Skynet Worldwide Express tidak hantar barang ke alamat

pengirim dapat makluman daripada skynet mengatakan parcel tidak dapat dihantarkan kerana tuan rumah tiada di rumah, padahal alamat yang parcel dihantar ialah pejabat balai polis yang 24jam mempunyai anggota bertugas. jadi bermakna pekerja skynet tidak hantar parcel langsung. mustahil balai polis tidak ada anggota polis yang bertugas. pada 26/12/17 jam l/kurang 1030hrs saya menelefon customer service 03-[protected], kali pertama ada pekerja angkat telefon dan minta alamat mengatakan akan hantar parcel kepada tempat saya dan saya bagitau akan telefon balik selepas mendapatkan alamat dan selepas itu saya cuba telefon nombor tersebut banyak kali tetapi engaged.

Skynet Worldwide Express dissatisfied of freight forwarding by skynet to goods damaged

At 19/12/2017 I go to skynet Batu Pahat to post 5 carton boxes to Kota Bharu, Kelantan.The items arrived by post at customer 21/12/2017.Reference tracking No. EH436165815MY.Costumer has been complaining 5 carton box is damaged.I am not satisfied with the delivery by courier skynet.I want to claim compensation on the damage of the item due to the losses I have experienced.In the absence of any response from the skynet, I will make a police report.

Skynet Worldwide Express parcel lost in between hub to kajang

This is an international shipment from China to Malaysia. It was confirmed has reached Skynet as the last status of this parcel was on 9th Dec 2017. Parcel arrived warehouse and received at Hub - Subang Jaya and departed to Kajang Branch. HOWEVER! No more updates thereafter!
When I called the Kajang staff, they said they did not receive this item as there were no check-in record for this item. They asked me to call the HUB. Then, HUB staff told me this parcel confirmed forwarded to Kajang and asked me to call Kajang to check again. I've been calling since 12th Dec 2017 and calling from Skynet warehouse to Kajang to Hub again and again and again! They told me they did not lost my item but they do not know where is it! Please help!

Hi, I am also facing this problem! From hub to cr1, but now no update anymore. I called the cr1 staff and the staff there also said the same thing "they have not received it yet" "mungkin sampai minggu ini"... From subang jaya to batu cave, it needs 5 days? I did not even manage to call the hub because they cut the line! The worst service ever!1

Skynet Worldwide Express staff service and courier service

My parcel has arrived at bki on 19 dec 2017.. Since today (22 dec 2017) I have not received my parcel.. Its been 3 days and i've been monitoring the delivery status since then but no updates at all such as attempting for delivery... I dont even know wtf they were doing at all this time.. Why dont they deliveres my parcel? The branch I was talking about was skynet bundusan, kota kinbalu, sabah.. I've called them today at 2 pm.. I thought they wanna delivered the parcel today but unfortunately no delivery at all.. I am so frustated with this service! And the most fxxking thing was they dont even know how to use google maps? They've been asking me the specific direction of my address.. And I start questioning, isnt it their [censor] job to find the address and deliver to me? And its weird that they asked me for my address that my parcel were already have an address stamped on it.. And everytime I call them regarding my parcel, they would asking me for my address.. So [censor] dumb.. I have been calling em for the 10th time.. And the same question were asked *about my address*.. If they didnt know my address clearly why dont they used the internet, I mean the google maps? Are they monkeys? Worst courier service ever!

Please help me solve this problem.. I really need my parcel before this christmas.. My cons. No is [protected].. Contact me [protected]

My friend sent some documents by skynet seramban on wednsday 10th of june 2020
I contacted skynet bumdasan fro. That time to find the item
They keep telling me (it is in KLIS sir )
So according to the staff of skynet bundasan
My item in KlIA s8nce 11/06/20

I am cling them daily
Same responce
No change
No updates
The staff there are niether professional nor attentive
They are loose

For the staff of skynet seremban they are liars
During june also I sent some documents to my friend from Kota kinabalu to sermban

They said we called the reciever sir but she did not pick the phone
After my representative went to skynet office sermban

