I want to complain regarding one of my shipment which I have booked on 12-June-2017 with Skynet service but still, my client hasn't received this package.
When I call your customer support center so they guys don't have an information to guide me.

It was my first & last experience with you & I'll also ask to do not recommend this courier service.

Please clear my this shipment so that I can relax.

Every time I go counter and ask for take parcel sure with meet up the [censor] face from the counter Malay lady. Very bad service provider!
Some more every time I call to office number, sure they will hang out the phone. I believe this is the culture of this branch office. Is it I as a customer who want give you business to do deserves to have the [censor] service ?

I have a item from lazada track no.[protected]. I order it last week but still didnt receive my parcel. When I track my parcel at skynet johor bharu (Kempas), they said my office close and no entering because access card needed. But the truth is, my office need no access card to enter. Means they have send to wrong location. The problem is if the delivery man does not know the location or cannot enter office, why they didn ot contact me and just go away? Then the customer service centre also as [censor] as hell. I call them several times then still doing same mistakes. They said will call me to settle but didnt receive any call from them in contract I am the one to contact them back and settle by myself. I dont care just give me my item asap!

10/6/2017 at 11am, i go to skynet batu caves to take my parcel from china. Supposedly it should have two boxes, but the counter person said "that's it". I thought the logistic china send my whole thing in the 1 box only, then when i'm going back, i received one of my item only. The others dont have inside the box. I asked china logistic they said they're sending two boxes. Please skynet train your staff to be professional. If i dont get my another box. I will make another complaint.

My parcel [protected] was firstly sent to the wrong holding hub then today(10/6/17) supposedly they tried delivering it to my office at 9.20am but said it was close, however i was there at 9am waiting and nothing. No letter was left saying they attempted sending my parcel. Only found out when i tracked my parcel. Your customer service might as well be closed 24/7 as it takes me 10 tries before anybody picks up and that's if I'm lucky. Please sort things out, i need my parcel and it will be further delayed with Monday being a public holiday.

Status delivered on 8th June 2017 but I didnt receive my parcel bought from lazada. Report done to lazada and was asked to call skynet.
Call skynet customer service at Sungai besi cr2 and being told that the parcel still with the delivery boy and said to be delivered today 9th June at noon but i waited until 12.30pm but still no show. No phone call to me been done though promised will call me back.

Received email from lazada saying already delivered item but actually the report in tracking is wrong because I didnt receive my parcel. The customer service told me that the delivery boy is new. I was wondering why it stated delivery but not my ID no stated in receiving parcel.

I will lodge a police report if i still havent receive my parcel by tuesday 13th June.

Skynet service is the worst!
Courier that supposed to be reached on 5th was not reached us. Furthermore, your side claimed us reject the courier which is against with the reality! I absolutely mad when I call again yesterday, the driver promised to send today but until now not reached.

Poor services!

Train your driver to use google map/waze if not know location. Such a shame courier service that suppose to deliver timely can act like this twice!

Hi, my name is amril. Just now I go to skynet batu cave at 12.30pm 9 june 2017 to send my customer item.

They refused to take my item just because they don't have the bubble wrap anymore, and bubble wrap in skynet s. O. P?! I already packed my item with box layer.

The charges is rm11.50 for 1.02kg?!

In easy parcel calculation said rm9.20?!

Please grow up as your website!

Want to complain you klang branch customer service person. Very not friendly and ask more questions about the second delivery issue, but their not very like to entertain me. Ask customer to call back tomorrow and do the arrangement. I am calling to ask them doing second deliver but the people who on customer service ask me calling tomorrow to ask when they need to do second deliver. That very poor service.

Hi first my delivery did not come on time, then when it came it did alongside a wrong parcel. Now finally both my parcels are here but even thought it stated on the parcels handle with care, my delivery came with many damaged items due to the way parcel was handled whilst being cargoed to my address from Bangladesh. I paid a lot of money for this to be taken care off now some of my items are unusable.

I had two parcels but only 1 correct was delivered alongside a wrong parcel. The labels from yourselves are addressed to me but the codes on the boxes from Bangladesh is different. I require my other parcel urgently and for you to pick up your other customers parcel from my house. Please arrange for delivery of my correct parcel. You can contact me on : [protected]

