Skechers USA horrible customer service naples, fl

I tried to buy 2 pairs of sketchers today Dec29, 2017 at your Naples Florida store. I asked to see 2 different pairs, 2 associates went into the back room to find them. After waiting for 15 minutes I asked where the 2 girls were with the shoes, I was informed that they had left the store. I asked the only associate that was left to see some shoes, she was so disinterested that I left the store. This is the second time the service was bad .

Skechers USA online order

I ordered shoes online and noticed that it was processed twice. I received an email from the customer service team to call and verbally confirm the order as it was on on-hold and there was no option for me to cancel the order online contradictory of what their FAQ section advises you to do.

No one answered the calls and I left several voicemail messages to cancel the order, directly with the agent who had emailed me to confirm the order.

However, the order still went through and it will be delivered to a location that I will not be at any longer be located due to some unforeseen circumstances.

Can you please stop the delivery. I have been trying to contact the customer service team for over a week to cancel the order!

Skechers USA skechers order skxau000036913 australia

Hi there,

I ordered a pair of shoes in Australia which arrived without any problem. The size, however, is too large and I wish to change it to a smaller. And here comes the complication. :( I tried to initiate an online return process but the system has many faulty functions. I couldn't get to the parcel label and whenever I re-tried the whole process, I was not allowed to put more than zero items across.

I'm puzzled and have tried to contact the customer service (there's only an online messaging option available in Australia) and left a message but haven't received any response. Yes, I'm checking the junk folder, too. :) two days ago I received an automatic email asking me how satisfied I am with the solution. :O what solution? Nothing has been solved?

All I wish to do is sending back the size 8 pair and receive a size 7 without being double charged. I hope it's not too complicated. I would be happy to speak to someone in Australia on the phone but there's no contact number.

Please help me from far away to find a solution.

Skechers USA a skechers slippers which I bought from a retailer

Sir
I would like to bring your kind attention towards a problem which i faced after purchasing a pair of slippers from Skechers Retailer shop no.102, Center square mall, M G road, Kochi. The brand was rather convincing for me that i bought it for an offer price of Rs 2400/- on 20th November 2017 Cash invoice-CM/129/17 attaching invoice and bill . I have hardly worn it for two weeks and the strap of the slipper got loosen. Just because of the issue i have tripped down twice. And i am unable to wear it any more including the snap of the slipper. I have vistited the retailer a couple of days back. They directed me to send a mail regarding the issue in an email id. I did that too but no response from that side.

I request you to see in to the matter and replace the slipper at the earliest. Expecting your immediate and favorable reply.

Skechers USA customer service

We recently went into a sketchers store hoping to make a purchase, but the sales associate we had Lauren was very rude. She seemed like she did not want to be there. When asking about a product she was leaning on her elbow at the counter rather than standing up straight giving us her full attention. When we asked about a different size she have a deep sigh before going to the back to ask about the size when she came back from asking she continued to lean on her elbow whole searching for the product online.

Skechers USA sketcher air cool alteraine shoe stitching came out

We bought these shoes in August from the Folsom outlet in Folsom ca. After a few short months the stitching came out. My husband works in the office 90% of the time and maybe 10% out in the field. We always by sketcher. I would expect this shoe to do this as it us a hiking shoe. Please let me know if there is anything you can do. Your shoes are expensive for us to by every 5 months.

If you still have the receipt, you could try bringing them back to the store of purchase for a replacement or refund. If they cannot assist you then you could trying calling Skechers directly. I would not have high hopes in regards to your resolution however since they have been worn and used.

Ive bought a shoes from skechers with an industrial defect and when i sent them the issue they told me to change the shoes woth another one with price 1000L.E and when i came to change it i found the monmum price is 1700L.E with a shoes less then mine and the one equal to mine price is around 2300 and when i told them they didnt even care to answer to my conplaint bor respect their cutomer . Please help me to get my right

Skechers USA blais bixford dark brown work boots size 10

Dear Sir,
In April I purchased a pair of sketchers work shoes from sketchers store in Queenstown Maryland at the outlet center. I work in a very light industrial environment and the shoes lasted approximately 4 weeks before they started to come apart at the toes, I took them back to the stores and they replaced them no problem the second pair lasted approximately 8 weeks I took these back also and decided to try work boot instead of the shoe thes appear to be worse than the shoes because they are falling apart on the soles and the toes are also nearly worn through after only 2 months. I am very surprised because I had read the reviews about the work shoes before I bought them and they were all good, could you assist me please.I have the receipt and can provide photos of the existing boots.Thank you

