Delivery man very unprofessional, on 10Arp2018 call me say I got one parcel too big if I wan need collect my self contact no [protected] 7pm.i just tell you need to send over my place.
Next day I call skynet office asking about my parcel, person Incharge ATIRA say will delivery by today, 15min other person call me contact no [protected] tell me you parcel yesterday we already send, no have person in house, if you wan you parcel you need collect you self at farlim, I talk to driver this not house, this shop my shop every day open 7am-10pm and my shop got cctv yesterday no ppl send parcel, he direct close my phone.
I just wan to ask I using skynet, parcel direct send to my house or I need collect what ever you lorry at where, if I collect with you lorry I can direct buy at any shopping mall, why I need using couriers services.this is skynet services ?

suck skynet postman just throw my parcel inside and no body at home!
My 1st call to customer service complain is on March 16 2018. After the call the girl say will ask operators and call back to me. Today is ad April 9, almost 1 months. During this period i have call so many times to ur customer service hotline and no body pick up the phone from morning untill evening!
Did you know ur post man send parcel to my house he just throw the pacel inside my house and no anybody at home! And my staff have been bitten tattered by my dog! Inside is a needle roller for medical use!
What wrongs with skynet? No ppl pick up call no one follow my case, and ur suck post man very lazy. No ppl at home then just throw my pacel inside.!

I am totally speechless to Skynet courier service. I bought something from Tao Bao China. I have contacted TaoBao China and they told me that I have collected my parcel since 2 days ago. However, I still haven't receive anything yet until today. I have been searching my parcel for the whole entire day through the internet and I just discovered that they have send to the wrong company instead of mine. Taobao China has provided my full address and even my full name. How can you sent to the wrong person and the wrong address? Until now you guys still have not discover the mistake that you have made. I am so disappointed to your courier service! I do not know what has happen to my parcel as they have already been with other people for two days and I also do not know whether they have open my parcel and used my product. I strongly request for an explanation and refund. I do not have any documents and photo as you can see that I still have not receive my parcel yet!

lazy delivery man
Parcel was for another company on the second/third floor, but for years this delivery uncle keeps delivering it to our floor on the first saying he is too tired to go up. Even said 'If they want the parcel, ask them to come down.' Unbelievably rude and unreasonable! Always bullying our colleagues into signing the slip and cheating saying it is for us to make us open the door. Delivering is YOUR job! If anything happens to the parcel who will be the one to blame? We always ask him to go upstairs but he will not do so and even take our chop and chop himself. Is this the work ethics Skynet teaches their deliverymen?

This is ridiculous. I receieve a notice from skynet, he asked me to collect my parcel at Chan sow lin then i went there next day the lady said driver already took out my item. So nvm i back home and wait. At night i checked the status it shows Delivered so i email customer service they show me someone sign my parcel but the name and ic i didnt even recognize. Then i call to them they said will ask driver to get back my parcel and will call me. But until next day i call them that lady said their driver will collect my item within 1 week. I said how if that guy open my parcel and she told me wont. What a funny answer. If a responsible person will straight away get back the parcel and wont wait for 1 week right?

Package received on 21st but not complete. The total package has 3 x Artificial Trees. But I only received the pots for the trees. I waited for 4 days but no redelivery. Please send the balance to me ASAP! No one picks up your phone and if there are no replies by Monday, I will be lodging a police report and will approach the relevant authorities and media.

