Skechers USA skechers gogo mat

I fell at the airport 9/23 due to my shoes catching or sticking to the floor. This had happen before but I was able to stop the fall. My girlfriend had fallen 3 weeks before with a shoe like mine. The bottom of the shoe has raised circles which may be the problem. I doubt that we are the only ones having this problem. You may want to reconsider this design. I am going to throw away these shoes. Can I can get compensation / refund on the shoe? I don't have a receipt. I have several pairs of Skechers and have been happy with them. Skechers USA defective shoe

Hi, I bought Sketchers shoes in Edmonton, Alberta at the South Edmonton Common location. I have had them for nearly 3 weeks and wore them loosely maybe 3 times and noticed the when I wear the left shoe my foot hits the ground as if the memory foam in the shoe is too little if not there. The right shoe is perfectly fine. I went in the store to return and the lady there said absolutely not because there is no manufactures defect... well there is if the shoe is hurting my foot and my foot is literally hitting the ground while I am at work because of the defective making.

Then your store representative had the nerve while I was still in the store to go to another customer and then talk about me by saying "I get this once a week. They try to return things for no reason" - Umm is that because I was East Asian and not white ?

Im a customer service worker and I know how it is when people return things for no reason . I have wore sketches for 5 years my whole family wears them and never have I ever returned anything. I didn't even want to return the shoe in the first place I just wanted to exchange for one with no problem.

I just think the customer service was poor and would like something done and if I can I would like to exchange my shoe because it is 95$ and defective, I can't even wear it and alongside that at least wait till I get out of the store before you talk about me or my family instead of doing it in front of me.

Skechers USA sketchers go walk 2

I purchased two pair of Sketchers Go Walk 2 shoes. I love them but they have both become so horribly smelly that I can't wear them anywhere. They smell so bad people ask me what the awful Odor is. I just finished reading hundreds of other women who have experienced the very same thing. Many of them
Have just put them
in the trash can! There is definitely something wrong with these shoes and I don't think they are safe to even wear. I called your customer service and Shay your representative suggested I buy some charcoal or soda and put them sealed in a bag for a few days to see it that helps. I shouldn't have to do anything, I have never had smelly feet or shoes, you need to recall these shoes, there is something definitely wrong with them. She said try the charcoal and if that doesn't work, basically too bad. She did give me a discount code, but why I'm the world would
I buy more smelly shoes. I truly did love them, but just can't wear them.

Skechers USA sports shoes

My name is Mayank Jain ([protected]) I purchased Skechers sports shoes a month back. Although its my 3rd purchase. I purchased the shoes for my wife around 3-4 moths back and found very good as advised by my wife. So i purchased same model for Mens but after wearing the same for 1 week the sole of shoes is starting chipping off. I am surprised to see this from such a reputed brand. Even the skechers shoes which i purchased approx 2 years back is perfect and not at all chipped off. Its a manufacturing defect so i need a replacement of this shoes at the earliest. Skechers USA 76551ew/blk 7.5 wide slip resistant work shoe

As a first time Skechers customer, I absolutely love this shoe! I am usually a Merrill fan but decided to try your product. The shoe is very comfortable and is non-slip for the restaurant work that I do.
I have had the shoes for one month and I noticed a crack across the top that keeps growing. Yesterday I took the them back (with my receipt) and they offered to replace it but did not have my size in stock. They would not order my size without keeping my shoes and it would take 2-7 days for them to arrive. My problem is that I need the shoes to work and sometimes work 15 hour days. I walked out of the store disappointed that this could not be resolved and all I need is a 7.5 shipped to their store, which was not possible. Please, could you make that happen?! I am not asking for anything free but just want a replacement for the defective shoes.

Skechers USA womans moneybags casual slip on sneaker

I had purchased this shoe on sept 1st 2017. Its a super comfortable shoe and absolutely love them. I continue to by sneakers but they haven't last long for me. I am on my feet a lot at work and I understand they will wear down over time but I haven't even had them a month and there is now a hole on the side of my shoe. I'm so bummed and disappointed they haven't lasted even a month. For the money I've spent on sketchers in the last couple years, I'm not to happy about this last purchase.

Skechers USA wedge sandals

I purchased a pair of Sketchers (Rumblers -Wild Child)wedge sandals this summer to wear to work. After only a few times wearing them, the criss cross strap has broken off and tore away from the sandal. These were one of my favorite pairs of sandals and I'm very disappointed in this.

Skechers USA boys sketch air by skechers memory foam

Hello I have been buying Skechers for 5 years now for my son as he grows and I have never had a problem with them this year I am not happy at all I bought his Skechers September 2nd and they have already ripped out on both toes and on one shoe the whole side mesh is gone I know he did not go through these shoes at fast his shoes normally last him past December or at least into the new year I would really like a complete refund or a new pair of shoes. I do believe these shoes have a defect like I said I have bought in Skechers for him 5 years in a row and have never had any complaints

Skechers USA shoes

I got my son a pair of Skechers for the start of school this year Aug 10, 2017 thought ok these should last until Christmas. Boy was I WRONG! Here just a little over a month in to the school year and the shoes look as if he has had them for 5 years. These are school shoes only. I would of been better off saving the money and going to Walmart for his "school shoes" because his play shoes came from Walmart and they look better then his school shoes. They price you pay for the name is ridiculous. Now I'm out more money on more shoes. My money will not be spent on Skechers I can promise that. From what I have read Skechers owes us something for these poorly designed shoes we have bought with our hard working money... DISAPPOINTED...

