Slim365 / Cancellation of Auto shipment
I signed up for trial sample of Slim365. I found out that I would also be signed up for FitFactory Online Fitness Tools. I called to cancel the FitFactory and I was then advised that there was a seperate # to cancel the Slim365. I was told by Slim365 that the product had already been shipped so but I would still be charged the shipping fee. When the Slim365 arrived there was also a product called Colocure. A month later is received another shipment of Colocure. I immediately called and was told I didn't cancel that product. I told the rep that I new nothing of the Colocure and i did not want it charged to my credit card. She said it would be cancelled and i could send the product back but I would have to pay a 10% restocking fee. I don't feel I should pay anything because I did not ask for and knew nothing of the Colocure product. I should have been told when I cancelled the Slim365. This company is very deceiving. I would not recommend them to ANYONE!!!
