Skechers USA skechers women's glitzy gal pink shoes

Hi. I recently approximately less than 2 months ago purchased sketchers womens glitzy gal pink shoes at a sketchers shoe store in universal studios city walk in California. I wore the shoes only occasionally and noted quickly after about one month the glitter pad coming off one shoe and then other shoe also started cracking and the glitter padding peeling off. I want to be clear that the glitter stones did not individually fall off, but rather the entire chunk of glitter pad sewn on is cracked and peeling off. I love the look, but am very disappointed as to how quickly the shoes have fallen apart and want to make the company aware of this. I don't know if all of these types of shoes fall apart and make me hesitant to purchase another one like it even though I love the look. Thank you for your time. Skechers USA 76550ew black

I've had these shoes for exactly one year and they fell apart. I work in a restaurant and I need good shoes so I spent extra money to buy these. The side completely "blew" out after one year of use. I will never buy these again. For $59.99 that I spent they should have lasted a lot longer. I have purchased Sketchers for my children and myself multiple times in the past and your shoes always stand the test of time. I am very disappointed in the way these work shoes held up. Or didn't hold up. The insoles went flat about two months of use. The side blew out after a year. For the price they should have lasted for at least a few years. I would hope that y'all will replace them free of charge. If not I will no longer purchase Yalls products in the future.

Skechers USA I am complaining about your shoe products.

I am distraught to say that I will no longer be buying shoes from this company ever again. I have always bought shoes from you guys and so have many of my family members. I recently bought some work shoes from you guys which said they were slip resistant. I then took them to work and slipped which caused me to get an injury on my leg. You guys are simply false advertising which I am very disappointed in. I trusted you guys and bought shoes that were supposed to keep me safe and instead did the opposite thing.

Skechers USA this complaint is about a defective pair of skechers shoes that I purchased at leesburg, va 20176 on 13th may 2018.

1. Description of Product : Studio Comfort - Prem Black Size 6
2. Purchase value : USD37.79
3. Place of of Purchase: Skechers USA, Fort Evans Road, Leesburg, Va 20176
4. Date of purchase: 13th May 2018 (E-Code : ATWN1KTCGEOOSQ) - print not clear
5. Purpose : as a gift for my daughter who is in London.

Nature of complaint:
The shoes are 'biting' at the heels even with the use of socks and liners. This is uncomfortable, hurting and painful with the formation of sores. Could this be due to a design or manufacturing flaw where the rear of the shoe is too high resulting in 'biting' of heels.

We would be obliged for either a replacement of a similar pair or a full refund in lieu thereof.

If the replacement can be done at your London store, that'll be great.

Skechers USA walking shoes and doing all of this just tell them how dissatisfied I am

I paid $70 for my skechers and when I walk they make so much noise people turn and look. I dont have any of the information you ask for but I bought them at the BON_TON at the start of summer. I know writing this will do me no good but I wont buy your shoes any more. Skechers USA skechers s-lights

I am writing in with a complaint about a pair sneakers I purchased for my 3 years old daughter. She wears a size10 1/2 I got them home the ties on them are made so tight that I had to bring them back for a bigger size. Her feet couldn't fit in them.

After all the annoyance of these lighted sneakers the light on the right sneaker stopped working in 2 days. The lights are what made her want them. Please inform me if there's s way to get the lights to work. I can be reached by email [protected]@aol.com

Skechers USA customer service

In my mind cannot understand why an employee would get talked on the sales floor. This young thin Hispanic girl was basically getting scolded on the sales floor by a short Caucasian lady with short blond hair. I was trying to get work shoes that day but opted to go elsewhere after that. You need to hire nice attentive people who care about the customers

Skechers USA my two pair of skechers which are not even a year old!!!

To whom it may concern,

Hello,

I am writing in reference to two pair of sneakers that I have from Skechers. Both pair have torn in the back where the heel area is at the back of the foot and have cost me to get serious blisters. I purchased both these pairs of speakers with in a year and a half. I feel this is uncalled for when you or buying a brand name sneaker. One pair of sketchers was the memory foam sketchers sneakers and the other pair was the sports style sneaker. Both pair have a lot of tread on the bottom yet and the outside of them still look brand new but because of the tear in the back I can't wear them anymore because I will continue to get blisters. Please see the enclosed photos.

As you can see from the photos the sneakers still are in excellent shape looking brand new and you can see the tear in the one shoe which is like in both pair and also the back of my foot. The sport pair I was wearing were going on a long walk over in a mile and this is what happened to the cloth.

I have worn sketchers for many many years and never had any problems like this before.

I am sending this e-mail on behave to complain about the products and inhuman treatment of one of your sketchers store. even though in the past I would not wear but skechers shoes, I am no longer a loyal customer to skechers products or the corporation in general, instead, I am an extremely unhappy customer who experienced a hostile customer service and inhuman treatment from one of the skechers stores located in alexandria-egypt at one of the malls, city center shopping mall (alexandria cairo desert road | alexandria, alexandria 11432, egypt), phone number of this skechers store is +2 [protected], and website is http://www.citycentrealexandria.com/shopping/sportswear-good/skechers

I bought a sketchers shoe from the store listed above, and after I went home, I looked at the new shoe to discover a cut in the inner part of the shoe, my happy smile turned into frown, which impacted the overall experience of buying this new sketchers shoe. when I went back to the store asking to exchange it, I was rejected, mistreated, and turned away empty handed by the general manager of this store.
I am writing to you today to ask resolving this issue and ask you to please provide guidance to whom might be able to help me resolving this issue, as I have paid so much money for something that I did not use.
Please be advised that this e-mail was not the first e-mail (complaint) and will not be the last. additionally. I would like to note that I am keeping a track-records of all the e-mails that were sent before, including this e-mail, and will keep on complaining untill this issue is resolved.in addition, I do not mind after all to draft a powerpoint presentation with all these records and mails I have to mr. robert greenberg, skechers chief executive officer.

