Skynet Worldwide Express worst courier

Buat payment dekat lazada 26 january cek postage dekat skynet machang since 28 hrbln, alasan incomplete adress so diam sampai harini parcel dari china pun sampai awal n boleh sampai depan rumah, skynet pemalas cakap adress tak complete bodoh sangat. Call branch untuk cek barang langsung taknak jawab, call handphone contact hang up n juz loudspeaker... Contact customer ada dekat parcel tapi tiada inisiatif utk call.. Bayar postage untuk postage sia2 malas buat kerja... Courier yg paling teruk sekali.

Skynet Worldwide Express slow transit!

My house with the skynet store office just 4km direction! Already one week my parcels still no receive!My parcels 31/01/18 reached Bukit Minyak from China till today 07/02/18 I waiting and waiting many days still no receive. I called to Skynet branch but no body pick up the phone and I went to their office and Stuff told me parcels already at lorry will receive that day but till now I never receive! Really lousy service !

Skynet Worldwide Express parcel lost

I'm very sad and helpless because one of my parcel has been lost due to services provided by Skynet Courier.

I got two parcels were shipped from China to Malaysia (TaoBao online shopping), both parcels suppose to be received last Thursday. But only one parcel reached my place on last Thursday.
Until today i still didn't received another parcel.

I've made several calls to Skynet hotlines but all failed to reach. Line busy. No one to pick up the phone at all. Sent email to them also no reply to me at all.

I tried to track the parcel online, the latest location shows the parcel is at SZB Warehouse. I have no idea where is this place..

Skynet is a suck company. Bad customer service too. I'll never use Skynet anymore.

Skynet Worldwide Express why my parcel already sent one whole week still haven't received?

What kind of rubbish service ur rubbish company provide? One whole week my parcel haven't send? I walking myself to send I believe also already sent. Call few day just got 2 times, said will call me back to confirm, however like stone throw into sea, no any feedback at all, always heard other said skynet worse, I don't believe, now I know I am wrong, thank you for your proof.

Skynet Worldwide Express poor service bad service crew

On 30/1/18 Tuesday they supposed to delivery my parcel to me, but they can't find the address n didn't call me at all. I used online tracking my parcel n stated imcompleted address I asked sender to call them n check, they called me on the same day and confirmed with me my new address said will delivery on Friday 2/2/18.when is friday I still didn't get my parcel I asked again the sender help to check for it, the service crew told the sender need receiver to check itself, so I called today Saturday, like 40 calls didn't pick up .finally they picked up n said their system had some problem can't check whr is my parcel at now, they said on Tuesday I didn't confirm the address with them but I did confirmed with them ! They asked me call on monday only can check, they d confirmed address but they didn't want to delivery it n they being rude to the sender !they didnt allow the sender check for receiver ?why ?!

Skynet Worldwide Express delivery service and useless customer hotline

I had two parcel post on 27/01/18 & 30/01/18 with Skynet service. Both also can't check the tracking number on their system.

I made a few calls to Skynet hotlines in different districts, and they told me that the parcel were not in their area.

Please someone tell me which hotline number are useful? I'm call WHOLE my day but failed to connect still in busy line. This is the WORST courier service company i had met.

Skynet Worldwide Express bad working attitude of clerk

30/1/2018
I was not around when the truck came to my house in the morning hence I failed to get my parcels. At around 3pm, i took the notice and went to the Skynet service centre for getting my parcel. The Indian clerk saw my notice and showed me her impatient face and said to me impolitely that the truck would be only reaching service center at about 5pm. Then, I decided to go back my home first and go Skynet service centre again at 5.30pm to take my parcels. About 5.30pm, I went there again. The Indian clerk said to me impolitely with her impatient tone once again that the truck is still delivering parcel at somewhere. She said:''belum sampai lagi-lah''!She should not promise to me that the truck will be reaching at 5pm. She should not show her impatient face and speak impolitely over and over again because it was looked like I'm giving her a lot of trouble. I was feeling disappointed and annoying for the bad attitude of the clerk at Raub Skynet service centre. At last, I want to inform the management of Skynet that I am not the only people who dissatisfied of the attitude of Raub service centre but also my friends.

