Skin Bella Amabella review: Keep on deducting money unauthorised 4

After paying for the trial I never received anything from this company! They are deducting R1087.00 per month from my account now. There are no contacting details on the website. You can only send an email which are being ignored.

I contacted them to ask where my trial product was on the 18/11 which was ordered on the 15 Oct 2014 and they said they have shipped it but could not find my order. Then they said they will ship it. When I received it 6/1/2015 they already took R2174 from my credit card in December 2014.They have a trial period for 14 days from the DATE OF ORDER if you do not respond within the 14days they charge you for the 2 products. My question to them was "You cant even get the cream here within 14 days, rethink your marketing strategy for South Africa" They apologised profusely and repaid R1087 back to me. I have contacted my credit card dept. to reverse the other money due to their late shipment which gave me no time to send it back to them. They did reply to all my mails but the outcome for me was not good enough. Here is the tel. nr. [protected] I called them and gave them my mind. I would be very wary of this company - if you click on any of the comments via Facebook at the bottom of their web page you will be taken straight to the buyamabella.com web site. And when you look for the people on facebook who supposedly commented you will find that very few of them actually exist. Some of the names can be found on facebook, but the photo is not of the same person, and this is literally minutes after this person was supposed to have posted their comment! I've also heard that they do not reply to emails after the first one i.e. after they have got your banking details. Smells of a scam to me!
