are returning the item. I have since emailed on numerous occasions and have NOT receieved my REFUND!! and my emails are now being ignored - Absolutely Appalling Company - needs reporting!!
