I signed up to play slotsofvegas.com online casino. After reading the terms and conditions they seemed legitimate. I won $5 700 after about 2 weeks of playing. I was asked to submit documents verifying my ID so I emailed a copy of my credit card and passport ID to them. They initially kept saying in emails they couldn’t clearly read the documents and after several attempts of resubmitting they finally accepted them. 10 days later and daily emails to them as well as taking on the "chat" site I have heard nothing.
yes i have a serious complaint against slotsofvegas i was a first time player and i won actually i won four different times and i notice after the 7-10 days i emailed the casino and was told they were behind and please wait another week or so.now it, s been over 20 days i contact the host at the casino that helped me open my acct she was the one that also told me about how the slot games were played and the offer she gave me for being a first time player.after waiting so long to be paid i contact manangement and was told that i would not be paid and they would refund my deposits for each one of wins.i had never before this made a deposit at this casino.i feel what happen to me was straight out fraud i will never go back to this casino ever and this should be a wake uo call for others playing at this casino.
