Hi dear skout, i don't know what happened with my skout. After i end my stream but after 1 hour i get banned. I don't know what happened, i think someone try to log in my account, because i never do anything wrong with my skout. Please i need my account back, because i already have a lot friends there and all my favourite that no eassy to find again. My ID is kayden0446.
I hope i can get back my account. I need my account back.

Its already had been more than 24 hours that i told you someone is misusing my mobile no +91 [protected] and [protected] . im writing you from india new delhi . i have already shared you the profile link of that person police complaint is already done . But still you have not deactivated the profile you are equally responsible for the safety of your application . even after many reminders no action has been taken . Iam receiving many vulgurs call and message on my number . some one has created a fake profile and put all my mobile no there . The profile photo is also fake . so i kindly request you to deactivate the profile and share his /her all informations so that police can take further action as it is a cyber crime and im the victim .

my account/page will not load and its not doing anything it just sits there, none of my pictures will come up or the people i was talking to will come up which is annoying because basically it would stop and then say, login etc. etc. and im not gonna make another account if i already have one and i would like to use so i need yall to stop playing with my account
so yall need to be willing to resolve me not being able to use or see anything on my account

I have been with this app for over 3 years, I'm transgender, I feel this app is bullying me. This app also always terminates my live shows without valid reason. On Thursday the 26 of July my live feed was terminated yet again by Skout where I was wrongly accused of not showing a profile photo. The excuse I was given by Skout was false and a lie. I'm sick and tired of being bullied by Skout. I would like a full explanation as to why I'm having my live shows cut without violating the terms and conditions and why this app has made me a bullying target?

Hello I have been threatened by some one who uses the name Dark Nebula though your site. He came on to my live one day and was so inappropriate so I blocked him. That was six months ago. I returned back to you site three days ago and yesterday in front of everyone he said on a friends live' quote " I haven't forgotten about you threaten his moving back to my state and his going to kill me I have screen shots. I'm pregnant and can't be stressed.

You're stupid app won't let me log in. It keeps saying "Based on the information you provided, you are not eligible to register at this time."
I've had this app for like 2-3 years! I'm not registering, I'm logging in! You guys need to fix you're [censored] because I am now pissed off because I had notifications from somebody I wanted to talk to! MeetMe messed too because somebody hacked my account and changed my password and because I only have one email o couldn't get back on and I had to switch apps, and now this one has gone haywire too! This is absolutely ridiculous and I shouldn't have to go through so much crap just to talk to some people online!

They banned me for logging in too many time but i didn't because i always stay logged on on my phone. Then when i tried putting in my email and password it tells me that its invalid. How? I didn't change it! Even when i tried to click forgot password it didn't send me an email at all. What's going on?

I need this to be fixed RIGHT NOW. Your number on here doesn't even work and i never got a response after i emailed [protected]@skout.com. Smh.

Ive never made a account with my cell nember or anything and it wont accept it when its a active Metro PCS phone number. Can you please fix the issue or give me another way of getting a account with your site? Is anyone else having this issue? I hope it can get fixed asap. Someone going by the name of Sean is using my phone number and talking to women having them call and txt my phone number. It is getting really agrivating since have never used the site or been there before today trying to stop it. This is the second time I've had this issue. I will be having conversations with a person for a week or two. And then it just disappears. Is that a bug? It's happened when I've met really cool people. I understand that the chat will dissapear because someone blocked you, but in this case it seems highly unlikely. We had great conversations and were getting along great. If you could help resolve this and get me to chatting to them again I would be ever so grateful.

I have two accounts on Skout one under [protected]@gmail.com under the name twistedsister69 and I had over 2, 500 diamond almost 3, 000 the other account is under [protected]@gmail.com and I had over 5, 500 close to 6000 diamonds as of April 25 around 2am-3am. I logged on around 4pm or 5pm and my diamonds were all at 0 on both accounts. Someone has hacked into my accounts and stolen all of my diamonds... I am using these diamonds to pay off my college loans off not to buy things this is serious to me. You will find that I did not cash out any of these diamonds cause I don't even know how to and was under the impression that you had to have at least 25, 000 to cash out. Your website has a serious security issue this has happened to two of my close close friends on this site and I don't know many people their names are Santos and baby girl Tejada both had a very large amount stolen from them and I was informed by them that your company didi nothing about it. This is unaceptable and I expect to be fully compensated for the loss of my diamonds and competed 1, 000 extra for the effort it took me to write this out I have already written this five times and something is wrong because everytime I submit it it goes back to the start and I am getting frustrated. I tried contacting you via phone but your 888 number prompted me to press one and enter my credit card number for some gift certificate then rand a dozen times and hung up the 215 line had a automated message and just disconnected your company is unreachable I will try again today as I have other complaints that are more serious than this. I would like whatever the amount of 10, 000 diamonds to be transferred into my paypal account asap if I still have it I will make a new one if need to. I do not trust your site with my diamonds. Something is seriously wrong because this is happening to many people and it is theft either from your company or from a hacker either way i'm sure you are insured for this and if not you might want to look into getting insurance for it because it is happening to often and in great qualities. I am going to alter my name just incase and change my password and shout id. I find this all to be unexceptable. I spend a lot of time on this site live streaming and answering messages some of which are simply perverted and disgusting. You have no idea how many pictures od male genitals I have been traumatized seeing via live streaming in my box or in my messages and I report every one. If action is not taken promptly and I am not reimbursed I will start a campaign to get people to move over to liveme.com they have daily prizes and awards and lessons on how to broadcast regarding times and for how long and what kind of message to get across. It seems like a much more put together site. Your company both Skout and Meetme.com could use a little improvement on a scale from 1 to 10 I would rate you as a 3. The only reason I stay on here is because of the people I have come to know but I have since hooked up with them on messenger for the most part so in a way we can live stream u to 8 people I believe at a time which is much better that two people and a bunch of perverts from the middle east. All in all I expect to be compensated for my loss cause I did not cash out I was at my house all day so i'm sure you can figure out from where and who cashed out my account unless they tracked me down within a mile radius of my home which is the next complaint I will be submitting.

Every few days skout blocks my boyfriend and I from each other. We don't block each other, but we disappear from the other's page entirely. our chats disappear, our comments disappear, out likes disappear, our views disappear, in short there is no way to contact them or find their page other than to wait it out which takes anywhere from a few hours to two weeks. this is annoying and we even broke up over it when it was two weeks because we both thought the other one had dumped us. Help me PLEASE!

2 days ago I met this amazing lady Stevie 21. we were talking but when I came back her profile was gone so I scroll up to refresh it and she came back. but this morning I was talking to her my text was disappering. I refresh the text wasnt working so I went to my favorites page I refresh it she was gone. I was about to cry. My account cannot be verified via textnow which is the only number I have so I need my number manually added to my account please.
Basically I went to sign up and it had me enter my phone number to verify. I proceeded to type in my textnow number but it said it wasn't valid.
I looked up troubleshooting for textnow verification issues and it says to have it manually added to my account. I don't know exactly how this works. If possible is there another way to get my account running?
