incorrect product received
Hi there,
I ordered an Minicute wired mouse from the company and received a completely different product.
I have contacted Smartkyoo by email on several occasions to request they provide the product I actually ordered, but no response has been received to date.
Product ordered 31 Oct 2019 (Order no. [protected]) and received in good time. Emailed on 12 November to advise I had not received the correct product, requesting they provide what I ordered, but no response was received. Followed up on 19 November and then again on 28 November. No response has been received to date.
At this stage, I would like a full refund as I don't trust the company to provide the correct product.

Fake products
I placed an order with SmartyKoo on December 27, 2016 for an Apple iPhone 7 Battery Case. The product I received from SmartyKoo was a fake knockoff. I requested a return or refund, and the message I received from them stated:
"We do have a money back guarantee if any product is not as described."
I would highly recommend anyone to NOT buy from SmartyKoo.

Speak out game
First it took over 2 weeks to receive my game. I ordered on 12/02/16 and it arrived on 12/19/16. It was supposed to be brand new but the box was not sealed, was smashed up and had no directions! How am I supposed to give this as a gift? Oh, and it was mailed from Vanuatu! They have ripped off someone on a fixed income who now has what appears to be a used game for their one grandchild. I can't afford to return it and as I expected a new game for my grandson, I am devastated. They have offices in Hong Kong and the US and I hope that you can stop them from taking advantage of people.

Otterbox defender
I ordered an Otterbox Defender from this website, thinking I would get it within the regular 3-5 business days that any other Canadian/US company offers. However, once I paid and got the invoice, I noticed that the item had a HONG KONG tracking ID. On top of that, I later found multiple bad reviews for this company, citing that they use cheap knockoff brands instead of a genuine Otterbox. After realizing that I wouldn't receive my product for 10-15 days, I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money. They responded saying the item was shipped and never acknowledged my refund request. I sent TWO additional emails explaining how shady and underhanded it is to NOT tell people their items are coming from ASIA. Needless to say, they weren't answered. Now, I finally got my $1000 phone with no box. So I had to go to the AT&T store and pay $69.99 because I couldn't chance such an expensive phone breaking. I placed the order NINE DAYS AGO and the tracking information says my package is in Frankfurt, Germany (where it's been for 4 days). Do yourself a favor; DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I have filed a dispute with Paypal.

Bad company
I made an order and bought something from SmartyKoo. Later I found a better deal and decided to order from another website. I contacted SmartyKoo customer service and asked them to cancel my order, they refused and said that there was nothing they could do because my order was already processes. I don't know when will it arrive, but now because of them I'll have to waste money to ship it back. Terrible.

Scammers!
I have purchased something from www.smartykoo.com website and they took my money. Later when I found out that SmartyKoo was a Hong Kong based company I decided to cancel my order. I had very bad experience with Chinese companies, so did not want to risk.
I contacted SmartyKoo and asked them to cancel my order but they refused. Later they did something that I was no longer able to log into my account.
This is the most terrible company I have ever dealt with! Never again!

I paid for $60 headphones over a month ago and the tracking page says its not in the system yet. They are not replying to emails. I don't know why User Sky is complaining about a complaint - sounds like he has had no life experience. Not being able to log in after requesting a refund is a red alert to a scam site. Chinese companies are renowned for providing terrible customer service - its wise not to deal with them. I don't know if I'll ever receive a response or the headphones. I would not have ordered them if I thought there would be a month + delay. I would have purchased headphones somewhere else by now. A lawsuit sounds like a rational outcome.