Have been using Skynet to deliver my international parcel years ago. Recently Skynet keeps delaying to deliver my parcel and I have sent about 5 big parcels all of them are well written with all needed info. However when I check online many of the parcels are pending for delivery but have arrived at branch days ago. Shipment problem stated as info required. Well since info is required then why never bother calling Me? What info is required? Fine that skynet never bother to call. I will just try my luck to call up skynet branch. As expected no one ever pick up the call. This is a very severe problem that has existed for years in this company. No one can ever reach to your company by calling. What's the point having a phone number then? When your staff doesn't bother calling us and just keep holding our item at your end, you should at least allow us to call you so that we can track our parcel and to know what's freaking going on? So what you gonna do with the so called info required parcel? I have two parcels being sent on the exact same day but one is still being hold saying there is problem code 023. The other one delivered. This time another parcel not delivered again due to the same issue. Clarify please? What kinda information do you require? Why never bother sending me my stock? I seriously recommend you all to at least provide a reachable phone number. Airpak is doing so well with their phone system. At least you know where to track your item other than looking at the same status on website and you have no clue what's going on. My business partner has been sending stock using Skynet hence I do not want to interfere this. However I do hope you people can be responsible to your customers and at least just provide a reachable phone number.

Saya semak dari web dimaklumkan bahawa saya tidak berada dilokasi penghantaran pagi ini. Sangat mengecewakan kerana mereka tidak pun ada pergi ke pejabat saya. Kalau ada pun kenapa mereka tidak telefon saya. Mereka maklumkan saya untuk hubungi pejabat mereka untuk penghantaran seterusnya. Sangat mengecewakan kerana barang tersebut saya sangat perlukan hari ini.

Saya rasa mereka tidak ada pun buat penghantaran ke lokasi saya. Sangat mengecewakan.

-9.45am out for delivery
-2.30pm call centre to follow up the delivery, they said will arrived today. ask for the driver phone number but not given.
-4.15pm try to call centre but never pick up until 5.30pm.
-6.00pm decided to go to the centre, the reception said wait for the driver
-6.15pm driver arrived and he give the parcel ( picking up the parcel at their place)

the driver excuses is he not found the place! our factory is just 5minutes from the centre. why the driver cannot call the number phone stated in the airway bill?

Please improved your customer service as the service provided is very bad.

In the tracking system, it stated arrived at the centre on May 16 but until now still, haven't delivered to the address provided when purchase made.
Called the centre nobody pickup, the customer service provided a phone which also no one pick up.

Hi, my parcel already reached skynet (Kjg) at 17/may/2017 suppose to be delivered at 18/may/2017 yet none of the skynet staff call for me, and the item quite big, I couldn't self pick. From the tracking activity it shows that few problems one of it:
"delivery delayed. Kindly contact your local courier office."
Seriously, if delay please call to inform us, I don't mind the delay if already call to inform.

Please take this seriously, because I already disappointed when I saw feedback from online almost all is "bad services". Hope it got any improvement after this.

At 5.20pm, I just arrived at my home, and I saw Skynet's lorry in front of my parent's house. I know that my parcel that I order from LAZADA. So I decide to park my car next to my house.
after a few minute, I want to enter my house, and the Skynet's Boy call me, "akak ade barang", but I saw my parent's house the door are closed, I ask that boy, "kenapa, xde orang jawab call ke?" and the boy said, "xde la kak"
I was like curious with the situation.
Then after I sign the document, the boy said "akak, dalam peti surat ada surat tu nanti buang yea"I ask him, "kenapa kena buang? surat ape tu?"
He said, sbb akk da amek parcel, so surat tu boleh buang"

So, conclusion here, that boy not call the person in the list when arrived in front of the house.
why?

I have order steam Iron from 11 street dated 8/5/17.
On the 9/5/17 Skynet collected the goods from the seller.
The parcel arrived their Skynet HUB on 10/5/2017.
After this from KL, they send to Melaka 11/05/2017.
Until today 17/05/17, I have NOT received any goods from Skynet.
Please bear in mind, we are using courier not normal Pos. Moreover,
it is within Malaysia not from oversea.
I have been calling not less 10 times to Melaka branch for my tracking but cannot get through.

I make a call to HQ to make complain also not success. Their staff keep passing the line about 10 minutes and finally the line been cut off. Mine advise NO SKYNET COURIER SERVICE IN FUTURE

skynet la penghantar paling terum sekali! sebelum guna Gdex. pos laju. etc. takda pun mcm ni dah masuk seminggu lebih barang i tak sampai2 lg. almost a week jugak i complaint and make a call to skynet dorang buat endah tk endah je mcm sial! ckp nak deliver brg smalam sampai ke harini tak sampai. such a worse service ever! this is the first and the last guna skynet macam haram jadah!

I would like to bring this to your attention on Skynet Bandar Botanic. While I was away, the delivery guy threw the parcel all the way from my main gate into my garage, which is about 5 to 6meters of distance and left it there unattended. Although the parcel didn't contain any fragile items, their mishandling causing the box inside the parcel all dented and disfigured.
