Skechers USA energy lights-90606l sneaker, black

To whom it may concern
I bought some shoes on Amazon march 23 2018, the shoes are
energy lights-90606L Sneaker, black size 2 for my 8 year old son.My son only warded the shoes 2 times when one of the shoes stop livings up any more we left them to charge and still nothing my 8 year old is very sad about these he still wears the shoes but very sad that they don't light up all we want is for both of the shoes to work .How can I tell my 8 year oh give me your shoes back he been wanting for these shoes since Christmas and I couldn't get them until march for his birthday I hope you guys can help me I know I bought them from Amazon website but I didn't have the heart to tell my son give them back knowing he been wanting for these shoes for a long time thank you very much for listening to me

Skechers USA sketchers reggae sandals

I bought a pair of Sketcher reggae sandals at Belk in March. I have only worn them twice and the stitching that holds the two pieces of side strap to where the buckle piece is has come undone. The whole side of the sandal has come apart and can no longer be worn! I have only worn them twice and paid $39.99 for them, which may not but much to everyone but is a splurge for me on sandals. These sandals are suppose to be outdoor wear but didn't even hold up with two days of normal wear. How can I get a new pair or refund?

Skechers USA tennis shoes

I am very disappointed in my shoes. I have bought this same style for years. This pair I bought within the last 3 Mo this and my leather is cracking already. The shoes are not subjected to harsh conditions. Rarely worn for that matter. For the price I paid for them I wouldn't expect the deterioration so quickly. At this point I feel as if I need to find another company/brand. What would you be willing to do to keep me as a loyal customer?

Skechers USA sneakers

I purchased a pair of sneakers approx six months ago. I have been buying sketcher sneakers for approx 25 years and always buy a new pair every year and use the old pair another year for about a year and never once have the front of the sneakers blown out in the front. I am extremely disappointed about this happening. The quality seems to be poor considering this has never happened before. As you can see in the picture they are in good condition and this should not have fallen apart.

Skechers USA shoes stitching coming undone

Purchased sketchers D'Lites 6 months ago and the stitching has come undone across half of the toe exposing interior of the shoe. You can see when compared to the other shoe where the stitching has come open.
I do wear them almost every day but do not abuse them. I have had sketchers many times without complaint and have had each pair many years with no troubles.
This is my first issue and I am hoping something can be done for me as I really do like the brand and would like to continue purchasing them. Not only for myself but also for my son and daughter.

Skechers USA skechers sneakers

I submitted a complaint but believe it may have been lost in MS World somewhere.
I have worn and have now other Skechers shoes. I have many pairs of shoes including Nike and Ecco. Is there something you can do for me with this shoes. I did not expect them to fall apart with so little use. I never wear any pair of shoes more than on day at a time.

Skechers USA horrible customer service

I usually shop at sketchers. I was waiting on someone to acknowledge me for about 10 minutes. I asked a Man named(he was the closest employee to me) Hector for assistance, he didn't acknowledge or even look at me he automatically yelled across the store asking another employee to help me and walked right past me. I am aware that he might of been busy but the customer service I experienced was really rude from my perception. I'm aware that he wasn't able to help me but acknowledge your customer and let them know someone will be there to to help. Maybe hector needs some major customer service training. I was at store number #089 7051 s. Desert blv #A. Canutillo, TX.

Skechers USA policy not fair for regular customers

My friends and I were buying several pairs of shoes at Skechers in Camarillo outlet. When we got to the counter there was this gentleman who already rang in all 15 pairs of shoes when this lady who the man addressed as Alexis butts in and tells us that were only allowed to buy 3 pairs for each style and we have 12 pairs for one and 3 pairs for another style. We wanted to pay for the bill separately but Alexis said it's also against the policy.

May we know exactly what is this new policy because the store signages still puts "buy 1, get the next pair 50% off". I have been a regular customer of your company (as you can see in the screenshots I have attached) and this is the first time that this inconvenience has happened.

Skechers USA sports shoes

I had bought a pair of gowalk 4 series shoes around 4 months ago and the cushions have already gone flat. These shoes feel like any other normal shoes which i would have bought for one-fourth the price i have paid for them. I even mailed the customer care about it and the company refused to exchange the pair claiming they have 'gone through the details and the picture doesnt show "flat cushions". I fail to understand that how do i show flat cushions through a picture. I regret to inform that i would be discontinuing further dealings with the company. These shoes have caused me great inconvenience and have wasted my time and money.