Skechers USA the representatives at store 670 service sucks.

I shop there often and they are very unfriendly and not helpful at all. Example, my husband and I are standing in line and the sales girl adked us if the customer in wrong place to stand in wad before us. Then another sales rep wanted me to puy my information on a tablet and not use the register? What's up with customer service? Did it go out the window?

Skechers USA something wrong with the left sandal.

Attn: Customer Service,

I need to have the left sandal replaced, I just purchased these and have been trying to get used to them, I bought them for a getaway in Nashville next week and the left sandal keeps twisting and making my heel fall off of the edge. I have attached a pdf of my Amazon receipt.
I can not return them to Amazon because I have been trying to get used to them and walked outside with them.

I love skechers and own many pairs and I love these but need a new left sandal. Please help!

Skechers USA gowalk max

I am a huge fan of your shoes. A young customer service "kid" at Academy Sports (Sherwood AR) had me try them years ago (the first GoWalks) and I bought two pairs that day. I then endorsed them to everyone. I've never had a complaint. Until now.

I went to get another pair of GoWalk4, because my current pair had "sprung." I saw GoWalk Max and based on history and trust, I purchased them. From purchase, I thought, "these don't feel same as previous versions." The first day, I began developing shin splits. I gave them a week, or so, and it got worse. I switched back to an older pair, and shins are fine. (I walk minimum of 3 miles each morning.)

Best I can figure, I've had at least 12 pairs of Sketchers of various styles.

I don't want a refund. In fact, I'd be happy with a pair GoWalk 4. Is it possible to return to Academy Sports after a month?

Skechers USA grey shoes, sn54056, color code ccbk

Size 8.5. I really love these shoes but they started falling apart within a month of owning them. One of the black "pillars" came out of one shoe making them feel awkward to walk on. On that same shoe the stitching at the top of the tow started unraveling a couple of days earlier. I paid 69.99 plus tax for them and was really happy with the cushioning they gave me, unfortunately that didn't last!

Skechers USA kids energy lights

To whom it may concern,
I just purchased 4 pairs of the energy lights from Famous Footwear. 3 for my boys and 1 for my daughter. We just had them delivered at 12:58 pm and not even an hour later my son's shoes is dead. I have it on the charger hoping that it will come back on but I'm not seeing any "red" lights like your supposed to when charging. I'm hoping I just didn't waste over $100.00 of your shoes if they're only gonna last 45 minutes and die. I'm extremely dissatisfied and disappointed! The order number was [protected]. I have yet to go my daughters, and I'm contemplating on canceling the order and getting her something different if this is the case.

Skechers USA non slip shoes

Ive bought 3 different pairs of the same pair of shoes in the last year or so. The first ones were okay but fell apart fairly fast. The second pair fell apart in the same spot way sooner. The third pair are terrible. I got them about a month ago and i slip all the time at work and ive almost fallen multiple times. Ive never had any "non slip" shoes do that before

my name is Rajesh, i am your customer from india i purchase a runing shoes from prozon mall, aurangabad located in maharashtra state after some days i see some defect in my shoes and accordind to your policy my shoes must be exchange but now you say that my shoes canot be exchanged.
this is not good at all...

i am not only complain to you but also in consumer court beacuse shoes is very costly and i cant purchase it one more time.

Skechers USA rilar 64260/brn is dangerous on damp surfaces

On any damp or wet surface, concrete, wood or asphalt, the RILAR 62460 relaxed fit gel-infused shoe product is prone to sliding cause the wearer to lose balance and fall.
On dry surfaces the product performs very good.
The surface need only be damp not standing or cascading amounts of water. Comping in contact with ANY surface, like after a rain, will present a safety hazard.

Skechers USA İmportant

Dear Authorized Person,
I bought a pair of Skechers Sneakers from "Ayakkabı Dünyası" which is located in Nautilus Mall in Kadıköy / İstanbul at February 10th, 2018.
But I was only able to wear them for 2 months. Because each of my shoe has ripped. I delivered my sneakers for investigating to the place where I bought. After 15 days they replied to me that it was not a producing error, yet it was a customer error. It is not possible for a pair of sneakers to be ripped in such a short time. And I would definitely not accept the answer no from your company. I wanted to remonstrate the matter to you because they don't care in here Turkey.
Also with your prices I could buy myself 4 pair of shoes of good quality.
I'm working in media and because of that I'm able to understand you'd like to protect your brand and as far as I know Skechers is a very presentable and reputable brand.
Hereby I would like you to do what's required.

Skechers USA sneakers

Last August 2017 I purchased a pair of your sneakers Sketchers D'lites. I am so disappointed in these sneakers. Within the first month the seams started to come undone, then the fabric on the sides of the shoes came undone. Within several months after the purchase the sides came completely out. The memory foam is clumping and very uncomfortable, the shoes are uncomfortable to wear. I have had issues with pains in my feet since I have been wearing your shoes. I'm not rich so I have to wear these shoes till I can save up enough money to buy another pair. So disappointed, I complained to the store owner he said I should complain to you directly.

Skechers USA glimmer lights

I just bought these shoes on Saturday 4/21/18
It's now 4/26/18 and she has worn them 3 times total. One shoe is not lighting up at all the other side is just fine. The store will not take them back because they have been worn outside. Hoping to get replacement for her. Sad that we bought them for the lights and only one works.
