I would like to file a complaint against the cashier that received my payment this afternoon. I handed her my PNB bill and she asked me how much I am going to pay. At first I answered "minimum" which is P1081.28. But then I immediatey told her, "make it P1082". I changed the amount thinking that they have no exact change for .28 centavos. Her tone was irritated and answered me back, "dapat sinabi mo agad, babaguhin ko na naman." I was shocked at how she responded with my simple request to change the amount. I told her, "ano?" And she answered again with more irritated manner "babaguhin ko ulit kasi iniba mo yung unang amount sabi mo minimum tpos binago mo kaya eto uulitin ko na naman". I did not respond to her answer because I didn't expect that from an SM business center employee to be that discourteous to customers. I wasn't able to get the employee's name but her cashier code is MLU2555. I am hoping to have a response from you about this matter. Thank you.
