Skynet Worldwide Express urgent parcel : [protected]

Customer Service,

I want to complain about Skynet Bad Service. I called JHB office [protected] so many times, but nobody answer. I called a Malay Girl yesterday who promised me will send the Parcel by yesterday 26/07/2017. But until today i still never receive my Parcel. I want my Parcel by TODAY, this is VERY URGENT FOR ME. Calls also never pick up, if pick up also push to other people, keep pass my line to different people. The sender are paying your company, if didnt pay to your company, how you all get salary?
How can you all can be like this? This is not the 1st time, this is many times. Is Really BAD.

Skynet Worldwide Express delivery services

My name is Amizatul, and I always purchase online products and the vendor usually using skynet services. My location is in Bukit Ibam, 20 minutes from Muadzam shah, pahang. Why is it I have to go to muadzam shah to pick up my item from your driver? Before this the other driver did come to send the item directly at my house. However one of the drivers named Joe, tell me that to come and pick my item at 5pm in petronas muadzam shah. Am I dont have any other things to do? Why is he giving me such command? Why cant he tell me one day earlier rather than 2 hour earlier? At first it doesnt bother me, but because of your driver rudeness I cannot containt ny patience. Please dont let me use your service for the last time. Thank you

Can help to request the Skynet deliver item date on Saturday to customer because i was facing the Kulim Skynet branch keep asking customer need to go the center collect the item, the reason they provide is the item send to owner house is no people receive during weekdays, Saturday is always busy to deliver too many items, so they keep request customer need to go Skynet office collect our self, even i keep ask please send the item to me on Saturday, but they keep reject the request, can the Skynet company help to have the deliver item date for customer to select? Thanks.

Skynet Worldwide Express installation engineers

Good day I have a big complaining complaint about how to administer sky ... today 21.07.2017 I had to get an engineer from the sky to come and install my internet.
After I took a half-day off so I could be home a somewhat uncomfortable call and tell me it is in front of the door and came for installation. I subjected myself to shopping and wait for 15 minutes. He said he could not and he left. Thank you for a service that honors you have it and you can not teach your employees how to mitigate a situation like this

Skynet Worldwide Express product did not reach my place status remains 'out for delivery' start 15 july

Hi

Please help me check what is the problem of your skynet at raub. seller shipped the product on 14 july and I should able to get it on 15 july, but i didnt get it and no call from your driver. Im sure 15 july i at my home, if u cant get me ur driver should call. after 15 july I called to office and they said ok they will send on the next day, until now already one week, i still do not get my thing and no call at all for update.

Skynet Worldwide Express bkt00510 - acc suspend

I'm Nety from Columbus Asia Lgts Sdn Bhd.

Yesterday we already make payment due to our account have been suspend.
After check with your acc dept that our acc being suspend due to having pending year 2015 & 2016. Your good office did not sent any notice rgds the overdue and after so long now only telling us that our acc been suspend due to that reason. Fyi the person in charge now is no longer with Columbus as i need full statement and inv in order for us to check and verify.

We have urgent doc to pick and now stuck due this.

Skynet Worldwide Express shipment problem!

the delivery service is poor! i already wait 3days!and then check the tracking number 3hari pun tulis out of delivery! and the driver say he cannot send the courier to my house! what the hell! i ask him use the Google map or waze go to the cimb bank, and i can go out cimb bank to pick up my courier and he say he didn't use any Google map or waze! Then ? what can i do ?! POOR SERVICE ! kalau u tak boleh hantar, cakaplah awal awal! don't waste my time!

Salam tuan/puan saya ingin memberitahu staff tuan/puan tidak menghantar barang saya seperti yang dijanjikan saya telah call office dan staff tuan/puan telah melayan saya dengan biadap mereka memberitahu saya bahawa penghantar barang sudah keluar menghantar dengan nada biadap dan saya telah menunggu seharian dan barang saya tetap tidak sampai dengan alasan call saya tidak dapat padahal tiada apa-apa panggilan yang saya terima dari pihak tuan /puan dalam minggu ini hanya berbagai alasan yang saya terima.Harap syarikat tuan/puan memberikan pengkhidmatan yang terbaik untuk pelanggan.Ini harapan saya sebagai pelanggan yang kecewa dengan layanan yang diberikan oleh syarikat tuan/puan.

Skynet Worldwide Express door delivery service

Bad courier service I ever met.
Calls never answer.
Unable deliver to apartment due to no access card.
No call to receiver as answered by taxman milk officer mentioned that driver wouldn't made call for delivery. This is the first time I notice about courier service company couldn't made call for delivery.

"Dear Customer,
I'm from SKYNET
Your shipment failed to delivered due to your address require Excess Card to enter.
Please collect your shipment in our nearest branch Taxman Milk.
Skynet Taxman Milk
(Mon-Fri 9am 6pm)Sat(9am-1pm)

But when I go for collection, the driver haven't send to taxman milk branch. Need to wait for SMS from Taxman Milk branch. How can I differentiate the sms from which party n why do I need to do so?

So call 18 yrs experience in courier service line. I really can't understand this kind of service provided by a 18 yrs courier service company!

