they still my money
9/10 i try to made deposit by skrill pre paid card to skycash . They took my money but skycash never get it . Its was visible in history "pending" not "authorized" . They tell me i will get my money back after 15 days . After 16 days they complete erase that transaction from history i never return anything . So i call them and answer was that they return it but i cant see it in account history . In history u dont see real date of transacion only date of autorized it . They cant even tell me date of returning it

this is huge mistake from your side double deducted the repair charges fee from Skrill account.i request you please refund my 176.22$.your corporate in this matter is highly ob-ledge.

I have tried transferring funds to payee using Skrill. The money is still inside Skrill but not sent to payee. Based on terms and conditions, if the funds are not successfully delivered to the payee, they will refund to me. Payee confirmed that not receipt and his account is susspended. Yet Skrill still accepts my funds and sent me emails to show successful delivery. Until now,
they have not refunded the money to me even though the funds are not successfully sent. I want my money back it is a big sum not a small amount.

Good day,
I have been reading all the complains and no wonder they are bad as they are associated in someway with the scam brokers FINMARKFX; this broker uses SKRILL platform, MT4 and e-wallet such as I-ACCOUNT to make the customers believe they are legit and serious, but the ugliness comes out when you try to withdraw money with finmarkfx.
So after reading up these complaints its more that clear that they are guilty by association as they are commingling with a scam company.
unexplained 'merchant service fees' of more than 20 eur on skrill

I have not been using my Skrill account for a longer period, maybe 2 years and today I decided to log on and check my account balance.
I was surpsrised to see that my balance is 0. I have checked my past transactions and I have noticed that I have been charged with 'Merchant Service Fee' every month since December 28th 2015, up until September 28th 2016 (when I guess I ran out of money on the account and they could not charge me any more). Each of the charges is around 22 EUR except for the last charge on September 28th 2016 when they charged 51 EUR.
Can someone please explain what this happened? I have neither received nor sent money since June 24th 2015.

They took 50 euros a month from me until the account was empty, they never notified me of the change either,
i wrote to them and they said it was merchant service account maintenance fee, i wrote back requesting they refund me, and have heard nothing yet !
to think that they had the benefit of having a couple of hundred euro in my account and they just took it ! make me very angry ! they are supposed to be regulated under the financial regulator in the UK, which means the recourse for action is the financial regulator watchdog and ombudsman in the UK !

I do not recommend using them. Stay away.
They deserved the most negative rating among similar businesses. Or even worse.
Their customer service is incredible. Incredibly bad! They never answer, they simply don't exist. The skrill probably didn't even hire people to work at customer service.
They can't solve one easy case and have been giving me a runaround for 2 weeks without fixing anything at all!
I want my account to be fixed and I'll leave you alone, that's all I need from you.

Skrill won't release my money for withdrawal, their response is my account is under security audit, it was only verified on 21st Aug 2017, by 23rdAug my account was placed under security audit and in the mean time I have got my deposit winning put into that account $500 Australian 380Us.

I have withdrawn money from my Skrill account (Login name: [protected]@gmail.com) via the verified Visa bank card option, but its been 2 weeks and the money is not reflecting on my card. I live outside the UK, in South Africa, and I'm experiencing problems when contacting the Skrill customer care number. I require feedback as to why the funds are not reflecting, and when they will appear as it was stated it would take up to 7 days for processing the transaction. Please assist urgently.

First of all, in 2012 I was forced to use this service by seller from Alibaba, that was unable to return my money to PayPal.
Second, I was able transfer back only $14, and then system stuck, and not allow me to do anything, and i were unable to find any way to contact anyone for help, I leave it alone till time I will be able to use it.
None of reminders has been received, otherwise I will respond with question how to transfer funds if system not allow.
Right now (July 2017) site looks different than in 2012 and I was able to find a way to send email, but my money already get stolen.
Stolen because, no way to contact, no reminders, no any help.
I was requested them to return my money and transfer them to PayPal.

I deposited sgd4120 skrill account to make an impt transfer and I received a confirmation email that money is sent to payee. But payee did not receive the payment after 24 hours. I sent many emails and only received automated reply from system with no real person to pick up the matter to revert.
To my horror I realised this is not the first case and in the Facebook and the internet the complaints on Skrill are numerous!

Sites like skrill should be closed.
If a person is submitting a document for verification, he would be doing the one which is clear and readable - then why there stupid team can not read it.
Why they have no support at all - no ticket system nothing.
skrill intentionally delays the verification process. Perhaps to roll your money for there profit as long as they can or maybe not give you your money ever.
1. It asks for Google authentication app but do not accept the valid key
2. Even if you submit a very clear readable scanned document they will say they can not read it - they are blind or #### that question remains.
3. this one is best they dont let u submit a document - if they notice that your document is very clear and they already lied about it earlier they create an error message saying "Your documents could not be submitted" every time u wish to resubmit a better scanned copy even it was not needed.
4. they have no customer support online and when u call them their agents simply reply they do not have the access to help you.
