Slipcovershop.com Slipcovers

If I could give this business a 0 rating, I would. I ordered a slipcover and cushion covers in the same color. I received 2 different colors, clearly. I contacted them to proceed with a return due to the slipcover not fitting my loveseat and the cushion covers being the wrong color. Although they acknowledged the slipcover won't fit my sofa as well as the color mistake on the cushion covers, they only agreed to refund me for the slipcover and not the cushion covers AND I'd have to pay for shipping them back. The lady was rude and didn't care at all about working with the customer. She even stated she hated to insult me but the slipcover won't work with my loveseat. So, she wants to make new cushion covers in the correct color, send them back to me, then I'll use them on the existing brown leather sofa. Really? That makes no sense whatsoever. Bottom line is that I would never do business with this outfit ever again and they should be embarrassed to have such poor customer service. To top it all off, the cushion covers did NOT even fit the cushions. They were the wrong size and not at all what the measurements were that I gave them. So the whole experience was very poor. Even the first lady I spoke with when I told her the cushion covers were the wrong size, she said well you can take them to a seamstress locally and have them make them the right size. Lord have mercy, I wonder how these people make it in business but that's the way things are nowadays.

Slipcovershop.com Refunds

I sent back the slipcover I ordered over a month ago. Granted, there was a delay in the company getting it due to USPS. With that said, one would think they would have made an effort to expedite a refund in a timely manner. So much for thinking. I was promised a refund in 3-5 business days. 5 business days have arrived and no refund. It's not like I can afford to throw my hard earned money away. On top of that, the slipcover was garbage. Nothing one could be comfortable on in warmer weather and a magnet for dirt and animal hair. Will never recommend this company to anyone. It sucks, too, that they won't pay for return shipping. I had to pay for shipping both for my order AND my return.

Desired outcome: A refund. Now.

Slipcovershop.com Custom cushion covers

The cushion covers I received were not "custom-made" at all. They are a standard size and several inches too big. Jessica, the customer service rep, has told me that they are perfectly made to my specifications. My cushions are 24x24 and the covers they sent me are over 26x26. They offered to make them smaller for me - FOR A CHARGE! What a joke. These people don't know what they're doing and have no idea what customer service is. If I were you, I'd shop elsewhere. I wish I had. I'll be filing a credit card dispute with my bank to get my money back.

Slipcovershop.com Pillow Cover

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I orders 6 pillow covers from them in STANDARD sizes (202 x 20 and 22 x 22) in a simple white fabric. When they arrived the fabric was very very very low quality, and the sizes did not fit the slipcovers I was replacing. I sent them photos explaining this, but they said this was a CUSTOM order so I can't return it. They also said that it was one of their most popular fabrics. So WHY not stand by your product and return my money and sell it to someone else. BECAUSE it is NOT a good business. BEWARE if you order from these people that the product very likely will be POOR and you will NOT get the customer service we all expect these days. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK. I WOULD NEVER recommend this company, or EVER order from them again.

This #####ic company just did the same thing to me. I will be disputing the charge on my credit card because the covers I received are NOT the correct size. I tried to attach a photo here twice, but this site seems to be having problems with uploads.

Slipcovershop.com Cheapest Excuse

The slipcovers I received did not match the quality promised by the website. They were cheap and did not have holes for the legs, making it impossible to get a good fit. It looked like I threw a cheap old sheet over my nice chair. I returned them promptly with an explanation and asked that they consider reimbursing my shipping back, since the pictures misrepresented the slipcovers. Not only did they not respond, but they took $11.80 out of my refund. Since there was no communication from them, I assume it was a "restocking fee." Don't waste your money on this company.

Rottman Are you for real? First of all you should have requested some swatches in order to get a better feel of the material and a close look at the pattern. As for your hole to put in to fit. What the heck were you trying to say? To my knowledge no one carries slipcover with holes for chair.
I think the only hole is in your head for not following the instructions.
Finally Restocking fee? For your information there is none. Either you are lying or You probably also don’t know how read directions.
You and JenyaB should get together help each other out

I was navigating around the wide world web searching for slipcovers for my dinning chairs. I found slipcovershop. Wonderful services vast high quality fabrics to choose from. I decide to purchase from them custom made slip covers. I was very amaze with the precise fit. (Please note this all depends on how accurate you are with the measurements) If you are going to measure using the metric system or you are math illiterate. Than the chances of getting the right fit are against you. They will follow your measurement to the letter. As for me I am very good with number that’s why I did not have any problems.
I am so glad I found them. Prior to this I purchase from a well known store such as JC Penny for my dinning room chairs. Figuring it would be better than buying online. But instead I was stuck with this predicament. Which was when I wash them. They tend to became very wrinkled and are very hard to smooth down. Contrary to what is being posted by JenyaB and Rottman in here for slipcovershop I for once can honestly say slipcovershop was a great choose by far and do not agree with their negative statements

Slipcovershop.com Futon Cover is awful!

I bought a custom made futon cover in this store. It's AWFUL! It's looks like a bag, without any form, with seam in the visible place, and it puckers on the both sides. So, I absolutely disappointed! And I talked to them before I bought it, I asked an advice, I sad that I have non-standard sizes. And now I spend 100$ and I can't returned it, because it's custom made.

This is your fault jenyaB. You shouldn’t blame a companyfor your lack math skills.
Guess you were absent the day at school. When they taught math 101.
Futon cover comes in three size Twin, Full, Queen. All you had to do is to choose which one you have than also do a measurement of the width x length x thickness. Next time I suggest get someone else to help you.
As for the return come on. It’s a giving they have all the rights. You can not return a custom made order.
You should have known that! “I sad” really? I assuming you didn’t do very well

Which give any old futon or sofa a new life. There are,
thousand of different patterns to choose from. Better yet
you can custom make your order. I did. That’s why I giving

I have purchase from slipcovershop. Cover for my old futon that I brought back in the early 90’s.They are the only company that I know the makes custom made covers whether be futon or sofa. Plus they send you 4 free swatches. Now who does that now days? For future reference JenyaB. I suggest not using Chinese made measuring tape to measure high quality American fabrics made products.

This is my first time buying from this company I was looking at there website
At different fabrics for my Wing Sofa. I order four Free Fabric Swatches to decide
Which might go more with my style. I m so glad I did. Not only did I order the
Stretch Pique Balsam Green wingback slipcover for my Wing Sofa. But I also got the matching custom made pillows. Remember measure correctly, there shouldn’t be any problems. I am very content the with quality and service they provide. Beside it save me money by not buying a new couch.Wow how great is that. Will definitely will order again.
