I tried time and again to open my account but at stage 5 just before completion of registration process message is shown that this email ([protected]@gmail.com) already in use. I tried many times before for opening of account but unsuccessful. so if any previous record of my email exists there, that may be removed to enable me to open the account. my email [protected]@gmail.com be given access for opening of account.

I was involved in a fraud case.
i was told to pay money into an account of skrill. The email i received was from skrill.[protected]@fastservice.com . Everything was authenticated and it came from skrill(R).
The transaction ID is : 5X472815E1267414M
I had to deposet R1250 ZAR.

If I can receive an email adress from you I will be able to forward all the emails that I received during the purchase.

Barry told me that he wanted to buy my bike. The email from Skrill(R) read that the money has been deducted from his account and in order for me to receive it I had to pay an amount (It stated that it was for the new verification reasons). So I paid the amount and nothing further happened.

I had 12-24 hours to pay the amount so I paid it within the time.

I trying to login my skrill account there is an error, i mail to skrill help desk 10 to 12 times but they cant give satisfied responce i deposite money but cant access now its ridiculous service they only reply of my mail is " we recive your mail " thats it its very bad services i wana file complaint against them because of my waste of time and i had loss of thousnd of dollars beacause of skrill bad service

Hi i have created a new skrill account. during account opening I did a mistake to chosen a currency( i should chose INR but i wrongly choose USD). when i do the transaction i could not make the deposit that i had the option only INR transaction. however i saw the support, their has mention " you cannot change the currency, so you can open a new account". So I created a new account and i try to add my credit card details but I couldnot bcz I already added these card details with my old skrill account. the problem is now i couldnot login my old skrill account. How to open my old account & how to delete my bank details in my old skrill account?

I am a medical doctor living in Iraq and I want to have access to the contents of emrcs.com website. I cannot pay through Paypall because it does not support this region. But I do have issues with Skrill.com also. The website cannot be opened. I have been trying for the last 48 hours. The attachment includes a screen shot of what I see when I open skrill.com website.

I submitted my documents but said they weren't successful for review. My ID keeps on saying it is blurry, I'm using the old RSA ID and not a card and so my picture is reddish in colour. So now my money is just there and I can't access it. The only way I can send it and it looks clear is when I scan it but now Skrill doesn't have that option, it's only the camera option.

i have get some funds to skrill when i use to withdraw or transfer to other account they asking for verification, still i didnt cross my monthly limits also i have send goverment issued documents but still they are accepting that i m frustrated please allow me to transfer my funds or please verify my account i have give my all documents and now i dont have further id...

Skrill is a complete sham !

I created an account a one year ago. Still can't withdraw funds sent to me. When I try to withdraw, I get a error message saying that "we're working on it" !

I sent them an email so many times but no response yet. Today, I tried sending them another email but found that the email section is grayed out.

I'm worried because I gave them a lot of my personal info that might get into the wrong hands !

Please don't use Skrill. I don't trust this company...

I have trying to withdraw my funds from Skrill for 2 weeks now I'm frustrated and I do everything they asked from me by going to the bank getting the swift code and asking relevant questions my credit card which I made my deposit is already verified I don't know why is it so hard to withdraw my funds but so easy to deposit on their website it's an on going issue which I feel that it won't be resolved I just want my funds that I have earned

9/10 i try to made deposit by skrill pre paid card to skycash . They took my money but skycash never get it . Its was visible in history "pending" not "authorized" . They tell me i will get my money back after 15 days . After 16 days they complete erase that transaction from history i never return anything . So i call them and answer was that they return it but i cant see it in account history . In history u dont see real date of transacion only date of autorized it . They cant even tell me date of returning it

but sir when our Skrill account has been stop last two month in this time our Skrill balance 484.18$ at this time & 29.09.2017 Skrill team deducted the 176.94$ from my a/c against repair charges and our remaining a/c balance 307.24$ when on 17.10.2017 again deducted the repair fee 176.22$ from my Skrill a/c and balance 131.02$ remaining.
this is huge mistake from your side double deducted the repair charges fee from Skrill account.i request you please refund my 176.22$.your corporate in this matter is highly ob-ledge.

I have tried transferring funds to payee using Skrill. The money is still inside Skrill but not sent to payee. Based on terms and conditions, if the funds are not successfully delivered to the payee, they will refund to me. Payee confirmed that not receipt and his account is susspended. Yet Skrill still accepts my funds and sent me emails to show successful delivery. Until now,
they have not refunded the money to me even though the funds are not successfully sent. I want my money back it is a big sum not a small amount.

Recently I have added my Payoneer MasterCard into my skrill account and deposit $ for 2 times. 1st time I uploaded and transfer $ to another skrill account. after that, i uploaded 2nd time $ into skrill via MasterCard. then some hours later skrill email me that my account closed and $ is not refundable. this is a scam of skrill account. They gave me the reason that I'm violet their terms and condition. but I remember I didn't violate any rules. They charge my $ for account repair fee.This is totally scam.

My account is in an active state as shown in the picture. However, it is suspended as shown in the pictures due to the non-activation of the place of residence, although I have sent a lot of papers that I have and confirm my place of residence such as my bank account statement and my credit card statement and my communications invoice. But the papers are rejected because they have my P.O Box and I do not know what is the problem with the existence of my P.O Box number with documents and my account is frozen for more than a month and I can not use it or even get my money and close it and I do not have a solution I can offer other than what I submitted in advance documents and I do not know why this intransigence I do not know why my account is suspended even though it is confirmed by my identity and my characters and you have the supporting papers and you have adopted what you have to stop because of the address

I have been reading all the complains and no wonder they are bad as they are associated in someway with the scam brokers FINMARKFX; this broker uses SKRILL platform, MT4 and e-wallet such as I-ACCOUNT to make the customers believe they are legit and serious, but the ugliness comes out when you try to withdraw money with finmarkfx.

So after reading up these complaints its more that clear that they are guilty by association as they are commingling with a scam company.

I have not been using my Skrill account for a longer period, maybe 2 years and today I decided to log on and check my account balance.
I was surpsrised to see that my balance is 0. I have checked my past transactions and I have noticed that I have been charged with 'Merchant Service Fee' every month since December 28th 2015, up until September 28th 2016 (when I guess I ran out of money on the account and they could not charge me any more). Each of the charges is around 22 EUR except for the last charge on September 28th 2016 when they charged 51 EUR.
Can someone please explain what this happened? I have neither received nor sent money since June 24th 2015.

They deserved the most negative rating among similar businesses. Or even worse.
Their customer service is incredible. Incredibly bad! They never answer, they simply don't exist. The skrill probably didn't even hire people to work at customer service.
They can't solve one easy case and have been giving me a runaround for 2 weeks without fixing anything at all!
I want my account to be fixed and I'll leave you alone, that's all I need from you.

Please, I sent some bitcoin from www.freebitco.in site at 13 9 2017 and the site confirm me by e-mail at 14 9 the operation is completed, then they deleted the pending transaction in my skrill account and I can not see any transaction or any detail about it, and no support answer me till now, by the way they disabled my account one day then they opened it again and also no transaction details, no balance, please help me and thanks for your care.
