BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND THEIR NEW NAME "SKY BLUE SOLUTIONS". They used to be called "VACATION DEPOT" and "UNITED RESORTS MARKETING".

This company has had to change their name 3 times in the past 2 years because of all the complaints that potential buyers could look up online.

A man by the name of "Steven Douglas" called my parents tonight Feb 11, 2010, with the entire script that everyone else posted about...the "convention" with cooperations willing to pay $9K over the purchase price for our timeshare, etc etc. Guaranteeing $20, 000 for our time share.

He kept rushing us to give him our credit card info TONIGHT to make it within this quarter's sales!

So glad we researched this company & it's previous names before we gave them the upfront fee, which has since increased to $950.
You can tell they have spent a lot of time writing some fake, positive reviews...but please, please, what's the golden rule? If something seems too good to be true, it probably IS! SOOO True in this case.

WATCH OUT FOR ANY COMPANY OFFERING TO SELL YOU TIME SHARE AT A DEAL THAT SEAMS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE

Blue Sky Solutions, aka as Untied Resorts Marketing does not return phone calls, and keep saying they are "working" on it. When you try to call them their reps are always "out". Once you sign their contact you never can get hold of them again. Also, once you sign the contract American Express will NOT be able to help you out, they say there is "nothing that they can do".
