Skynet Worldwide Express welcome board with frame

The item inside was broken into pieces (with 'FRAGILE STICKER ON IT!) ! And how can the delivery man can put the parcel inside my gate without anyone at home. The just put it against my gate and the wrapper was wet by the rain ! They cant just leave my parcel without me/anyone signing the form. I'm very disappointed with skynet service. VERY BAD SERVICE.

Skynet Worldwide Express I didn't get my stuff

I just want to ask about someone who name is nor azimi azli... Is it he send my stuff at there? Please answer me because I need a phone now! If I get that the seller was lied I want to make a report about that seller... But if skynet tracking were slowly to send my stuff I will make a report about this late arrive stuff... So... To skynet officer please do your faster because I got many complaint from customer about your slow work!... If you guys want your bussiness got high ranking so please be quickly to send our stuff!

Skynet Worldwide Express bad service

14 nov my parcel reach to lukut skynet store.but until 16 have not sent it yet excuse is bad weather.then call to ask excuse is no driver la, dont have lorry la, raining la ...then ask u come to collect by urself!then i collect by myself when 16, then skynet show me out for delivery when 17 nov...excuse me, is yours deliver or i collect by myself, dont liet pls..will not use ur service anymore

Skynet Worldwide Express delivery service so sucks...

My parcel already reached at seremban skynet office branch... but keep on delayed. The Status of tracking no. never updated... keep on chasing to their staff, jz gv me bad reason which is my area too far and my parcel is small size, so the delivery man no go there... excuse me, i had pay your delivery fees, suppose can receive 3 working days... delayed until one week still haven't received.. this is not an excuse..

Please refer all the feedback of customer as your service is really sucks.. Other courier service better than you a lot.. If you not change your customer service, your company will keep low and no customer use yr service again.

Skynet Worldwide Express pick up services

Hi, this is Tiffany House & Trading (Accno. [protected]) from seremban. I have been using 2 years of Skynet service, almost everyday I have parcel for pickup. Usually for small & light items I will call motor for pick up, but recently when I call for pickup, 1 week 5 times, 2 or 3 times never come to pickup, my parcel keep delaying, call seremban branch mentioned about this issue many many times but still the same, this issue happened continuing for almost 2 months, it is so disappointed...
Is OK that Skynet doesn't care about customer feedback, I m going to slowly change my courier service to others & stop using Skynet. Thank you

Skynet Worldwide Express service at kluang branch

11/11/2017 (Friday) - I would like to make complaint regarding Courier service in which I bought an item from LAZADA.
The seller use Skynet as the courier. Tracking #[protected]. My location is in Kluang.
I received note in office box today (13/11) to collect my things at Skynet office, due to last week on Friday (11/11) they claimed NO ONE in office to deliver my parcel. Note fake written that they came at 11.30am but OFFICE CLOSED.

IHOPE THIS WILL BE A LESSON FOR OTHER NEVER TO USE SKYNET ANYMORE BECAUSE THEIR SERVICE IS SUCK AND THEY LIE A LOT.

Perkhidmatan skynet cawangan chan sow lin sangat menduka citakan hal ini kerana staff dipejabat seperti tidak mengalukan kehadiran pelanggan. Pelangga terpaksa datang sendiri ke skynet chan sow lin kerana barang tidak sampao ke pelanggan melebihi 3minggu...bahkan tiada satu panggilan dari pihak skynet untuk memberitahu akan barang tidak dapat dihantar...saya sangat kecewa dengan perkhidmatan yang diberikan. Skynet Worldwide Express I am complaining about the delivery service by skynet bukit beruang melaka.

I am Rammesh Piley here.

My tracking number is [protected]. The item purchased by my wife is Jerry Study Desk ( DS 6139) x 1 unit.

The item has arrive and the driver brought to my residence entrance at No.5 OZ 7, Taman Ozana Impian, Bukit Katil, Melaka last week. My wife was in the house while the SKYNET truck arrived but she was at 1st floor. By the time she went down the truck driver left with a note " PLS COLLECT YOUR PARCEL AT B.B SKYNET, [protected]" without delivering the item . My wife contacted the number and the person was "Mrs.Ju". She answered and told that the shipment will be sent but until today the shipment has not been sent to the residence and she told the SKYNET management has cut the fundings for the drivers for the phone bill. So the driver could not call the receiver in the case where the gates of the residence are locked. Ever since, i am calling the PIC and she refuse to answer the calls in return and neglating the calls from my wife as well. Please treat this complaint as urgent and i am expecting the parcel to be delivered to my residence asap and please clarify if its SKYNET policy for not calling the receivers during delivery if the front gate is locked for safely purpose.