Skynet Worldwide Express delivery service and useless customer hotline

My parcel from Taobao China has reached Skynet CR3 since 20JAN and status updated parcel out for delivery, but I still haven't receive my parcel. Although I tried to contact every skynet customer hotline, but every calls will never reach. (03-[protected]&03-[protected])

Guys, since the company do not take action at all for years, let's just submit our complaint to KPDNKK to protect our consumer's right. I have submitted mine just now. Good day!

26 /1 dah la call skynet payah nak angkat bila angkt bg no tracking ckp brg smpai hri ni . Tngu smpai jam 5 tk smpai2 call lg ckp smpai kul 6 tp tk smpai2 call tk angkt pulak ! Sepatut brg tu smpai 3 hri lpas tp lori yg bawak brg sy tu ckp tertingal 1 kotak ! Korang ni buat kerja mcm mne la sial . Brg tu urgent aw . Klau tk blh nk hntr ak blh g ambik laa

Skynet Worldwide Express complaining service attitude

No staff pick up phone since they are working from 9am until 6pm. 25 Jan said out for delivery, today 26 Jan also said out for delivery, finally no delivery at all. Address is completely but parcel still cant reach my home address. Last week also facing this problem. Especially for Skynet Parcel Tracking No. [protected], very bad experienced, before 2nd times delivery i try to call Skynet to confirm the delivery status, staff said already out for delivery, but I dint receive any parcel on that day, I need going to branch to collect my parcel without any notice or call! When I reach there, I waiting for 2 hours!

Skynet Worldwide Express rude driver skynet

When he reach, I was not around. I rush back to my home and on the way I saw he was delivering others parcel at others house. When he came down I called him encik to take my parcel. I was smiling to him but his face was damn [censor]. He scolded me and just give the parcel and said "kamu beli barang kenapa tak de kat rumah mau orang tunggu". Okay yesterday the trace showed the parcel out of delivery I waited for a whole day but it didnt arrived. Today I just went out for a while and then this [censor] thing happened. Please, this show once I use skynet, I have to wait for the parcel and then just sit in the house cannot go anywhere just to wait? I paid already right? Lousy service!

Skynet Worldwide Express my undelivered product

I've called customer service yesterday at Chan Sow Lin branch and talked to Ms/Mrs AIN. I checked through online system my product has been delivered on 19/01/2018 at 9.27pm but instead of delivering to my place it has been delivered to other place. When spoke to Ms/Mrs Ain she said will get back to me the soonest yet till now i didnt received any call from skynet. Skynet service is becoming worst day by day. Can i know how will i get my product back ? Prompt action is much appreciated.

Skynet Worldwide Express courier boy service

Today 23/1/2018, the courier boy reached my home when I not around, then he just gave the form my father signed n throw my parcel outside my house without any notice.

After he leave just send me a sms said I am not around when he reached, and I call back or sms to him, he didn't pick the call or reply me.

I tried called to Skynet for the customer services complaint, but I try a lot of times same no staff pick up the call.

Skynet Worldwide Express where is my parcel

I'm a receiver of parcel [protected] named izzah bajrai, address 6055 jalan haji mahmud sg tiram, 81800 ulu tiram Johor. I post out parcel on 2 jan 2018, and still didn't receive my parcel yet until now.

I do make a call a lot of time almost everyday to skynet kempas, they do said to rearrange my parcel for delivery next day, but until today result remain the same.

I want you to return back that parcel to yhe sender as soon as possible.

Skynet Worldwide Express tv 55 inch sharp

I ordered tv from lazada since last week monday. Didnt get any confirmation from any sides of seller. Today around 11.30 am (22 january 2018) received a call from a malay guy mention from skynet and said that they will delivery tv today and already infront of my house. The thing is cant you guys call at least 30 minutes before? i need to rush from my office to my house will cost me about 30 minutes and just to met your delivery guy. When i reached to skynet's lorry the malay guy direct asked me to sign the paper claiming the tv is ready for collect. Then i wait the malay guy to finds the tv and they cant find it. The only tv's available is lg 55 inch and samsung 40 inch (i have picture to prove). Directly the malay guy said that they forgot to take the tv. They mention will sent it back tomorrow, u think im so free run here and there? what is happening? you think this a game? im busy with my work and i didnt req any of this kind of trouble. Please settle! i want my tv today!