Skechers USA very rude and arrogant manager at nashville, tn store

Worst experience ever in a Sketchers. Till now I had a very good impression on Sketchers. Due to some arrogant sales-person/manager my decision changed and never gonna come back to Sketchers. I visited the store 534 at Nashville, TN and asked for Black Friday Savings before purchasing shoes. I have purchased 5 pairs of shoes and paid the bill. After paying the bill, I realized she didnt add Black Friday discount. When I asked about the same to her, she ignorantly mentioned that I need to ask for Black Friday savings then only discount will be applied. How silly it is? When I asked about the Store Manager and she replied that she is the one. How funny it is. Being a manager herself behaving in an arrogant way, how can I even trust others and shop. Also I have asked for different size options. She was very rude in suggesting options. I saw a tagline all over the store that says "I am glad to help you in the size options" or something like that. This looks very funny that Manager herself is not having patience to help customers.

All the time she along with other sales person kept mocking and making fun of us by laughing themselves which looks very weird. I dont know why Sketchers is employing these kinds of arrogant people. I feel sorry for Sketchers.

Skechers USA there’s a peel off happening at the straps of my flip flops

I bought a pair of slippers which is under the name Skechers on the go with memory foam. I bought it on 24/10/2017 and it's not even been a month since I bought these. I can see a peel off at the straps of these slippers and I am really upset. This pair costed me ₹.3799/- and me as a customer had lot of trust on the quality of the product which you make. I thereby want you to give me an exchange for this product or else return my money.

Skechers USA cashier at skechers at outlets at barstow

A lady cashier at this store location is very rude. She was with her phone while we were waiting. She did not say any welcome words or even thank you when handing the receipt back to us. She treated us very bad and her facial express and activities are unacceptable. I feel sorry to shop at this store. I never have any problems with Skechers before.

Skechers USA skechers - (model - burst with air-cooled memory foam)

Dear Sir,

I have bought the shoe from your Janak Puri New Delhi Store in the month of July -17 for sum of Rs 5, 000/- (Model- Burst with Air-Cooled Memory Foam)

I have bought the shoe for comfort, after one month i found that all foam which is ankle area will get rolled and hard. So purpose of buying your renewed product is not give the comfort me as at the time of purchase your representative ensure .

I have visited the same store for complaint for the same, they directly refused.

You are requested to look in to this matter and resolve the same at the earliest.

Skechers USA complain about defective shoes

Myself Rashmi Kangane +91 [protected] from India Mumbai, Maharashtra. I purchased Sketchers GOGO MAX sneakers for my dad on 4 November 2017. Although its my 3rd purchase.I have been purchasing sketchers shoes for years due to his lite-weight.

Earlier he was wearing Memory-Foam Lace-Up Sketchers Sport Shoes he was not at all facing any problems they were so comfortable, There was a scheme going around so i went with the scheme than we planned to buy Sneakers GOGO MAX in black color size 10 now he is facing terrible problem his heel . His Feet is shifting to one side of the shoe. He is unable to walk getting pain in his ankle leg this happened after 2-3 days his is not so young that he can bear the pain his age is more than 60 so i can't take any risk.Shoe is not stable its moving. Than I went to the showroom and asked for replacement they said it will take one..

I am surprised to see this from such a reputed brand can have this kind of problem.

Its a manufacturing defect so its an humble request i need a replacement of this shoes at the earliest.

I was very disappointed with this last pair.

Skechers USA poor service and quality

Hi
I have bought skechers shoes for my mother as she has knee problem. There was a scheme going around that pay more 1000 and get skechers slippers. So i went with the scheme but with in one month slipper broke.
I went to the showroom and asked for replacement they said it will take one week to get approval and when they got the approval they do not have same product. Now they are saying buy other product and pay rest of money.
My question in this fast world one week is required to get approval.
Second question is this way international brand earn money by giving poor quality product and then get customer to buy expensive product.
Please help me i did not expected this from skechers.

Skechers USA flexi appeal leather trainers

I normally buy your flexi appeal fabric trainers as i love them im constanstly wearing them as they are so comfy. I work as a Nurse assistant so needed leather shoes so i decided to get the leather ones thinking they would be really comfy but after a week my right toe had pain in it, i can no longer wear them, i feel a bit sad as its a waste of money for me.