Skechers USA poor quality shoes and turkey skechers behaviour

purchased Skechers Flex advantage 2 for my kid on 13.08.2017, shoes were torn from various places. Returned to skechers, due to quality issues and asked for replacement on 25.12.2017.

Received a reply saying that this is a user fault. There are torns inside the shoes and also on the exterior. The shoes are not used for long and this happened less than 6 months, where bottom of the shoes give an idea how less it was worn. I can not afford to buy sports shoes every six months and the behaviour of Skechers Turkey is not accept and returns and always blame the shoe owners. I would like to get a refund or replacement as this is a quality issue.

Skechers USA tennis shoes for walking, poorly constructed, poor workmanship

Sketchers,

I purchased a pair of Sketchers walking tennis shoes about two months ago. It is the third pair in past four or five years. I have been happy with their products in the past.

After 6 weeks I started to get a sore heel on my right foot. Two bumps have worked up at the very back of the inside of the right shoe. With time they began to stick even higher. The shoe insole did not fit properly in the shoe, and it bunched up in several places at the heel are of the shoe.

I used a hammer and pounded them down (they most likely being nail heads under the fabric). I continued to wear the shoes, but the bumps would work their way up again, and my right heal began to become infected.

So I went to the store where I bought the shoes. I did not have the receipt, but by observation is was obvious the shoes were manufactured by Sketchers. I was refused help! No receipt, no help, despite the nails sticking up inside the shoe, and that could be seen and felt.

All I wanted was to have the shoes replaced. See attached photos of the poor quality of material and workmanship.

Skechers USA go walk 4-black (54156ewwbbk)

We visited sketchers at premium outlet stores on sunday jan 28 we purchased two pair of shoes as they were buy one get one half off. The womens pair was half off due to lower in price. On friday feb 2 my husband noticed that the inner memory foam in shoe was moving up the inside of the shoe, he tried to straighten it out but had to remove it to do so, in doing that he noticed that the memory foam was worn down to nothing and was essentially useless for what it was intended. We called the store to make arrangements to return the shoes, as we misplaced the receipt. Store clerk stated we could return the pair. At store clerk remembered our phone conversation and was inspecting the shoe and agreed they were defective. Another clerk was attempting to assist, and said we could get store credit, but only gave us credit for half of the full price shoe we purchased. We returned the larger amount in shoes. This doesnt seem right. He was very short and matter of fact with us, this wasnt our fault that the shoe couldnt hold up after only 4 days of owning. Very disapointed in shoes and the fact that we paid full price for a pair of shoes and only got back half the amount. I feel we should get back full amount paid for shoes that could not be worn as intended.

Skechers USA shoes/thongs

Hello My name is John Lirosi and I am from Melbourne Australia

By way of background both my wife and I have bought Skechers runners and shoes in the past and have never had problems with them before.
In August 2017 we went to HAWAII on our holiday and bought a number of pair of shoes from the Skechers factory outlet in Waikiki

We also bought some thongs which we did not use until the australian summer commenced.
I bought a pair of Skechers thongs Relaxed Fit Memory Foam 360 and easily the most comfortable thongs i owned. Approximately after 1 month of wear which was not often i noticed the front near the toe and the back was starting to wear and it now has worn through to the rubber.
I called your Australian office regarding this and was told to forward an e mail to your team
I appreciate that if i had have worn these for a long time or subject to exposing to water of a lot of sun then it would have been classified as general wear and tear

i honestly believe this was not the case and am hoping i can get another pair from Skechers as if it was wear and tear then both thongs should be showing signs of this,

Skechers USA sketchers casual shoe

Dear sketchers,
I bought a pair of shoes from you years ago. I very seldom wear them because they are something that I only wear on occasions where I need to look dressed up but not too dressed up they are one of my favorite pair of shoes.and I have pictures that shows that the bottoms tread is not worn but the stitching has let go and I would like to have another pair because like I said they are one of my favorite pair of shoes.
As you can see in the pictures that the tread has not been worn down at all except for the heel, veryGently worn