I was informed to go to your skynet Malacca pandan malim branch to collect my parcel on 20th Mar 2018. I wonder why your driver didn't bother to send to my doorstep and didn't even bother to make a call! Furthermore, my father is always home and there was no delivery from skynet at all! Every single time when it comes to skynet, I will have to face so much problem on receiving my parcel! It's the WORST courier service ever in Malacca! Please well train your staffs and stop giving plenty of excuses! For the services all these while that you have provided, I would say it's a plain disappointment! missguided delivery
I have ordered off missguided multiple times who use your service to deliver to my home in Melbourne, Australia.
The last 2 times your company has delivered me package they have not gone to my front door, but thrown my package in the middle if my drive way. Which is no where near my front door. My package is them felt for everyone who drives by to see and left out in the elements.
This is not acceptable that I am paying for a service and your delivery man is to lazy to get out if his car and come to my front door to deliver my package.
complaints a bad service courier
I want to complain about the service of the courier. The reason why I live there is no elevator so the courier asked me to go downstairs to get the goods. Delivery is your job is not because of more goods or multiple orders for customers to go downstairs to collect their own things. When I contacted him, I said that I couldn't get heavy things. He said with bad tones that he couldn't take both kinds of goods upstairs. You can up and down twice times to take the goods for me. I am pregnant can't get the heavy goods. Delivery is your job is not my job. The courier who is doing your part this time makes me feel really angry and disappointed.
terrible courier service
1/3/18 until 7/3/18... I still haven't receive my parcel yet. I called to Skynet Sungai Siput Malaysia. They said unable to locate the address. Why other couriers can located and Skynet cannot? The person answer my called was rude! They didn't even call me and just left the parcel at that branch. Then never contact me again. They also promised me will redelivery but nothing! That parcel is very inportant to me! So when can I get it? A month or forever just left at skynet sungai siput?
Skynet CR2 chan sow lin, parcel from 14/9 till now 23/9 no delivery. everyday i call the receptionist to confirm my parcel will be out for delivery and the lady name LInda ( who answered my call is lier, super lier) she said she will follow up and parcel will be delivery, Mon, Tue, WED, THur Fi, Sat I call every day and waited no one come ... they fake record ( office closed)

the product i should received by last 2 weeks, the 'efficient' service provide totally is worst.
if the sender send to invalid address, u should call the person who receive the parcel, not only to return.

Sgt2 kecewa dgn skynet. Barang dari cheras ke kl pon bole lembap sgt nak antar. Siap tulis info required lagi. Bile I kol, baru ckp nak antar. Masalahnye kalau dah kol suruh antar, antar je, xpyh lagi nak kol2 penerima tu! Last2 pegi hantar balik parcel tu ke hq sedangkan parcel tu sgt2 dperlukan segera. Urgenttttt! Very bad bad bad service. Dan xgune kalau bjuta org buat aduan kt complaintsboard ni kalau xde dibuat tindakan penambahbaikan.

I am really dissapointed with Skynet branch Butterworth as the customer service is very rude and no action when customer query on the parcel.
My parcel being hold at the branch as the reason is unable to locate address. Then, they didnt make a call to me if they cannot found the address. The lady just said it so messy since there is a lot of parcel to be deliver due to the festival season which i think is not a customer's problem.
Sorry to say again that i am really angry with the Butterworth service.
Kindly improve your services if you want your customer remains in future.

Hantar barang customer tak ada, tinggal slip tu alamat tak betul, telephone telah ditamatkan, call hq tak dapat, wedsite tak update alamat silap dan telephone telah ditamatkan, panggil kami nak collect kat mana? Google search baru dapat cari tempat, sampai situ, pekerja muka hitam, kasi idea tukar slip tu bahawa alamat dan telephone betulkan, macam nak lawan. Hello kami tahu business dah besar bukan macam ini punya attidute kan?

My parcel reaches branch at Sungai Siput on 5th Feb 2018. Even until today 13rd Feb 2018 my parcel has not delivered yet. What do you think already one week the parcel does not deliver? Is that the company too busy? Please, this is not an excuse! In my opinion, just shows that is not efficient. Besides that, office phone does not function to call. What is this kind of service? Yesterday I get a miscall from skynet staff's hp no, nobody hang up the phone after I call back. Today also the same, so I call to skynet office muar branch to ask about my parcel. The staff say they can't find my address and nobody answer when they call. So they will put my parcel on their office and want me to go collect myself because they don't know when will go my area again.
But the problem is nobody hang up the phone when I call back, for several times! And isn't it skynet a courier service company? How come a courier service want their customer go collect parcel themselves? Seriously I never face this kind of problem when I use others courier service, really disappointed for this.
