Hi, I have purchased an HP laptop from snapdeal. But there was some hardware issue in that laptop so the snapdeal people asked me to get DOA letter from HP for replacement from snapdeal's end. I send DOA letter to snapdeal and they took back the laptop. But its 15 days passed still I didnt get the replacement. Now I have asked them to refund my money. But I dont know what they are doing. They never update me whats going on and why they are delaying. I have to always call them and ask. They still didnt initiate my refund. Please help.
