Slate Signs / Item not received

Hello :-)
I ordered a slate house sign over a month ago. The money came out of my bank account immediately (via World Pay) but I have tried to contact Luxury Slate Signs / Bespoke Slate Signs / Prestige Slate several times (via phone and email) and they are not responding. I see that many people have complained about the same thing - their signs did not arrive. Can you help at all? Marcelle Cooper

    I agree with this about Bespoke Slate Signs. I placed the order and paid for the product in March 2015 and have still not received the product. 25 th June 2015 I continue to keep calling and e-mailing and told them to refund my monies as eventually they told me it would be a few more months before it arrived.When told to refund they then changed the date and no suprise the sign did not arrive as promised! several days later they contacted me to say the sign had been collected from their courrier but he only has an internal tracking no, said he would call with the correct tracking number. 6 days after alleged collection by courrier I am STILL waiting for delivery. They will not answer the phone, emails or contact form no response. Never have I experienced such a poor company and service, meanwhile they are taking more and more payments from people. This group of companies all owned by the same person Gareth Jones needs closing down to stop anyone else being ripped off. DO NOT BUY FROM LUXURY SLATE SIGNS, BESPOKE SLATE SIGNS or PRESTIGE SLATE. They will take you money and that will be last you will hear

    I too ordered a sign told 7-10 days delivery, then told due to technical problems another 6-7weeks numerous tel calls, emails etc, no response back. I contacted consumer direct who have taken the matter seriously and are getting trading standards to look into it as a criminal matter and advised me to make contact with my bank as a lot of banks now are doing a new thing called chargeback where if you made payment in one of a few ways ie visa debit card and you have not received the items etc paid for, they look into it and usually refund the money back to your account. I today have received the forms from the bank and it is a simple enough form, all they require is a few details about what you ordered, when and what attempts you have made to rectify the issue with the organisation concerned in breach of their obligations. Until consumer direct told me this, I had no idea about how to get the money back only court action. Try it and see, I am. You can only but try.

    Seems that I should have done more research as I am in the same situation, the 01443 492953 number does not get answered, the order proof mail showed the item as incorrect and gave me 24 hours to check of which I was fortunate that I did. Their soft ware seems to be casing issues showing Line 1 data - Line 2 data and the 1 and 2 are being copied to the sign.
    Paying via a credit card does give you the protection under the Consumer Credit Act - if no joy with this company, go to your credit card provider.

    I ordered a sign from Bespoke Slate Signs on 19th June 2015 got the prof copy on 23rd June with a guide that the sign would arrive in 7-10 days there is a clause that says in circumstances it may take up to 30 working day to arrive. Like others I have phoned left messages but now the voicemail seems to be turned off No answers to email either. I contacter trading standards and C A B consumer advice who are investigating it is looking like I need to contact my Bank to see if I can claim for good not supplied. I have asked friends on facebook in Cardiff to try and find out if this company actually excists

    I too am having exactly the same problem as all above. No answer on any phone number, even said he was changing providers and gave a different number.Emails saying that he is changing merchant and payment got stuck. Ordered 2 items from him and nothing sent and no refund and has been going on for weeks. I am going to report to my bank and trading standards - although I have threatened this he takes no notice. He also trades under a number of names but all have same unanswered telephone number,
