Went into smoker friendly with wife asked for. Pack of cigs handed a 50 dollar bill and my wife picked up the cigs from counter the attended yelled at her femanding she put thecigs down when he already had our money in hand as we wedr exitinv he said [censored]in natives go back to your own town very rude very unprofessional i will never buy another pack of cigs from smoker friendly again my family spends at least 500 a month in products ut after that coment not again i ask that you fire him for racial co.ents un profesionalizim i will spred the work and write bad reviews until he is fired thank you

The lady that waited in me today was very rude and when she bent over to get my cigarettes her pants was below her butt she had on jeans and all I seen was her gray underwater I take it she wears them like that every time I go in there she bends over and I see her butt I'd prefer not to see that I think its very disrespectful to the company and to us customers I'm sure I'm not the only one to see this

This store used to always have what I needed in stock, but for the past year or more 9 times out of 10 what I need is out of stock. Why wouldn't they order more of something they sell well?!?! They are not apologetic at all! The management is not doing their job correctly. I could understand if they ran out every now and then. That happens, but when you go there all of the time and you pretty much know before you even get there that you will be disappointed it really sad!

I frequent the Smoker Friendly location at 6630 W Colfax Ave, Lakewood, CO 80214. Today I went to the drive through window to buy a carton of cigarettes and the strip on my debit card wasn't working for the cashier. I explained that often times, they have to use the other computer or use a receipt or type in the cc manually. She said they don't do that. I replied that I thought that they had in the past. She was incredibly rude when she handled me the credit card receipt to sign. I apologized for making her angry, I was just trying to share what has worked in the past. Her reply was "its fine" as she closed the window in my face. I parked my car and went inside to let the manager know that she didn't need to be rude to me and that it didn't make me want to come back to buy cigarettes there because she was so rude. The manager, an older woman with long gray hair, replied, "that's fine you don't have to come back". To which I replied that part of being a manager is training your employees. She then said "okay bye". It shouldn't be okay to treat customers this way. I will not be returning to this store and will be telling everyone I know not to go there to buy cigarettes either. I might just be one person, but your reputation is ruined because of a young girl with an attitude problem and a manager who isn't qualified to be one.

I was walking in to the smoker friendly in granite falls NC . I had my 3 yr old son that clearly can't stay in the car by himself or purchase cigeerettes, but yet I'm denied entrance because he's not eighteen. Evendently you must not want a lot of buissness from anyone. There is a lot of single parents that smoke and I'd rather spend extra money on higher price cigarettes than to go back. She wasn't friendly at all. She basically shook her head and pointed back at the door, and said you can't come in here with him. my father and I spend a lot of money in there buying rolls and tabacco even name brand cigarettes. I don't deserve to be treated the way I was. Y