Skynet Worldwide Express terrible courier service and customer service

First, customer service is extremely terrible. Even during office hours, there is no person pick up the phone. Although pick up the phone after over 20++ call, they just simply end the end when I'm enquiry the delivery time of my parcel.
Furthermore, they promise to send me the next day before what time what time and I had been waiting all the day at home still don't receive anything. This case happened twice just in 2days. Is the job of customer service just simply make a promise and end the call?
Second, what do your company mean of "express carrier of choice"? Is it really express enough? My very urgent parcel have been staying in your CR6 store for around 5days. For a travel distance less than 20 minutes need to take so many days to travel?
I'm quite curious that skynet is a courier service company or a storage service company.
How could skynet compensate my loss? I'm going to pick my parcel as I really don't believe any promises made by your customer service. Would you repay my delivery charges?

Skynet Worldwide Express parcel [protected] tidak sampai.

Parcel dihantar pada 9 januari 2018 dihantar dari batu caves selangor hanya ke semenyih selangor tidak sampai sehingga ke hari ini 18 januari 2018. Call skynet dilai branch tidak berangkat dan telah beberapa hari follow up ke skynet batu caves dan mereka beritahu telah follow up tetapi tiada respon.

Company kami mengalami kerugian kerana customer tidak mahu menunggu lebih lama parcel tersebut.

Diminta pihak skynet bertanggungjawab diatas kerugian kami.

Sangat-sangat mengecewakan diatas tindakbalas skynet.

Skynet Worldwide Express service

Nama sy nor ilyana binti muda alamat gb44, mini utc keramat mall, 54000, dato keramat, kl. dan saya sepatutnya mendapat parcel sy hari ini. tetapi sy ada meeting di luar dan sy minta kakak sy ambilkan untuk sy di alamat tersebut. malangnya staff tuan tidak hantar dan turunkan barang tersebut walaupun dah call lebih 5 kali. dia hanya duduk dan marah2 dalam lori tanpa hiraukan kakak saya yg menunggu di tepi jalan. setelah beberapa kali call dia angkat dan maklumkan sy dia dah pergi ke tempat lain dan marah2 saya. masalahnya dia buta ke tak nampak kakak sy depan lori dia minta turunkan barang sy. ini bukan kali pertama sy berurusan dgn skynet tapi sblm ni x pernah ada masalah macam ini.. kalau dia ada masalah peribadi suruh dia ambil cuti dan jangan menyusahkan pelanggan.. kami bayar tau bukan guna service free. ini no tel staff yg sy call waktu delivery hari ini +[protected].

Rujuk AWB no. [protected]
Saya difahamkan parcel saya telah dihantar ke skynet sitiawan pada 11 dis 2017, tapi mereka tidak menghantar kealamat yg diberikan, bila saya datang pada 15 jan 2018 mereka kata dah dikembalikan ke warehaouse di subang, bila saya tel ke warehouse disubang hingga lebih 20 kali tetapi hanya mesen yang menjawab. Saya cuba tel hingga petang tetapi malangnya mesen juga yang jawab. Soalan saya adakah pihak penerima kena datang ke pejabat skynet sitiawan utk ambil sendiri sedangkan kita dah bayar untuk mereka deliver hingga ke rumah?
Mereka cuma hantas sms sahaja

Skynet Worldwide Express bad delivery service

I have tracked my parcel has been received on 29.12.17. however, I did not receive my parcel yet. the person in charge called on 8.1.18, he asked me to collect my parcel myself instead of sending it to my house. After I refused to collect it myself, he informed me that will send the parcel to me on that day. however, today 11.1.18, I am still not receiving my parcel. I am really curious when could I receive my parcel. I would like to say the delivery service from Skynet is really really worst.
