I bought a 10 x 10 green tent from the company the first time I used the tent it bent. So I emailed them to let them know that it was broke. No problem they said they would send me new parts just sent some pictures and we will ship the parts to you. Well a month later I am told I need to pay for shipping on the new parts. Fine I pay for shipping and wait for the new parts. They only send me one side all 4 sides are bend. So I call them back well they can't send me all 4sides they would have to open a new box and then they would be out a tent. She told me that they had a 30 day warranty and I ask what that covered and she said parts. So few phone calls later she tells me that I bought on line and they only have a 10 day policy and that I am to late. But I went to the web site and this is exactly what it says. Store policy If the item is defective or mal-function soon as being used, we offer exchange or full store credit. Exchange policy for local customers is 10 days. I am not a local customer so this reads to me like I should have store credit.
I would never buy anything from this company I think they need to be shut down by the BBB.