Hi, I called skynet to ask about my parcel but after they check my tracking no, they said my parcel not check in yet. I ask when do my parcel check in or can I make my parcel be express, they just said " I don't know/ I'm not sure" then they were simply cut my phone down, I was disappointed about your service. Skynet Worldwide Express product not received until 6 days

The despatch very lazy to come if address at jalan kampung.. He said the address could not be found.. Actually I receiving 2 items from others courier city link express from hq n skynet but city link express can come to enter at jalan kampung and sending the items very quick better the skynet courier.. The operator call n said to come office tmn molek for collect the parcel.. Very poor service..

Skynet Worldwide Express unsatisfactory shipping service

Purchased 5 pcs of york air-conditioners from lazada. A representative from skynet (Mobile number [protected]) called today at about 230pm informing that they would be delivering the goods to my shipping address in 30mins-1hr's time and have requested that I wait for them between those times. I tried calling the mobile number above to reconfirm their arrival time. All of my calls went into it's voice mailbox. 3 hours later still no news from skynet. Not even a single call from skynet to inform that there's a delay or postponement. At this point of time I have yet to receive any of my air-conditioners, despite the 3 hours wait. Improve your shipping service lazada. Your reputation is at stake here. Skynet is utterly unprofessional!

Skynet Worldwide Express economy service

At skynet my first experience has been very bad. I sent two shipments of garments which had total weight of 134 kgs. The staff here in sialkot told me that my shipments will be delivered in 6 to 8 days, but they delivered in 19 days. On 27th September I handed over my packages to them and it was delivered on 16th of October in Barcelona Spain. I am so disappointed. I think they sent my shipments via cheaper service while charged me for faster service.
I demand an inquiry and explanation about this matter.

Myboxpost parcel..Skynet website show its out delivery on 13 oct ...I wait until 14 oct still Hvnt get it ...I had call many times to ask abt this parcel ..all batu caves female staffs told its out delivery it must can get it on 14oct before 1pm...because Saturday is half day office...I wait until 12:45pm then think of Want request the deliver contact number and after 1pm I can call to ask...but batu caves female staff told me it must can get it on 1:15pm...then just hang up my call...I wait until 1:45pm call again only noticed that the batu caves staff is pretend simply ask me wait and non stop promised I can get my parcel because of after 1pm they no need to answer my call...this is Skynet services?! Where is my parcel ? Batu caves Skynet customer service female staff is very very bad! No responsibility! I think skynet can check who had answer my call and tried to pretend and lied to customer my parcel number is [protected]...can check on Skynet website my parcel was out delivery on 13 oct ..pls give me a good answer ...I want to know how come your staffs is big liar! If not I must post on Public website to anyone know this type of Skynet service!

Skynet Worldwide Express deliver and take product

hai, pihak skynet ada hantar barang di rumah saya.. padahal sy ada di rumah.. apabila keluar nampak ada kertas suruh ambil barangan di kaunter.. bila pergi tutup..
dalam msej menyatakan boleh ambil sampai hari sabtu.. macam mana sistem anda dalam mengendalikan barangan pelanggan?
ini menyusahkan orang ramai. call dan msej semua tiada balas..

Skynet Worldwide Express undelivered item

hi!. i had bought a product from lazada on 18th sept.
but the thing is i didn't receive my item until now. i'm supposed to receive my parcel on 22th sept. my tracking no. is 278 [protected] . i had check mine and the item had arrived at skynet skudai on 26th sept. however when i call skynet skudai, they said that they can't find my parcel and will call me back. the prob is they didn't call me and never anwsered my call until now. i'm so dissapointed. very bad courier service i ever know. today, i trace my parcel and it showed that my item was send back to the region center 2. i'm very frustrating and wondered how this incident can happened. my friend also in the same situation and we loss a lot of money. Please improved ur service!

