Playtika non-payment of major jackpot on slotomania... no response from support

While playing GOLDEN CHAPTERS first leg received 5 RED BARNS ...POP-UP tells u you have hit MAJOR JACKPOT but when I finally glanced at my remaining balance no CREDITS had been added ...I WAS BETTING 30 MILLION A SPIN...Since this app charges REAL MONEY for credits this is comparable to theft or at least non payment of SERVICES...I Have tried to get SUPPORT from FACEBOOK AND GOOGLE PLAY STORE but cannot find any phone support...we are talking about 5, 000, 000, 000 credits HERE...I HAVE TRIED TO E-MAIL PLAYTIKA and of course they do not respond...I have found a phone number from overseas but they also DON'T answer...after being on HOLD for 3 or 4 minutes they END THE CALL...HOW CAN FACEBOOK and Google PLay Store allow such APPS to run sanctioned by them...WORD FROM THE WISE this app is to say SHADY at least...GREAT GAMES but the poorest CUSTOMER SERVICE of all time...IF U DON'T MIND being ripped off for HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS and just want to enjoy great casino games this is the APP for U...

Playtika update new version

can't seem to upload new version available update now. When I try to update the new ceasars version, it keeps telling me its already installed, but it isn't. Please advise
Please let me know why it keeps telling me to upgrade, when the site tells me its is already installed. I need to know what to do to correct the issue. August 30, 2018 I would like this issue resolved as soon as possible. Why is it telling me to upgrade, when it is already installed, can't play the game.

Does anyone from Caesars Slots read these complaints? Having the same problem. Now I can't open new games because it says I need the upgrade. I've upgraded to the new version and still the upgrade now flag still keeps opening. Very frustrating. This bug needs to be fixed quickly...

I emailed you regarding a issue with the coins from a game at about 5pm today and recieved a response telling me to send a ticket through the game! Iasked how to do this and no one has gotten back to as of yet about 4 hours now aprox $200, 000, 000 coins plus are at issue! Please tell in detail how to proceed Thank you CathrynPecoraro

Playtika slotoquest

I choose the medium level for the farmers fortunes slotoquest.. as it advertised 19K coins. (not very high.. but trying Hard might just be beyond me)

But for such a low profit.. One of the quest has a minimum bet of 250, 000 ! and we will probably need to around 200 to 300 spins to even have a chance of completing the task. How does this make any SENSE!

Already invested so much time and some money to get to the last scene in the chapter, but now I am totally stuck, coz I could never have that many coins.. even if I wanted to buy!

On top of that there is no way for us to downgrade our quest

Please rectify.

please provide help, I was on the site just last night now i cannot get in. it is requesting e-mail and pass word. but saying neither are correct. i truly enjoy playing. please provide help if possible i have been a member for some years. i don't remember if at the time i joined if e-mail address was [protected]@yahoo.com i have entered it also entered new address which is [protected]@yahoo.com it has been so long that i donot remember the password used. the problem is i have tried both to reset password. i play on my laptop. you may contact me at [protected] please respond. at this time i have not been able o contact anyone to assist me. thank you jacquelyne graham

Playtika complaint

I was finally able to get into the Sloto Club on Slotomania after purchasing my piggy bank. The slots in the clubbed burned through 1.8 billion coins in hours. Couldn't even hit any bonuses. I was really looking forward to this and now its all gone. Slotomania claims to be free, but I feel as though you only want users to make purchases. I would either like a refund or my credits back. If this does not get resolved with in 24 hours I will no longer support any Playtika games and I will write reviews on how much of a scam this is.

Playtika unable to play / register account at slotomania.com

I want to play slotomania games at slotomania.com. When I try to sign up / register it says 'email is invalid, please correct'. My email account is valid, I use it everyday. Clicking on the support link takes me to an invalid page. It seems impossible to locate any support for this issue. I like to play the games. it is the only reason I got a facebook account. I have quit facebook as my account has been hacked more than once and my sloto coins and cards stolen. It is like Playtika does not want my business.

Daily Dash
My account # is [protected], I've completed the "Daily Dash" with time to spare and have not received my Gold card.
I've gone in and out of the game on Facebook and also FB Game-room. I love the game, but it is getting harder and harder to trust I will get what I pay for or play for as this is not the first time this has happened.

