The website states that most of the items are printed by hand, they promised that my item would be shipped within one or two business day, however, it's been a week since I placed my order and my item hasn't been shipped yet. I thought that maybe they didn't receive my money, but customer service didn't confirm that; they said that the money was charged, but didn't explain why my item was still there. It's a big headache for me, as if I have nothing else to do...