He waited there one hour until the car came from airport with his letter
So means that the documents did not arrive at the office yet from airport
And the staff of skynet seremban claimed that they called the receiver to get the documents but she did not pick the phone(liars)

Skynet Worldwide Express late delivery of goods

This is my tracking number-[protected]
I have sent my motorbike from Ipoh to Penang on 18/12/17.I was told that delivery of the item will take about 24 hours to reach at destination unfortunately till now my motorbike is still not in Penang.I spoke to the person in charge but the answer is totally unacceptable and now my motorbike is located somewhere at Kuala Lumpur.How is that possible to reach Penang in 24 hours if you add more distance away from desired location.Whatever reason you have please provide your service to customer properly because we pay for it.Really disappointed with the service.

Skynet Worldwide Express delay with reason lack of driver and full load

Skynet not able to deliver parcel with reason insufficient driver and full load during end of year. With this kind of reason, Skynet would not shame and dare to speak out loudly from their customer service.

I never hear from multinationals courier company give above reason for late delivery.

I think Skynet would only prefer to become juara kampong and not for international market.

Shame on your company!

Skynet Worldwide Express bad service

Our Security Manager at Vista Kiara, Mr Paneer hp [protected].

He is in charge for the Security of the Vista Kiara Complex.

Mr Paneer has noticed the movement of Syknet and has quetioned them about my Courier.

The answer is No Mail for A003 Vista Kiara, Joseph Lai.

What is going on ? At 11am, I noticed your SKYNET vehicle at the road side in fromt of the Garden International School. I checked with the Guard House again and no Mail has been received.

This is a feedback to Syknet - Your staff members are running around Jalan Kiara 3 in unorganised Manner. My showroom at Lot 7-5 Vista Kiara Shoppe can monitor the Movement of Skynet Vehicle.

I am Really Upset with Syknet.

Skynet Worldwide Express bad delivery service

Good day

My AWB is [protected].
In the seller website I got delivery completed marked even though the item never reach me. Upon checking with seller skynet confirm that they already contact recipient for 2 times. I also track my shipment however the information is too confusing. It seem like the items travel all over the country before it reached me. Please send my items to me ASAP.

Ordered oven from l*z*d* and supposed to be delivered latest by 18/12/17, been checking out the tracking since 17/12 so the game of waiting started since Monday by 18/12 parcel was at cr1(Batu caves) on the 20/12 tried calling your branch no one answered..so frustrated, I would have tolerate if your staff informed any delay or problem with the parcel, very poor service by skynet

Bad courier service. I've been called so many times regarding my parcel but no one answer. all the numbers I called but no answers. My CN no [protected] was courier on 14/12/17. Today I'll checked still delivery and the status delivery not change since yesterday 18/12/17 and no any update until this day. urgent need the parcel. please responsible!

Skynet Worldwide Express my items still not deliver until now...

My tracking number is [protected].

I have ordered for pickup suppose on 11/12/17. But they only pick up the item on 14/12/17. Which this is not the first case that missed pick up for my parcel with skynet. Last time they didnt pick up the parcel for 5 days eventhough I have followed up woth them everyday. Back to this issue.

The item arrived in Sitiawan on 15/12/17. According to the tracking on 15/12/17 out for delivery. The weird thing is on 16/12/17 again status is "out for delivery". But still dis not received the item.

Today as on 18/12/17, I called sitiawan skynet office to get info about my parcel. They told me its out for today. Again out for for delivery? Isnt it weird enough the item has been out for delivery for 3 days?

Furthermore, your staff in sitiawan are not coperative enough and being rude! I am patient enough to have waited for my items to be delivered without any complaint for almost a week and this is the treatment that I got from them!

Seriously... This is not acceptable!

