I bought a Groupon deal for treatment, tried to make several appointments before but it always seems "fully booked", need to book like 2 weeks in advance. Finally got an appointment today at the Zhongshan Mall #01-28, went down and saw that the salon was empty, there's only 2 staff. After I told them about my Groupon deal, they started analysing my scalp. Told me how bad my scalp is and asked me to do another treatment that cost 4 times the price. I refused and asked to stick to my Groupon deal but they refuse to do it for me and asked me to get a refund from Groupon. So...I have made a wasted trip and got my blood boiled. If that's your policy working on hair depending on the condition, then at least state it in your terms and condition. Anyway I called the manager, Christine, at the 100AM branch. I asked to speak to the boss but she refused to give me your contact and that's fine. Keep telling me that mid shoulder length have to top up...Halo, don I know what is mid shoulder length? My hair is not that long and the issue is not about topping up for the length here! Anyways she said she'll call the branch to find out what's going on and get back to me but no sound and no sight after that. Thanks to Skye, I went to another salon to do my treatment and this salon told me that my scalp is in great condition. Never will I step into your salon again, they are out to cheat.

SKYE organics at 100am tanjong pagar has 2 staffs who are friendly and knowledgeable. They explain the price well at the start regarding the hair length and differences of products used. Other than good head and neck massages, what I find most helpful is their organic products. My scalp is considered sensitive and their products are really great. Not the cheapest, but worthwhile if you are seeking for good products for your hair!
I went for an ‘organic’ treatment. Told to close my eyes and wear a mask. Within 10 minutes of the Brazilian keratin treatment on my hair I was rushed to hospital. The product is dangerous and I’m lucky to be alive! I was in hospital for 2 weeks and now left with severe asthma. No skin test was carried out. They even took my money while I was in such a state and not with it.
I had to pay $1700 in hospital fees. I’ve had not apolagy from the salon and they won’t sent me a picture of the product. I need a picture of this product so I can stay clear of the product so I don’t die in future.
Please do not use this awful salon. They should not be allowed to stay open.
Nice!value for money deals.staff are friendly especially the ladies called Mei &lily who served me. They politely and sincerely explained to me what type of perm suitable for my face.they gives you what you but from Fave without asking you to top up for better colours.Totally no hidden cost .I will come back again.Really worth a try!

I have permed my hair for about 4 times now and they never disappoint me. The first time I went I was worried I may not like the perm but the stylist assured it will turn out fine, and it did. Subsequently I went back to try out different perms and had a good experience. The service is great, so having to sit there for a few hours was worth it. The stylist would think of what to do first before getting down to it, and the perms are made to suit your face shape. Not only that, they also try to come out with new type of perms and colors. My friends that went there told me they are very professional so our hair is always in good hands. I have confidence and trust in them. They always treat my hair with care and style it nicely after the whole session. It is always a wonderful experience.
