Sky Link Direct / Installation
First installation date was scheduled for Tues. 12/23/8. We specefically asked that if there was a problem or install didn't take place to call an alternate phone, instead we received a phone call early that morning at the home phone number stating the installer was sick (snow storm) and the installation had to be rescheduled. New installation date was today 1/2/9 between 12:00 - 4:00, installer never called or showed. We called DirecTV and was told the installer signed off his work order, stating we weren't home. I took off work and we WERE HOME ALL DAY. My assumption... the installer didn't feel linking working. DirecTV is fully aware of this incompetant company representing them and hopefully will find another source to do their installations. Next "so-called" install and final attempt for the install is Tus. 1/6/9. We'll see. This company STINKS!!!
