Mga leche sila pag ff-up mo mismo sa service center nila wala daw stock! Mga manloloko one of of scamming their customer! The best solution magpapalit ako ng bayan tel or pldt! Period

called customer service today, puro bastos kausap. 3 weeks n kong walng service. tpos sasabihin escalation will take 5 days.

I bougth a smart loader sim for my mother several months ago but suddenly hnd na ito gumana. So dinala nila ito sa binilhan nila ng sim sa MacArthur Eastern Samar tapos after days daw finorward sa smart center sa Borongan, Eastern Samar. Okay, it's been two weeks now damn fools! It's a business you know!? Ilang araw lng na hnd tumatakbo business nyo patay kau, wla kau kakainin. Today, binalik na ung loader sim but still not fixed! The worst thing about this is hindi nila irerefund ung 2 thousand na load dun. How dare you smart communication philippines! hindi pinupulot ang pera dito sa abroad! Tapos ung binilhan ng loader sim ng nanay ko nagbigay ng cellphone number na sabi ay phone number daw ng smart center ng Borongan so I tried to call them and it is not working!
Anu ba yan.. . Plz po.. . Andi2 na ung confirmation ng dalawang promo n inunli ku.. But still, d pa rin aku mkatwag.. Mssayang po ung load ku.. Buti po sna f pwede nio maibalik ung nsayang kong load kc, iku.considera ku nlng po n ok lng.. Pero hndi po ehh.. maiixpired 2 bukas.. They say unlimited 25 but it's limited depending on the calls. Why should smart promise unlimited calls when calls are only limited. The reason they say is there are many who took advantage of the promotion. Then do not make promotions that you cannot keep.
It's been 3days (nov.5 'til now) I can't txt/received/load in and out butuan city to jeddah..what seems to be the problem?

I have smart prepared and recently as soon as I load any amount, next thing I know it is gone without making any call or text. I thought it is only me but them my wife had the same problem and may sister in-law has the same problem. I am sure if in my family 3 of us losing like this then there should be many people who are being victim of this whatever you may call it. They are really SMART to make us pay.