Playtika house of fun

I had just collected coins for a spin, and the program had glitched to another game that I didn't recognize. This game started collecting winnings from a game I wasn't playing, and it wiped out my $49, 000, 000 coins. Now I'm left with $16, 000 coins instead. I had contacted Google about this issue, and they had advised me to contact you, the developer.

caesars casino games online; Purchased coins thru Pay Pal who charged my credit card but did not receive the coins. Occurred on 2 separate occassions. I registered complaint with Pay Pal / who stated needed to come from you. Transaction ID 0B197818XV4077505--$50.00: and

Playtika caesars slots

I have been playing Ceasars slots daily, for a long time. I haven't been able to access the ""Legacy Bonus" for months, the game just disconnects when I touch the icon. I paid for Boost Mode but touching the "collect" icon gets me the same result, Disconnection...Same with the "Boost Wheel" ...I touch the "Always Win Machine" and it disconnects, sometimes, on the restart, it shows that I collected coins. Sometimes nothing...I don't get to see it spin...at this point, I am getting pretty aggrivated. What's going on? I have installed all of the updates, when asked, but it's getting worse... I even took my iPad to the Apple Store to get checked out and am told it's not me...its you...please advise

Playtika bingo blitz

How can I get customer support for the bingo blitz app if I can't get into it? It won't load, and gives me the message"oops something happened, please try again". Then I try again and get the same message. So I click on the tab " get support " and it takes me to a page that tells me I can only get support from inside the game. It's a vicious circle.

How can I get customer support for the bingo blitz app if I can't get into it? I try to open the app but it says I have a problem, no internet connection. Which is not true. I can get into all my other apps. Then it tells me to try again but gives me the same message and tells me to get in touch with support. But when I click the link it says I can only contact support from inside the app. It's a vicious cycle.

Playtika winnings

Not receiving coins won. Example: win 150, 000, 000 and only received 78, 000, 000. This is before bet is taken out. The bet comes out afterwards. I buy could ns from them and feel ripped off! Please email why and yet it fixed now! It is frustrating that this occurs on every and I mean every winning coins. I see in the complaint file there is a lot f complaints about this! Please reply ASAP!

I play slotmania all the time. when I get wins it does not add up my points rite. always am millions short of what I should have. at first I thought just me but then watched as I won and bout every time not got all my winnings.i am very disappointed in these games.i feel if I win the points I should at least be credited with correct amount of credits .I make some purchases and enjoy playing but don't understand the adding of points

Playtika slotomania slots game

For the first time in a long time I bought coins during the game. I should have known better than to waste the $19.99. As in the past the goal of the makers of this game is to rip their customers off. In the quest i was playing you HAVE TO bet millions of coins in order to activate the bonus wedges thus making it possible for all mycoins to be taken making it impossible to continue unless i buy more coins, which I will never ever do again. It's a shame because the quests are actually fun orcould be if run more fairly. I really would like my money returned to me. I am also reporting to Better Business Bureau.

Playtika slotomania

Since the latest update(s), I have been unable to collect from my friends posts/shares due to "SM-PHP-CA1.PLAYTIKA.COM " being on the post/share. When I click on post/share, it goes to m.facebook.com (whom I've also contacted about this) and it comes up "PAGE NOT FOUND"! I have sent tickets about this on 8/4/2018-8/7/2018 and I get the standard email saying that I will be contacted and as of yet I HAVE NOT! Before I submit a ticket, I clear cache, data, browsing history, uninstall and reinstalled the game. It shows this no matter if I am on my laptop, tablet or phone. PLEASE have someone contact me about this and have them tell me that it has been fixed. It's very frustrating not to be able to collect when I'm low on coins. I live on a very limited budget and CAN NOT afford to buy like some people do.

Playing your slotoquest ..easy level ..2nd island..1st game ..samba fever...went to bonus got 18 free spins ...after about 6 it kicked me out of that game ...I went back to guest and that game ..now it won't load for me ...I can load and play every other game ..on slottomaina. .just not the won which I am currently on a bonus on and need to continue on for my quest ..what gives?

i have the same problem i levelled up to medium entered samba feaver after it downloaded had a few spins got 3 scats and entered win spins then it went off the screen i tryed to re-install cleared the cache mem thinking i could get back to the game it still crashing i thought it was my phone going wrong it loads samba fever medium level in slotoquest and then disappears back to home screen ?

Playtika screen froze during free spins

I was playing First Isalnd Golden Summer. Playing Return to Eden went to free spins screen froze when I received more free spins. I have screen shot of thirteen free spins I never reviewed. I think it not fair to lose my free spins I play SLOTOMANIA all the time and spend a lot of money play. I don't play for free. Check my playing time and how much money I spend to play. If don't get resolved I sure you don't care if I delete my app. I'm just one person out of millions that's playing. I'm sure I'm not important. Thanks.

After seeing that he has tried to pull other tricks on people I feel that you should be aware he contacted me. He has yet to offer me the world, but I feel that it is only a matter of time. I told him in my last message that I reported him.

This is written warning that I am demanding a refund of $100, 000.00 dollars of the money I have spent and 4 trillion chips...

I have evidence of the scamming wsop has taken from me intentionally, Have plenty of screen shots, videos and witnesses from players. Pre determined slots, cheating hacks, and collusion to take chips from people like me to spend more.
