SkyNetservice delay

Hi, my parcel already reached skynet (Kjg) at 17/may/2017 suppose to be delivered at 18/may/2017 yet none of the skynet staff call for me, and the item quite big, I couldn't self pick. From the tracking activity it shows that few problems one of it:
"delivery delayed. Kindly contact your local courier office."
Seriously, if delay please call to inform us, I don't mind the delay if already call to inform.

Please take this seriously, because I already disappointed when I saw feedback from online almost all is "bad services". Hope it got any improvement after this.
