SkyNet / information provided by your stuff not correct


on 19/06/17 my wife send my item via your skynet kulim, kedah branch. your stuff asked my wife to write my detail as a sender at receiver collum and my customer detail at sender collum. i only notice about that when i reach at home and when i call back they said my item already deliver. now i don't know what happen to my item. they just asked me to check online and wait. i try to check using tracking no. provide but not in record. do i need to wait untill my item return back to me and loose rm9.90 on your careless stuff mistaken or what...
