I ordered a honeycomb blind on line and didn't get what I expected. My complaint is basically about the web design area. I order from them a few years ago and it appears that they have changed their product line. Their small blind is now wider than in the past and comes with a white back. No where on the order page is there an actual number to tell you how wide the blind will be and the composition is buried on another page and not found in the ordering process. I'm out $260
