Playtika not working on facebook

Playtika Ltd. has a couple of games on Facebook, one is Slotomania and it is the one that is not working for me. The game opens up and just circles spins around and around, I have game requests and I know I lose them after a certain amount of time! Make this company fix this problem! Other friends can play it on Facebook but I can not.

i have been cheated from your bull ### game i purchased thrice a times of slotomania coins worth rupees 192.89 AED total 578.67 AED but still i didnt get a slotomania single coin whts this kinda cheat, am gonna file a complaint again ur game near my police station if the action will not gonna take as soon as possible

I have been playing Slotomania since it was still a part of yahoo games. I am above level 6800 and have over 180, 000, 000, 000 (180 billion) coins. I had to buy a new computer because windows 7 is no longer supported by Microsoft. Now I can't login and the support page won't load. I have NEVER bought coins. Is this why I can't log in on my new computer. Can still play on my old computer, but I don't want to expose myself to possible viruses and malware.

I completed Buffalo Dreams which I was supposed to get 41, 000 pts. I never got them. The game shows completed but not it has moved met o Jaguar Queens for more pts. Where are my 41, 000 pts.

I have been playing Slotmania for a very long time and have purchased a lot of coins in that time.
Today I purchased more coins (they cost me $28) Not a lot of money for some but for me it's a fortune but this is the only thing I do as I am disabled and do not get out very often.
Anyway I had over $200 million in my bank after the purchase!
Everything went through fine and then I was kicked offline. When I returned Slotomania app was nowhere to be found?
I play on my tablet and I've looked everywhere all afternoon. If I download a new one means that I lose all my coins and my level...I don't think that is right!,
I have tried for hours to get in contact with support but cannot find anywhere to get in touch.
Does anyone have Slotomania's contact details?

I purchased 2 offers that gave me coins and each was suppose to give me 5 cards. They were working on the cards when I purchased and I didn't know until they took my money from my card. I got the coins but not the cards. That is 10 cards you owe me. Then another offer was 3.99 and 5 cards. again I got the coins but not the cards. that's a total of 15 cards you owe me. Nice way to cheat us. I would like those cards you owe me. I have put a lot of money into this game and I want what you promised.

I was cheated out of 5 years of playing and 14, 000, 000, 000 along with many slotmainia cards and level up points. I got a message connection lost then cannot connect many time to Facebook. I have never played through Facebook. Then I connect and lost everything now back at the beginning with 10, 000 . Only good thing I never got ripped off for cash to buy coins then had them all taken like a lot of other. Good luck to all

Playtika - It was a big mistake!

I ordered from ordered Slotomania Games and it was a big mistake. Don’t be cheated! I was unsuccessful in downloading program they sent via e-mail, requested refund and still haven't got it. No phone number to call and speak with a live person. Simply unbelievable!

Playtika gaming on line

I'm not sure where Platika LTD is actually located as they have nothing on the web about contact names or phone numbers, only a web address: www.platika.com. I have an ipad and have been playing a game called Slotomania which is marketed by Platika LTD. I recently purchased $19.99 worth of points only to lose them all when the site asked me to click on something to collect a bonus. I lost all of the points I'd purchased plus the ones I had accumlated as well as all of the levels I had worked up to over the past six months or so. I'm very frustrated that there is no customer service number to call and although I emailed a complaint, I have yet to hear from Platika about this matter. I've read on line that many consumers have had similar experiences. My name is Linda Hansen and I live at 13272 Europa Bay North Hugo, MN 55038. My phone is [protected]. Playtika support issues

1. Max bet with 4 or 5 in a row, chances are the bonus will freeze while playing OR when you complete bonus and 1st posting pops up, it freezes and gets a "Opps connection lost, please reconnect" posting over 1st winning post preventing you to click claim coins. 2. Screen shots attached to customer support showing issue and they compensate you under a million (700, 000.00) for a winning that IS 250, 000, 000 million in the Texas Oil Bonus round that is a rare 5 in a row bonus at max bet regardless of screen shot proof my Sloto game account. 2nd reconnect was while playing a 4 in a row bonus and i got the gold rocks the 1st 2 rows to win ALL in the row and when i got to 3rd row the game froze and reconect post popped up. Very POOR customer service. (Naomi is who I always get as support replys. Seems like she copy n paste Bonus Freeze messages back without looking or reading your problem)

I have been playing slotomania for over 12 years and have contributed real$$$ several times because noyhing is free, thats fine but their customer service is worthless .legitimate complaints are only ignored over and over with the exception of a generated message wishing you better luck, just hang in there, we value our players, hahaha yi right, slotomania owes me atleast 300TRILLION coins all together but according to them we are all imaganing everything that happens during game play that leaves us missing coins or bonuses or spins or even wins lately and then to contact support only to be unprofessoinaly disrespected as if the complaint did not just happen ...ATTENTION... lets all ban together and bring the folks at slotomania back down to earth where they came from, PLEASE lets do it..I havent spent any $$ for a while and will not spend another penny .only reason I dont uninstall is in hope to see sloto get what they have coming.I urge everyone to do their part, if enough of us ban together and spread the word we can win and other people wont have to feel helpless after being ripped off from slotomania

1 am level 2899 I have 32 billion coin's I can go from broke back to billions multiple times a day. $99 purchase gets me over a billion coins. Whu and in my opinion is still low so I do t think it's worth it just yet. I am nearly a platinum playtika member. I want to start a clan that everyone actually participates in since the o e I joined originally is full yet only 3 of us participate.

