I have charges against my bank account from the above company in to different amounts $29.99 and 28.95 .
I have tried to contact this company at the name given at the bottom of the check [protected]) and get nothing but an answering machine. How can I stop thiese charges against my bank account.

I agree and I did try to call you and I have emailed you tommie. The same charges were on my acount on the same days. Ahve you found anything out? Everytime that I call they tell me their computers are down. How convenient, huh?

hey all... i just got off the phone with these jack-holes and according to them the fee is non refundable but i was able to discontinue the service which i dont even remember signing up for... so call tis number 1-800-710-0657 and cancell this crap before more charges are made!! hope this helps someone!

I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET AHOLD OF THEM TO CANCEL THIS.
THEY ARE NONE EXISTANT EVERY TIME I TRY AND CONTACT THEM
WAHT A MAJOR RIP OFF. I HOPE SOME HOW THEY GET CAUGHT DOING THIS UNLAWFUL ACTION.

I never even signed up with this company and they acquired my account information!!! They then charged the amount of $28.95 to my account. I contacted my Bank and let them know that it was not suppose to be on my account now I have to wait for my Bank to contact me with in 5-7 business days. WHEN WILL IT STOP????

Hello,

I just hung-up with the yahoos from smartvalue...they did cancel my account, but that was AFTER I was hung-up on by "Alfred, " and called back a second time!!! They told me that the charges were non-refundable and wanted to offer me 130.00 in coupons for various places that I don't even shop at. I told them that I didn't want their "damn" coupons, but that I wanted all my money returned - including any overdraft fees...they said that they would start an investigation, (which would take 3-5 business days). I also told them that I was contacting the BBB and lodging a complaint. I will be monitoring my account closely from now on to make sure that this doesn't happen again!!!

You have the nerve taking $29.99, out of my bank account .And now my bank has charge my account $52.07, for your BS. So when you read your e-mail, everyone will know you are all a FRAUD.And everyone that has a complaint on"SMART VALUE SHOPPE.Will post it here for the world could see.

My account was also target by these people on Jan 15, 09. I called my bank and they are helping me resolve this issue.

Below was sent as a compliaint to the Better Business Bureau of Florida today:

Today I noticed 2 charges on my checking account, $29.99 and $28.95 form Smart Value Shopper, I immediately called the customer service number Spoke to Van and then Ronald her supervisor. After the complete run around when asked if I had applied for a Payday loan, they told me I agreed and checked a box authorizing them to enroll me into their Smart Value shopper program. I asked for the owners name and/or a contact name to talk to someone else and they refused. While filling out a request to acquire Payday Loan rates, I checked a box regarding Terms and Conditions for the Payday Loan to go to the next screen you could not proceed with out checking the box. The next screen had the Loan and rate (which was too high)and I did not go through with the loan. I do not want this service and was told they would cancel the account and that the fees were non-refundable. I did not authorize this service and want my $58.94 (total) returned to my bank account.

Those of you who have had a similar experience should file a complaint also, against Smart Value Shopper, 13799 Park Blvd, Seminole, FL 33776-3402, with http://westflorida.bbb.org.

There are unauthorized debits from my checking account from Smartvalueshoppe. I don't know the company and I never purchased anything from them. They have made (2) withdrawls from my checking account. How do I get in touch with them?

MY ACCOUNT WAS ALSO TARGET BY THESE PEOPLE ON DEC.11, 24, 26 2008. MY BANK IS TRYING TO HELP ME RESOLVE THIS ISSUE.. THEY HAVE TAKING OUT OF ME 29.99, 28.95 AND 28.95 SO FAR...

This "company" has also targeted my bank account. Thanks to people, who have posted compalaints, that I have learned about this. I live on a tight budget, so every penny counts and debts like this has put my account in overdraft charging $25.00 for each transaction, this company has tried to debit my account three times, therfore totalling overdraft charges of $75.00. I am going to my bank tomorrow, I have already called and they will work with me. But the checks that I do have out will be returned because I am negative now. That's for letting me read your complaints.
