SmartFlix / Took my money gave me no product
In February of 2015 I ordered a dog agility dvd for rental, and two weeks later ordered two other dvds. When I initially contacted them about the whereabouts of the first dvd I was told it was a problem with the supplier and would get here as soon as they got it. They took the money out of my account immediately upon my placing the orders. Now it is three months later and they will not answer my emails or respond to my phone calls. The only communication I have received from them are auto responses to the numerous emails I have sent them requesting cancellations and refunds. This company stole $48.95 from me.