Skynet Worldwide Express unauthorised delivery caused lost

Date: 30th September 2017

On 9th September, a delivery of online purchases should be sent to said address however it did not. I tried and called customer service, they claim that it has been delivered but in fact I did not receive any. All the information I submitted to the seller are correct, neither name, hand phone number or even the address.

The customer service person then revert back to the proof of received, however we do not know the person who sign and receive. By looking on the details the person wrote, only very simple name and incomplete IC number were recorded. The postman clearly did not executed his/her responsibilities well, by confirming the receiving person, as well as recording person's details just in case anything happen.

After this, I called customer service for numerous but no one pick up. I hope :
(1) Skynet TRACK where the postman went to send this parcel, is it a lost item or is there anyone keep it without notice.
(2) Revert back to us on solutions
(3) Explain why your postman did not execute the responsible properly, and how is your further action to act on the person

Assalamualaikum, saya nak File Complaint kpd Skynet, on 28 Sept 2017 saya ad beli barang di LAZADA, review barangan mngatakan barang akan smpai dalam 5 hari sahaja...jika beli 28 Sept, bermakna bermakna barang sy akan smpai 3 Oct 2017...memang itu yg dijanjikan...3 Oct 2017 barang sy masih belom smpai...4 Oct 2017 sy dpt email kata barang sy bru diposkn oleh syarikat courier ni...smpi harini 7 Oct 2017...sy masih belum menerima barang saya...tracking no. [protected]...saya cek dgn LAZADA yg memberitahu sy barang tu sudah berada di Skynet Sitiawan sejak 29 Sept 2017...servis courier apakah ini? Smpai harini saya masih belum terima barang saya...harap pihak tuan bole ambil tindakan.

Skynet Worldwide Express lies

25/9/17 Skynet collect the item from my office. Tracking number is [protected].
27/9 my client told me why haven't receive the parcel. I call to [protected] Batu Caves Branch they told me will call back tome. But they lie me not even give me back a call WTF.
30/9 client still haven't receive the parcel.
2/10 I give Batu Caves Branch my client number, they say will deliver tomorrow (3/10). Ok wait for it.
3/10 WTF my client wait whole day NO DELIVER, NO PHONE CALL. THEY DEFINITELY SAID THEY WILL DELIVER TODAY. WHAT'S THE PROBLEM?! This is the number of the lady who told my client that her stuff would be the first delivered [protected]) should ask name but client forget.
4/10 BATU CAVE BRANCH say driver no pick up phone (Is it the driver accident ? why always no pick up phone?) I call again BATU CAVE BRANCH, they say 10.30a.will call my client, she wait until 04.40p.m only get a call from them and told her package is with driver and will check with him. Then?
6/10 CLIENT STILL NO YET RECEIVE THE PARCEL
7/10 I FET UP TO CALL BATU CAVE BRANCH. ALREADY 11DAYS ALSO NO ANSWER. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM? DRIVER OR MY CLIENT GOT PROBLEM? FIRST TIME FACE THIS PROBLEM. PLEASE GIVE ME A ANSWER BEFORE WOKING HOUR (1PM) !

Skynet Worldwide Express receiver receive damaged parcels

To whom it may concern,

We received parcels in bad conditions on 2/10/2017 at Tampoi, Johor. The tracking no. is [protected]. For your information, I used SkyNet boxes & we received the packaging in wrecked. Fortunately the items were okay. Hopefully you will improve your services in future. Credit to staff at Klang branch that help me in so many ways during handling the issues.

I ordered things from Taobao. My parcel reached Skynet warehouse on 3 October 2017. My delivery address was at Putrajaya, Selangor. On 4 October, I tracked my parcel was at Skynet Sepang, but not out for delivery. I called Skynet Sepang and they said my parcel was not at their delivery area, so they would transfer my parcel to Skynet Kajang on the same day. On the next day, 5 October 2017, I called Skynet Sepang, they said my parcel already send to Skynet Kajang yesterday and they advised me to call Skynet Kajang. Thus, I called Skynet Kajang for my parcel and Skynet Kajang said they hadn't receive my parcel. In the end, where is my parcel? Please be responsible toward customer as we already paid for the service. Thank you.
