oh yes it's true that sky broadband offer you great service, but on the downside they mislead in selling there broadband, only when you actually register for broadband do they tell you its for sky customer's only and your what seemed a amazing deal of £10 a month could turn into £50 to £60 a month due to you have to take there tv package a friend of mine has asked for his service to be dis connected as his box was said to be faulty after checking the box on another satalite dish it was all fine, so they have asked him to change his box and he has to pay a call out charge of £65 with a total cost plus the digital box i might add that he does not need of £100 he asked them to close his account, they have said yes but you have to give 30 days notice and you will lose your broadband, who says crime does not pay, looks like he's getting legally ripped off

    Please Please Please will you do something about my Broadband
    I have called on a number of occaisions over the last three weeks and the issue still hasnt been resolved
    I am being charged for Broadband but am unable to access this

    Hello Sir/Madam,

    We placed an order for SkyTV, SKy broad band and landline package on 29 of december.Till now we have not got broad band connection.Internet is very much essential.I hope we will get broad band connection as soon as possible

    Sky promised no change to O2 customers after acquisition of O2 broadband business.
    Bill now doubled !!!
