Smart Tellecom / simcard replacement

I just want to complain regarding to my lost Sim card I already called to customer service regarding to this matter and they told me that this is possible to replace a new one but i have to provide some requirements such as 2 valid ID, afivadavit of lost and simcard casing.the thing is more that 10 years ko ng ginagamit yung sim card na nawala so hindi ko maiprovide yung simcard casing na hinihingi nla wala bang consideration sa mga ganung cases ang akin lang eh maibalik yung number na matagal ko ng ginagamit which is really important for me to bring it back.sana my mga remedy ang mga network provider sa mga gunung kaso! nung time kasi na pumunta ako ng smart wireless and try to resolve this problem inoferan lang ako ng bagong line ng smart which is hindi naman yun ang concern ko at hindi sila pumayag na mareplace ang dati kong simcard...sana matugunan ang mga gantong kaso!!!

Umasa ka pa sa malaking kompanya. Wala naman sila lahat paki-alam sa mga customer nila, basta't nagbabayad ka lang. Sa laki ng kinikita nila, dapat lang siguro meron din sila maibalik sa mga customer ng konting serbisyo na tunay at hindi kunwari lang.