Skechers USA defective shoes bad customer service

Around Sept 10, 2017 I bought 2 pairs of shoes from SKETCHERS in Alexandria, Egypt . One pair for my niece and another for my nephew. Then, I went back on Sept 18th to buy a third pair for myself. While I was trying the last pair, I felt the right shoe wasn't as comfortable as the left one so I asked the salesman to get me another pair but he said that it was the only one they've got and instead of helping me determine whether the shoe fitted me the right way it was supposed to, he assured me that it was going to be fine after I wear it. I wore the shoes a couple of times for a short period of time and felt there was something wrong with the right shoe but could not exactly understand the problem until I went for a ½ hour brisk walk. It felt as if the inner sole of the right shoe was not aligned with the outer sole and the arch of my foot instead of resting properly on the insole of the shoe was resting uncomfortably, unsupported on the inner edge of the shoe. I came back from my walk frustrated and angry because i expected these shoes to be super comfortable with the memory foam and there i was suffering. I immediately called the store and explained the situation, and to add to my frustration the salesperson told me that it's been almost a month since I bought the shoes and since I already wore them, he won't be able to sell them! I took the shoes back to the store on October 17th, 2017 and talked to the manager. The manager examined the right shoe and tried to figure out what the problem was and tried to convince me that there was something wrong with my foot! After a long talk, he agreed to take the shoes to be reexamined. He called me a few days later to tell me that they could not find anything wrong with the shoes and asked me to come pick up my shoes! Honestly, these managers over here are so short sighted and clueless when it comes to customer service!
During the course of my life I wore all kinds of popular shoes(athletic and nonathletic like Nike, Adidas, Nine West, Hush puppies, Ecco and the list goes on….)Never in my life have I experienced such a thing!
Finally, what made me buy 3 pairs of shoes from SKETCHERS is the TRUST I had in the company name. Unfortunately, I was sorely disappointed.
I would like to exchange these shoes or get a full refund.

Skechers USA gogamat shoes for women

I bought a apair of shoes approx 10 months back, and now they have left a permanent kind of marks on my heels, I complained it to the consumer complaint department of skechers, and they suggested me to "give it a break, or stop wearing them for few days, the marks will disappear" but they failed to give me any permanent solution for this nor are they agreeing to exchange them.
The marks will reappear once I start wearing them again, I dont find this as a solution, instead they are deliberating avoiding to provide service.

Skechers USA poor shoe quality

I had bought skechers Go- step female shoe from Flipkart (Invoice no. FAAABW1801858505) in august this year. Because if my accident and an injured foot I couldn't use it immediately and it was only in October that I started wearing the shoe. What I have observed is that the shoe cloth of the right foot has started tearing off from the ankle inner side. As a regular customer of skechers I don't expect a shoe from your brand and high price range to wear out within 2 months of usage. I am highly dissatisfied with the performance and I would expect a replacement. I am attaching the necessary picture shots of the issue. Kindly help me resolve my problem.

You will want to try returning the shoes along with your receipt to the store of purchase. Unfortunately since it has been two months there might not be anything they can do for you.

Skechers USA skechers light up sneakers

Brought the light up sneakers in August for school and by October one of the sneakers quit working. We didn't wear them in the rain or even everyday. These sneakers were $65.00 At Rack Room and that's not cheap for a single mother of 3 and I threw my receipt out if course, But I did purchase it with a credit card. What advice do you have? What can you do to make my son happy again?

You should contact the location you purchased the shoes at directly. They may be able to offer you a replacement or perhaps a discount on a new pair of shoes. Be aware however that they may not be able to do anything for you since it's been over thirty days and you threw out your receipt.

Skechers USA kids emoji high top twinkle toes

I bought my daughter a pair of sketchers emoji high tops at the beginning of the school year(September) and they are already ripping at the bend of the toe on one shoe. I bought them from Meijer. You can tell that the fabric is just cut off and not tucked under so it easily fraes. I've brought many pair of twinkle toes for her and I've never had this problem. I am very dissatisfied with these shoes. She doesn't wear them every day either. I paid $50 for these shoes and I am highly disappointed with the quality!

Why don't you return them to Meijer ?
Skechers is clear on their return policy, shoes purchased from an outside retailer have to be returned to place of purchase.
If you want better service, go to the local Skechers stores or purchase them directly from Skechers online, get 20% off every tuesday with their code which is available on their web site.
The shoe in photo looks like it has gotten wet and abused.
Any body who pays $50 for kid's shoes needs to have their head examined.