Called several attempt no pick up
Saturday went to taiping office they claimed server down couldn't check provide pj no to call however no one picking up.
Saturday evening my relative still not receive the parcel and the next day they flight back to their country without my parcel
I'm not happy with your service this time bcoz there hv no answer from anyone to check my parcel
Pls return back my parcel bcoz no one will receive it from pj Hilton due to your service delay

Skynet Worldwide Express very bad service from skynet sg petani

Seller has shipped my order on Wednesday using your courier service. On Thursday I check the tracking no and it says out for delivery. But nobody from skynet came. Not even your lorry. On Friday I checked too, it says item out for delivery. I waited the whole TWO days just to be disappointed. I cant go out of my house just in case the parcel came. This is not the first time it happened. SKYNET SP never send the item to my address. Everytime I ordered things from this seller, i had to pickup. If i can just pickup from the centre, its still fine but the driver bring my item together in his lorry. I wonder why bother taking the items in the lorry while you wont be delivering it? Sounds ridiculous huh? And i had to endure this because the same seller using your service. They put trust in you but why betray us? I believe this may only happened in SKYNET SUNGAI PETANI. And now its Saturday. I dont think my item will arrived today. Tomorrow SKYNET closed. And on Monday I bloody need to use it. Or my customer will curse me. Can you take responsibility to my loss?

Try to call the hotline no. posted on the official website, but no one is picking up. The phone line always seems busy. I have been waiting the parcels for 2 week since ordering.

Knowing that the process takes time, however due to urgency, I need to collect the parcel by late of 17 December. The tracking number is [protected].

Skynet Worldwide Express delivery

I've been waiting for my parcel for past 3 days. But your delivery never been done. I need it urgently. The stuff are need to use by this saturday 16/12/2017.

This is the details of my parcel:
Airway bill no [protected].
Its consist of my wedding stuff on this 17/12/2017.

Tracking progress are info required since 13/12/2017 but no out for delivery since then.

I've been to your lodge in and collecting centre in cr3, subang jaya and waited one whole day to receive my parcel still they can't find it.

I've call million times since 13/12/2017 but always line busy.

Skynet Worldwide Express delayed pick up service with no one to refer to for query...

My items has not been picked up for 4 days and no one care to call me or anything. I am a vendor of Lazada and due to this delay I've lost many sales over Lazada cuz the time frame is not met. Please do something about this. I've tried to call the hotline number plus any other number i cld find to get hold of your service but since morning it was just ringing and ringing. I need your team to send a rescue for my item immediately. My address is in 22 Jalan Meranti SD13/7, Sri Damansara and my items has been sat by the guardhouse since last Saturday and no one came to collect it as I requested and please don't tell me [censor] as I work for a courier and logistic company too so I know how the process flow and arrangement supposed to be done. If I sounded harsh, I apologize to you in advance but I hope you do realize the urgency and frustration i'm facing right now. Take this matter seriously and provide the solution ASAP!

Skynet Worldwide Express bad courier service

parcel arrived on 29/11/2017, until now the parcel still havent delivered. called more than 5 times directly to central region 2 office(Chan Sow Lin skynet) and promised to send the parcel by 8/12/2017.
The Skynet HQ did not even pick up the phone.
The customer service from central region 2 office was very bad, and made promises that cannot be kept!
How disappointing !

Pick up the phone!

With delivery status 'Info required', I took the initiative (ironic, you should call me if need info) to call (from 9am) for clarification, it either:
1. Chose no.3 customer service, engaged at all time, or
2. Chose operator, no one ever pick up

With such poor CS, don't slap your own face by setting automated voice 'it's a testament skynet got bla bla award, competent, customer-focused'.

The leader who's running skynet, shame on you with such incompetent leadership that allows such poor quality in your team.

Skynet Worldwide Express warehouse staff - hidaya not keep the promise

I have call several time to ask about my parcel, your staff from china warehouse - ms. Hidaya, she was promise to let me know the status of my parcel by 5pm yesterday, I have wait her until 5pm, but she didnt turn up the call, after I call her back, she promise me in second time, she said will let me know before 6pm, I was waiting her from 5pm to 7pm... But she fail to do that. She keep break the promise!

my parcel was collected by skynet on 11 dec, and today is the fourth days I waiting for my parcel, I need my parcel urgently, I need it before tomorrow (15/12/17)