Skechers USA skechers work boots/ shoes

good morning my name is Allan Massaro Jr im writing you in reference to my skecher work boot/shoe with memory foam inside of boot the reason I'm writing you is cause the memory foam pads are wore out and starting to tear the boots are less than six months old that should not be happening also the soles on the bottom of the shoes are starting to tear and that I feel is ridiculous on a paraboots that are less than six months old they were purchased from your Lake George location I am seeking replacement shoes at no cost as well as free shipping I have no problem sending the other back when I get my replacements As I have been doing business with you guys in the past and never had this problem so whatever you could do to address this problem would be greatly appreciated I look forward to hearing back from you as soon as possible thank you for your time and have a blessed day

Skechers USA poor customer service, failed to deliver the shoes even in 14 days

Hi,
I paid for the below shoes in Sketchers Store located in Grand Central Ajman on 10th JAN 2018, this shoes was not available in the branch where I paid the full amount. The salesman clearly confirmed this shoes is available in Ras Al Khaima branch in Naeemia Store. He promised to deliver the shoes to Madina Mall branch within 02 to 03 days from 10th JAN 2018. Today is already 24th Jan 2018 means instead of 02 days it's now 14 days we are still waiting for the shoes.

I am really very much disappointed with this customer service, I was given all the false promises. I spoke a staff Ahmad in Ajman Grand Central. He also doesn't seems to be a professional. I contacted him on 17th Jan his 1st reply was shoes not available. Then he was able to check from the system and he said it's available in Ras Al Khaima that I already knew it since 10th JAN but they realised only on 17th. It's mean no follow ups were done till 17th Jan. Afterwards Ahmad brought the shoes in Ajman branch and ask me to pick it up from Ajman that was not feasible for me as I am staying in Duabi. Even after confirmation till date they couldn't do anything practically to deliver the shoes to Madina Mall.

Skechers USA customer service

I wanted to buy Skechers shoes online but wasn't being given the discount I was supposed to get under the Elite program. (Salespeople at Skechers convinced me to join Elite for discounts!) So I emailed customer service on 1/12/18 and got an automatic response same day that my email was received and will be replied to soon! Almost a week and one reminder email later... nothing.

Skechers USA problem with your staff

I am in the process of contacting the national press about a problem I am having with one of your employees.
I have also contacted Mr. Robert Greenberg twice but I have had no reply. For this reason I am taking it further as your customer service is appalling.

The original problem (I can send you all the emails involved if you want) is with La Mia who replied to my original request.
She (I think it is a she but please forgive me if it is a man) seems totally incompetent and unable to actually read what I put in my emails. She just kept copy pasting a standard reply instead of actually answering my question re a problem I have had with 2 pairs of skechers shape-ups.
On several occasions I asked her to put me in contact with another person, preferably her superior, but she refused my request.
As I live in France at the moment she said for me to contact skechers France but as I kept telling her - I bought my shoes in the U.S. and Skechers France refuse to do anything because of this.
When I contact a company I expect someone to answer my actual request and not send a standard reply.

If I do not receive a reply from a person who is able to understand and reply to my query and problem then I shall forward all of my mails to the newspapers and see what they think of your lack of service.

Skechers USA manufacturing defect in a new shoes

I bought this shoes from SKECHERS Egypt - Cairo festival mall's branch.
Date: 23 Dec 2017
after used it for just 3 times I surprised with a serious pain and then injury for my right foot (Achilles tendon)
I checked the shoes then I found a problem in the right one (Manufacturing defect) The padded area is shorter in the right shoe than the left one
I went back to the shop to replace the shoes with another one without this defect. Date: 27 Dec 2017 - 4 days after purchasing date
the seller refuse and told me that quality control department should check the shoes first then decide
He gave me quality control receipt
At 07 Jan 2018- a person from the shop called me and said that quality control department refused to replace the shoes with a new one because there is no defect.
I asked him to let me speak with the quality controller but again he refused.
I just ask for a new one without defect .
I'm really shocked of such behavior which is not suitable for a brand like SKECHERS.
Now I got again that defective shoes and I lost my money (about 130$)
I need your help please.
