Skinwest / Lack of customer service

I place an order with skinwest a month ago. Over a little more than 3 weeks after the order was placed I received 2 of the 3 products ordered. Up to this day, I still have not received the third product. They are claiming now that it is in back order. I have made several atempts to contact the administrator/owner with no avail. I have e-mailed, left messages for him to call me, requested to speak with him (he is allways unavailable)but he ignores me. Customer service representatives are not helpful.These are products I use on a daily basis and I ordered them with plenty of time so I will not run out but due to the lenth of time taken by skinwest to send me these products I run out of them. This company is showing no reliabilty, very poor service and lack of customer service.

    I have the same complaint. I ordered two products. They took the money off of the credit card the next day. But when I didn't receive the products I called and was told by customer service that they would be shipped that day. When I still hadn't received them, I called again and they told me the products still hadn't come in. So I said well last week they were being shipped and now there not even in. This is not the first time. They shoudn't take the money off of the card until the items are available to be shipped. I will be asking for a refund and ordering from another supplier.

    I HAVE COMPLAINT TOO, I ORDERED TWO PRODUCTS...AND

    I bought two containers of eye cream the second container of cream has a different color. I think it's expired. How do i know if it's safe to continue using? expire so quickly?...NO RESPOND
    very, very poor service and lack of customer service. don't waste time and money