Skynet Worldwide Express skynet delivery man

Your chinese delivery guy that deliver items from sg siput perak to lenggong and gerik area are very lazy and irresponsible. Once before he left my item at a indian workshop without telling me. I didnt even know about it cause he nvr call me to let me know that he left it somewhere. Lucky the indian guy that work at the workshop tried to look for me based on my phone number written on the parcel. How can he just simply left the parcel there without contacting me. Besides that every i order stuffs and the seller use skynet delivery this delivery man would call me and ask me to fetch my parcel somewhere along the main road. He never even ask where my house is or even try to look for it. If i ordered 10 items from diff sellers does he expect me to go out everyday to fetch my item which isnt my job in the first place? Why do u guys hire this kind of person. Hes a chinese man in his late 40s to 50s im not sure. Thing is he never send my items to my doorstep and my house is not even hard to reach even the GDex delivery man didnt have any problem looking for my house and they delivered right at my doorstep but skynet always cause me trouble i cant choose which delivery service the seller use cause i ordered a bulk of items from different sellers in Lazada. This been going on since forever everytime its skynet service it makes me feel uneasy due to all the trouble i have to go through to get my parcel. Isnt it his job to deliever it to my doorstep. Pls take a look at this man. Hes working for Skynet Sungai Siput, Perak and deliver items to Lenggong and Grik area. Ty

Skynet Worldwide Express the delivery and the store staff which is located at banting service is very poor

The parcel was reached by right I can received it on the day or maybe another day but always make me wait until the second week then I received! There is show for out for delivery for a few days ! End up showed already received and I was not receive yet, and I called to the office ask the Malay girl who is ans the phone . The attitude was like can't wait to end the call ! Promised me will be send on this day but never then asked me call the driver . I hope the service will be change to better !

salam saya tak puas hati dgn layanan staff tuan/puan siap sms saya marah bagai . padahal barang sepatutnya smpai sabtu (08/07/2017) tp di sebabkan cuti halfday barang saya tak smpai . tu takpe saya tak marah . yg saya marah dorang call isnin saya time tu tengah memandu otw pergi kerja (confirm la tak angkat) then petang dlm pukul 1 dorang call dorang ckp tak hantar barang sbb saya tak angkat call dan alamat tak lengkap . saya bg alamat yg sama dekat postlaju dan gdex . okeyy jee hantar barang ni skynet tak tahu ke alamat padahal tempat org shopping ikut waze pon dh tahu . saya geram dgn sikap biadap staff tuan/puan siap sms ayat kurang ajar kata kata sindir, dia kata nak hantar esok then saya letak sbb saya marah dh lama sangat tunggu sbb dlm tu makanan nak masak mlm ni, pandai pulak call banyak kali, pagi tadi call sekali jer mana nak perasan hahahahahahah well first and last i guna perkhidmatan skynet . all the best ! Skynet Worldwide Express complain about the rudeness about the driver

A very good morning to the management.I just received a parcel that I do e shopping last week and found out that your company driver are craziness hornkin, shouting and ringing my doorbell outside my house at the same time cause there are two of them.Once I noticed the door bell and the noise they were making I am already running down from upstairs to the door, and I told them that I'm at upstairs and even go down also need some times right?(I don't think you will slip down or roll down from your home too)And they showing me that kind of black face and shout to me say how he know I'm at upstairs!Is't the right way your staff doing it or your company trained them to do it?with none stop ringing the doorbell with hornkin and shouting?and I'm staying in a bungalow houses, do you feel that type of stupidest voice will disturb my neighbors too?i should record a video next time if I'm going to do a e-shopping time..will let your company how rude and how stupid are they doing!thank you for listening to me and hope you guys can make the world feel better.

Skynet Worldwide Express service

Yesterday morning I called skynett rawang at 9am request for a delivery to my house since Im not at home the other day. They say it's fine and promised to arrange a delivery to my house and will arrive at evening. So I waited. At 5.10pm I called them again to ask why nobody come. Then they told me that my parcel they never even bring out. It's still at the office. Again, the person ask me if I want them to deliver again to my house for the next day. I said I will not be around on that day. But then I changed my plan, Im not going out. So I called today, in the morning around 9.15am ask request for delivery. They say tak boleh, tak boleh. Rider Semua dah keluar. If ruder all dah keluar how come the first day when I call they say can arrange delivery at the evening. I thought the drop card mention we can call to arrange delivery? I feel they all lying to me. Say will deliver to me then later they told me they didn't even take my item out. Then later, they say rider all went out already but I thought the operating hours starts at 9am-6pm? Liar seriously.

Skynet Worldwide Express delays in delivery

hi, good day.
what is the lead time for document to be posted from Sibu to Miri.
Our company sent a document via skynet from Sibu to Miri on 17th June.
We assumed that document should be reached earlier than expected.
When we called local skynet to check on the reason of delays, the reason given was because due to Hari Raya celebration. fyi, raya celebration only begin on 25th June but we sent our document on 17th June.

It took about 1 whole week to reach Miri. such a long period of time.

Can you pls assist to check? this is not the first time already.

on 19/06/17 my wife send my item via your skynet kulim, kedah branch. your stuff asked my wife to write my detail as a sender at receiver collum and my customer detail at sender collum. i only notice about that when i reach at home and when i call back they said my item already deliver. now i don't know what happen to my item. they just asked me to check online and wait. i try to check using tracking no. provide but not in record. do i need to wait untill my item return back to me and loose rm9.90 on your careless stuff mistaken or what...

Really disappoint with the skynet service. Tracked n found parcel already reach on 15/06/2017. Keep call n call since 16 - 19/6/2017. The girl operator not so polite n not even help at all. Keep promised will send by next working days. Track again on 19/6/2017, system showed is out for delivery but the girl told me is still on office not yet send. So tat mean from 16-19/6/2017 even the system update is out for delivery is all fake.