Skechers USA sneakers

I bought my son 2 paid of sketchers for school. He just started kindergarten September 6th. He came home today and both of his sneakers are wore right out in the top of the sneakers. He has had new balance. Nike. Adidas. DC and have never wore a pair of them out only reason we have had to buy new sneakers is because he has out grown them. This was the first time I have bought sketchers. And honestly. Not impressed that we have had these sneakers no time. as he wore them to school only and changed into his inside sketchers as soon as he got there .. is there anything that can be done? bought a pair of skecher bobs about 6 days ago and the bottom of the shoe is ripping apart it has felt on the bottom wondering if this is normal or should i return them and get a different pair. for this type of shoe is it nomal for the felt to rip apart in 3 days im really upset about this because i paid 50 dollars for them for work.

Skechers USA skechers twinkle toes emoji sneakers

Purchased these sneakers on 8/29/17. This is my daughter's 3rd pair but first Emoji pair. The bands that hold the emoji keep tearing off the sneaker. Two have fallen off all within the 1st 2 days of wearing them. I can put the emojis back on but can't attached the elastic band back to the sneaker. Please help. I can't get a refund from Famous Footwear because they have been worn.

Skechers USA New light up shoes

Bought 2 pairs of the new light up shoes for my sons my little on ( Kinder) was so excited, He wore them twice and now the left one won't even turn on. Tried everything, plugged it in thinking it needed to charge but won't even blink like it's charging . He is super sad and I am upset I spent all that money for a defective shoe. The other pair works great .
So what do I do ? If I wanted a pair of regular shoes I would have just bought them and not spend the extra money for the lights .

Skechers USA sketchers slippers with giga mat

We have bought sketchers slippers with giga mat technology worth Rs. 2800 INR from Central Mall (Rohini, Delhi)

We are highly disappointed with the quality of the product, slipper has started to torn and it gets folded while walking my mother for whom we have bought it for has slipped beacuse of the slippers several times.

We are highly dissatisfied with the product quality.

Skechers USA customer service

The light up shoes that were given to me as a gift malfunctioned so I decided to return them to the store. When there, I was met by a very confrontational employee who outright blamed me for the connection adapter melting - a huge safety issue and reason for the wish to return. I no longer felt safe with these in my home.

Although I had only worn and charged the shoes twice and the employee could see that they were lightly worn, because I did not have the receipt (they were a gift), she became quite angered when I asked to return them. She said the best she could do was an exchange for the same exact shoe. I explained that these were dangerous and I did not want them in my home.

After some more heated words, the employee agreed to exchange them for equal value. Fair enough to me but when I asked how much the value was she again barked back that it was $80.00 and that the only reason she would exchange them was as not to upset the other customers - again like it was my fault. I have never been made to feel so frustrated and humiliated by a customer service representative. It will make me think twice before ever setting foot in a sketchers store especially in richmond center while carmen is still employed there. No one should ever be made to feel this way when returning a defective product.

Skechers USA skechers sneakers

I bought two pair one for my son who's 13 and wears 12.5 and a pair for me 13 size and in two months both back heels plastic inside rolled into are back heels can't wear them and this has happened before and notsure why there doing it we takecare of are shoes and me and both son wear them if this if not handled right will just go too another brand for now on besides that we love the shoes and always have, my email is [protected]@yahoo.com home phone [protected] thanks . Skechers USA torn shoes

I have nearly 10 pairs of skechers and I also purchased 1 for my son, and within a week the tip of the shoes were torn.I gave the shoes to the optimum skechers in istanbul for investigation.After the investigation they told me that they are refusing my request.I sent it back 3 times and they refused 3 times.Finally I have written to CEO of Skechers, and nobody turned to me. I will never buy SKechers again

Skechers USA go walk 3

I purchased go walk 3 women shoe on 1st July. Within a month it's mesh torn apart.I complained this to store in Phoenix mall, Pune .They refused to replace pair of shoes neither offer for repair.While purchasing store manager assured me within 6 month if any quality issue occurred, they will replace free of cost.But the fact is they refused to pay attention to this complaint.Even after following after one week no reply.Pathetic service ..To be honest this is my first and last purchase of Sketchers product and will spread this word of mouth publicity to my friends, colleagues not to purchase product of Sketchers in future.

Skechers USA synergy 2.0 - headliner, og 95 - hug it out style #:610 nat

I love Skechers shoes usually but have problems with the last 2 pairs I've purchased.

Synergy 2.0 - Headliner. The sole of this shoe gets small stones or gravel stuck in the crevices. I have to pick them out daily with a screwdriver or else they scratch my hardwood floor. They also make an uncomfortable uneven surface for my foot. What a pain. I do a lot of walking on rural woods paths in parks and they always pick up stones. Haven't even had them a month.

OG 95 - HUG IT OUT Style #:610 NAT
Same problem of stones getting wedged up inside the bottom treads. This pair slid all over the place as the tongue of the shoe was sewn into the top of the shoe instead of being separate like most shoes are. This was never discussed in the description when purchased. Can't find them anywhere so am assuming they have been discontinued.

I don't have a lot of money and can't afford to buy shoes as often as i would like. Unfortunately, you have to wear the shoes a while before you discover the issues and then, they are too damaged too return. Like I said, I walk in nature a lot which can be dirty.

Skechers USA light up sneakers

I purchased a pair of shoes yesterday for my gransdson for school. He was so excited because they are the light up sketchers. The fit is perfect and he loved them. Today he wore them to school and upon picking him up he was almost in tears from one of the shoes hurting him. When we got home I looked over the shoes and on one of them on inside one of the seams is way too thick and has hard pieces poking into his foot. I can not afford another pair at this time and the shoe store may not take back for trade bc shoes were worn. I contacted them and I am taking in today to talk with them again.
