Smith's Chubbuck / customer service agent
September 21, 2018 I attempted to pick up money that was sent to me Western Union, the agent entered the wrong information. I contacted Western Union to figure out what was going on, when I returned agent tried my information again I was able to pick up my money.
Somewhere in the midst of this transaction with customer service agent entering misinformation into the system, I am asked to leave the store and informed I am not allowed back.
The desirable resolution I would like to see would be empathy training. It is frustrating for a customer to be told their information is invalid from a company representative.
Secondary this has escalated from a simple money transfer to full blown gossip that is affecting my personal life. I do not like to feel targeted by a store or their employees, but this has been taken to a completely different degree lacking professionalism. It is slander, which is unacceptable.
