skin culture product / delay on refund for returned product

i returend the product for refund on May 4th. since then for 2 and a half months, I have exchanged so many emails with them to get the status of refund, I was always told they are still working on it. they keep saying that we are completing the refunds as we can in the order that we received the requests. not sure how I can resolve this issue to be honest. apparently they're not listening my voice. I guess they just wanted me to get tired and eventually give up. I'd appretiate with any suggetion or help

    I too have had problems with the company Universal Marketing Media. After doing some searching on the Internet, however, I came across the website www.skinculture.com from the company Skin Culture International who are the manufacturers of this Skin Peel - I believe that Universal Marketing Media were there US distributor but represented them terribly. Anyway, Skin Culture are aware of this problem and provide some advice on their website. The link to this information is found on the bottom of their home page at www.skinculture.com.