Hello! I have been playing Slotomania for years now without any issues (or very few) until last night and I was playing, no issues and then suddenly slow to no service. I logged out and went to bed. Got up this morning and it won't open at all, I continue to get the "oops something went wrong, try again". I deleted the app, cleared my cache and history, reloaded. Same things (this was on Goggle) went to Internet Explorer, same thing. Down loaded Foxfire, same thing. Can someone please help me to find or correct the issue. Thanks in advance, Charlene

Sounds like you are using wifi to a home modem. Disconnectvyour modem for 30 seconds and let it reset. Often the problem in such cases. Even if hard line us working correctly, often the wifi connection is not. Happens at least once every 6-8 weeks on my comcast modem. This works for me every time.

I've been playing slotomania for over two years without any issues until three months ago. I purchased coins from the cocktail bonus and when I was to collect the bonus coins, the screen froze. I opened the game again and when I should have been able to enter the game area, the bonus lounge game popped up and again my screen froze. I have sent five different letters to support along with a video of this issue and the technicians cannot tell me why my screen freezes. I have tried all of the troubleshooting steps and when they didn't fix the problem, I contacted support. All support did was give me the runaround and could not tell me why this issue was occurring and no one could fix the issue. If I could, I would demand a refund of all the money I have spent as I cannot play the games.

I’ve been playing Slotomania™ for several years now, and the money I’ve spent is extreme and as everyone else here I’m getting screwed with winnings and level up. I’m at 10999 level and it seems the higher up I get the worse the game gets. I can’t level up playing with millions at a time bet I win the smallest amount on the wheel and on bonus. But couple times now I’ve purchased a package and it gets stuck on it and I have now been charged for every package but then the game pulls back all the coins to the purchase but doesn’t refund the money it charged me for and nobody cares to help! I am disgusted with how Slotomania™ has become. I want my real money refunded and I want all the coins I’ve had taken given back! Does anyone know who to contact that is a person and will help?

After upgrading to Windows 10 I lose webpage when going from a game back to lobby. 2 out of three times it requires me to either F-5 or click out of game and reload. Also when the game shows what was won, the individual boxes go blank. Is their something wrong?

Playtika money deducted but transcation failed as shown on screen.

Hi there morning. I wish to seek ur clarification into your online purchase of coins for slotomania. On 23 / 07 / 12 i was playing the game and was out of coins and i did a purchase of $24. 97 for 30, 000 coins and was out of coins again. So i did a purchase of
120, 000coins for $62. 44 which had my account deducted of that amount but the transcation failed as stated on the screen. So i did a few more tries only the $24. 97
Goes through. In all 11 transcations were made from12. 01am to 1. 19am
4for $24. 97 amounting to $99. 88 which is deducted and gone through. The other
7 transcation of $62. 44 amounting to $437. 08 has been deducted but transcation shown failed. Please verify. Awaiting your favourable reply. Mr. Oh

Does anyone ever get an answer when they post a complaint for monies taken for purchase of coins and then no coins delivered? It seems to happen quite often...Why should the bank do all the work...Slotomania this faceless, non contactable entity takes your money within seconds and you don't every seem to get what you have paid for...What kind of a business are they running here...There should be laws against it surely!

HOW I CAN FIX THIS? I cant enter the game from nowhere, switched 2 phones 1 computer, i got the same problem on any device...used CCleaner to delete all caches etc, still this showed when i try to enter the game. Playtike refuse to answer, send them 4 tickets, all i recive is silence...This is frustrating, my account is platinum status with over 3.4trillion coins level 8300, but Playtika refuse to solve my problem...i feel like they try to take my acount because i have a lot of coins there...

on slotamania, we have two accounts with two different values on each. we can not sign out (it no longer comes up when we complete our playing by one) so it only works for one of our accounts. The sign in & sign out is no longer a choice so that the two of us can play when we open the game. Please help, we can not get our bonus dollars every 3 hours as in the past. This has been happening now for 2 days. Help Please!

I cannot log in to my account. It used to at least allow you to enter address and password (then fails to answer log-in, just dead) Now all I get is the screen with an X in corner with no entry areas. When I tried to contact support my browser page comes up stating there is an error with their website. It also asks you to inform them. Does anyone have a phone number for Slotomania Support? They cannot be reached via Internet!

I managed to get hold of support via Caesars Slot games and they were good enough to forward my request for help. Later that day I was again up and running. No idea what was done but am thankful just the same. You will have to make up a profile for Caesars so you can log in. Look for feedback or something along those lines. Good luck.

When trying to login to Slotomania, I get a "Please Wait..." message. This is the second day this has occurred. I am still waiting.

Also, when playing Rapid Fire, the game froze when I bonused on a 50M coin bet. The Bonus Rescue did not work. The game remains frozen.

I have been trying for weeks to get Playtika to answer my complaints. I am still waiting for two bonus - 5, 0000/7500. No one has even bothered to email me back. I will be cancelling this game. (slotmania).

My app crashed today and I couldn’t log on to wsop app. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. When I was finally able to get back on it, my account information was gone, and I couldn’t log back in. Only could start a new account. I had a lot of time and money invested into the account and want it back

No fun to play, Prices have gotten too expensive and return is little to none. I have repeatedly been held captive in a room. I do not get tabs that others have gotten easily. Others have the same complaints. You have gotten into taking as much money as possible. I will be leaving your room and stop spending my money there.

I was over-charged for a gem purchase this evening (9/22/2023). The offered 40% more gems deal which should have cost $79.99 plus WA Sales Tax. I was charged $108.48 including WA Sales Tax e.g., $99.99 plus tax. This, simply put, is a programming error.
