So Sensuelle / Good paid for, not delivered from company with google mail account
The above company has a website selling ladies langerie.
In May 2009 I purchased two undergarments one of which arrived in the wrong colour and the other did not arrive at all. When I contacted the company (tel: [protected]) they apologised and advised that a replacement item in the correct colour was being dispatched and that the missing item had been Fe-Exed.
This all took place on 17th June last. Since then I have repeatedly emailed without response.
I have telephoned but a gentleman answers and claims 'no English.
The company operates using a Google mail email address and I therefore appeal to you to approach to request my money back.
I have all emails stored if you wish them fowarded
