BEWARE this store is not selling authentic goods, I have received a pair of Asics shoes that are definitely not authentic, they have the classic glue everywhere, the sizing is off, this is just an avenue for dodgy rip offs - the ones you avoid on ebay! I have also contacted Asics Oceania for Australia and they have confirmed. This is not the first time they have received complaints - AVOID your feet will get injured and you will have to replace them in months as they fall apart! Even Asics said that the prices were impossibly low if they were authentic shoes. They would not be making a profit on them if they had to purchase them form Asics and sell at this price - mine have fallen apart in 2 weeks!
Hi Katrina Bollard. Upon looking through our customer database, we have never actually had a Katrina Bollard purchase from us nor have you contacted us directly to express your concerns with the product you supposedly have purchased from us.
Everything in your review above completely contradicts how our customer service works and also contradicts the thousands of happy customers buying authentic products from us.

All Asics shoes on SlashSport are sold by our running footwear partner Joggers World who are an Adelaide based running specialist retailer with 3 physical stores and accounts with every major sports brand in Australia, including Asics. So every single Asics shoe on our website is sourced ONLY from Asics Australia and is 100% authentic. In fact every single product on our website is guaranteed authentic and sourced from the official Australian distributors of the respective brand.
If you noticed a fault with your shoe like some glue, then you are fully within your rights to contact us directly and ask for a replacement pair which is fully covered by Asics Australia warranty.
As a mass manufactured product, faults can and do occasionally occur with footwear during manufacturing. We have a 30 day returns/exchanges policy to provide protection and Joggers World are fully backed by warranty of each of the major brands for dealing with faulty products.
The best way to rectify this situation is for you to contact us at service@slashsport.com and send photos of the faults with the shoe. They will then be forwarded to Asics for warranty approval and a replacement pair of shoes will be sent out to you.
So if you indeed are a real customer and have used a fake name for this review, we would appreciate you working with us to resolve this problem.
