Skynet Worldwide Expressparcel missing

Dear skynet team,

Please be informed that I'm the receivable for 2 parcel. Please refer below tracking number.

LAZM9000830350 - item already receive to the person call "yunos", but we no have such person call "Yunos"
LAZM9000830351 - item not updated

Both item supposed to deliver to Cameron Highland Malaysia with the 2 difference address provided, but is almost 1 week and we didn't receive until now.

Please double check for me as I already call many times to customer services and they keep as me to wait for the call, i wast very angry for that services.
