SNS Lamps / No Product received and No response from company
We ordered two Tiffany Lamps on 02/24/2009, we authorized the charge on our Visa card, money was transferred on 02/25/2009. This is 03/12/2009 and we have not received the lamps, nor have we received any shipping confirmation. We did receive order confirmation on 02/25/2009. When calling to check up on the shipment no one is there. I pressed for customer service, sent to voice mail, I pressed for the Operator, sent to voice mail. Left four messages, but have not received a response. Sent two emails to them, have not received any responses. Very leary of companies that do not respond when they have your money.
